Aaron's Services team is top notch!! We were recently left with frozen pipes & a busted water heater during the extremely cold temperatures. They came out and diagnosed the problems in a matter of minutes. We're unfortunately renting a property that has the worst MANAGEMENT company behind it (not associated w/ Aaron's whatsoever). Aaron's even went to bat for us when our mgmt company would not. Ashley and the guys will take care of you rain or shine, frozen or thawed lol

It was a very hot weekend and my air conditioner decided to break down. Mechanically Inclined came out on Monday, even though it is a very busy time for them.  They knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it that day. Joe is great and knowledgeable  and the office makes you feel welcome.  I will definitely use again and will recommend.  Thanks.....

Bryan & Casey were very professional.  Installation of Trane AC and Furnace went smoothly.   Attention to details of the install very good.  No shortcuts taken.  Job site maintained and cleaned before leaving. Overall cost of system reasonable.  Communication with business prompt and courteous.  You should feel comfortable trusting this business.

Thanks MVP for the quick response on my father in law's A/C unit this weekend. Antonio did a great job arriving at the time requested and had the A/C running in no time.

Dave came out to replace a faucet with newer model, replace a sink drain assembly, and stop a toilet from running. $460 later, the toilet still runs and the pipe now leaks where he replaced the faucet. I called them to give them the chance to make it right and they wanted to charge me to come back out. No thanks, I have paid you enough for you to screw up my plumbing! Never again!!

Called Chucks Plumbing and Heating on 10/15/2015 told them was looking to buy a new furnace and ac. A lady told me someone would call me back and come out to give me an estimate. I called back on 10/19/2015 and stated nobody ever called me. She stated she would check and someone would call me. 10/20/2015 nobody ever called me back it is amazing how difficult it is to get someone to come out when you are willing to spend $6000-$10000 on an new furnace or ac and they can not even call you back. I can not imagine how hard it would be if you had a problem.

Our ac unit shot craps in the hottest month of the summer. They scheduled a day to replace the unit and in the interim they installed a temporary unit at no additional charge so we wouldn't bake like potatoes. That's going above and beyond in my book. We went ahead and replaced the heater as well since it didn't have a long future ahead of itself. Come to find out the previous installer didn't have its location up to code. They put two vents in the wall and it passed inspection with flying colors. I didn't find the price of the entire job excessive. They're probably not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and we got professional, courteous, attentive, high quality service, not to mention top of the line ac/heater units. My heat went out on Tuesday.  Saw a good Yelp review Wednesday morning, and the serviceman was here at 1:00. My 22-year old Lennox furnace was DOA, and possibly trying to poison us with carbon monoxide...it is now 27 hours later, and I have a complete new high-efficiency HVAC  system up and running.

Everyone I dealt with was a complete professional. They call before they come, and they show up on time. All the utility rebates were applied up front, and LBA took care of sending in for the manufacture's rebate. They explained everything and set up a service call in a couple of weeks to make sure everything's working right and that I'm satisfied. They cleaned up and finished about 2 hours ahead of schedule.

And they sell Lennox. Did I mention the last one lived for 22 years? I'm doin' a Happy Girl Dance, too!

Snyder's was recommended to me but just couldn't follow thru on taking care of me. Lost my water heater on a Friday night, called them Saturday, no plumber on call and told to wait until Monday. Received a call stating some one would be out to me likely after 12 noon. When no called or showed up by 3pm, I called the office asking if they still had time for me today. Was told the tech would be coming but would be only able to inspect, unlikely replace, the unit on this call and could roll in to Tuesday. I cancelled my service request and deferred to another company that wanted my business.
This was unacceptable service and would not recommend Snyder's for anything at all.

Couldn't recommend less. Hired them to winterize my home and they didn't do it correctly apparently because when we turned the water back on there was 24 breaks in our pipes that cost us over $2,500 to hire another plumber to fix. We called and this Company's response was that any pipes could just break (24 times?!), even when winterized correctly which I don't find to be true  ‍

Dick Ray did work for us 11/14/19.  The check was cashed today, 7/1/20.  Ridiculous!

Over charged and under delivered.  Wanted to charge me over $1,000 to fix a leaky shower.  When I turned them down and said no thank you, they all of a sudden said they could do it for under $300.
Stay away from them at all costs!
Use Bristol Plumbing instead.
