We had a major plumbing project at our house. I called Superior Plumbing for a quote and Caleb gave me a day he would come out and look at it. He had many projects and got backed up but still came out the day he said he would at 8pm! His company won the bid because they were the most knowledgeable and detailed group to look at the issue. Him and his team came out over two days to work on the project. They did great work! I had to work both days and Caleb sent me routine updates with pictures to keep me at ease. Outstanding local company that works hard and does quality work. I highly recommend.

Our under counter lights had malfunction in transformer, our front yard light needed straightening, and new concrete steps needed a handrail installed. They completed these tasks timely and for the quoted price. We are pleased!

Zach S. came over to my house and installed a steam humidifier.  He did a great job on keeping me informed on the work. Very polite and professional. Price was very fair. Will definitely use LBA again.

Set up  air conditioner clean and check up through our home owners association. $55.00 seemed to me to be a fair deal.  When tech arrived he checked inside first then outside.  Outside is where he found that the capacitor was not within tolerance and suggested that it should be replaced. I agreed to let him replace it at the tune of $225.00, which I thought was a lot, however I did not want to have the unit fail, so I decided to bite the bullet.  The day after he left I was in the side yard near the air conditioner and noticed the tech left the old capacitor as well as the box that contained to new capacitor laying in the lawn, so I decided to check the part number on Google and low and behold found numerous places that sold the same capacitor for well under $10.00.  Now I understand the the need for a company to mark up their parts; but  by a 2,225% markup?  That is obscene!  No more R-Mech for me.

Tracy, Scott and their office staff were amazing getting us cooled off when no one else would help during the hottest days of the year. Tracy and Scott were here on a Sunday and again the very next night after regular business hours to fix a manufacturer issue. They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, charged the price they said they would, explained processes and equipment and were just pleasant to talk to.

It was a very hot weekend and my air conditioner decided to break down. Mechanically Inclined came out on Monday, even though it is a very busy time for them.  They knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it that day. Joe is great and knowledgeable  and the office makes you feel welcome.  I will definitely use again and will recommend.  Thanks.....

Called this company to do an install for us, 10 minutes before their crew was to be onsite, I get a call that they will not invoice us.  I asked this specific question and was told YES they would send us an invoice.  Now we have an older woman's home ripped apart only to need to find another plumber at the last minute.  I asked if they could make an exception since they DID confirm we would be invoiced.  The owner said NO.  HORRIBLE THING TO DO TO A COMPANY AND A SENIOR.

There are few moments in life that are so satisfying and make you feel on top of the works. Today I experienced one of those moments.        We called Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling and they got our air conditioning fixed after 5 days. Outstanding job from Eric and Bo and it's like paradise here again. Highly recommend these guys.

If you are in search of a reputable AC/heating/electric & PLUMBING company...call MVP. Do not hesitate. They are so easy to schedule & extremely helpful. I Just wanted to sincerely express my appreciation for the professionalism I received from the MVP drain specialist Zach Rowan.  

He was very knowledgeable & immediately gave me a sense of ease that my greasy, nasty utility sink blockage was soon to be corrected.
My home is very, very old & you have to have a reliable go-to company that will be there regardless of what surprise an old house will throw at you.

Ladd is top notch when it comes to heating and cooling. Prompt service, when talking with Roger about to repair or replace  he thought about if it were his own home and what he would do in our shoes. Jeff arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He completed the annual air conditioning service and gave us a clear report on its condition. We were pleased to see Jeff again--he had worked with us on past visits!

Over the weekend our waste line backed up and we had water in our garage.  This is pretty much a yearly occurrence because we live in an older neighborhood and have roots in our waste line.  In the past we have called Roto-Rooter and had a fairly good experience, but felt their pricing was pretty expensive ~ $250....

I decided to look online for another plumbing contractor that could do the work for cheaper and stumbled upon a Google advertisement that said 'Drain Any Line for $99, so obviously I was intrigued and gave Ben Franklin Plumbing a call.

I talked to the operator and told her about the $99 special advertised on Google and she said she would make sure the Serviceman would give me the discount.

The Serviceman came out the next day (Sunday), and told me the price was going to be $228 ($99 for the Service Call + $129 for Emergency Call)...I told him about the Google Advertisement for $99 and that the Operator told me the $99 was all good, but he disagreed and said since it was a Sunday, an emergency fee of $129 would apply.

At this point I didn't feel like arguing and just wanted to get my dang drain cleaned so I could take a shower and move on with my life.

When the Serviceman was done cleaning the pipe, I turned on the water to make sure everything was good, and noticed there was quite a bit of fecal matter on the floor next to the pipe cleanout.  In the past when Roto-Rooter cleaned our pipe, they always set a mat on the floor to prevent a mess on the concrete.  Needless to say I was not amused that I had to wash a bunch of crap off my floor when he left.

In summary, the price that I was offered was misrepresented, I overpaid and was not satisfied with the work performed.

I will not be calling Ben Franklin again.

Snyder's was recommended to me but just couldn't follow thru on taking care of me. Lost my water heater on a Friday night, called them Saturday, no plumber on call and told to wait until Monday. Received a call stating some one would be out to me likely after 12 noon. When no called or showed up by 3pm, I called the office asking if they still had time for me today. Was told the tech would be coming but would be only able to inspect, unlikely replace, the unit on this call and could roll in to Tuesday. I cancelled my service request and deferred to another company that wanted my business.
This was unacceptable service and would not recommend Snyder's for anything at all.

Bob Hamilton plumbing and heating absolutely takes advantage of their customers. I had a small water pipe fixed and they charge me a total of $530 for approximately 45 minutes worth of work. When I called and tried to dispute the charge they said they do not charge an hourly rate, which would be about $400 an hour, but a flat fee. These people are scams and scums. do not have this fraud of a company come to your home

DO NOT EVEN THNK ABOUT USING THIS GUY. I called them  because I bought the advertising. They over charge. They do very little. They wanted to charge me $700.00 for a garbage disposal. You have got to be kidding. Please read this and go somewhere.
