Our under counter lights had malfunction in transformer, our front yard light needed straightening, and new concrete steps needed a handrail installed. They completed these tasks timely and for the quoted price. We are pleased!

June in Kansas is not the ideal time to lose your air conditioning. When ours went out, we contacted three local companies. Within an hour, we had a response from LBA and within four hours, the AC unit was up and running again. The fix was simple, but nothing I would have been able to identify or handle easily.  Our tech had found the fault and was able to replace the dead capacitor with a new one he had in stock in the truck within fifteen minutes.

He also provided a good bit of advice on how to best maintain the unit and even knew how old it was (were new to the house).

I'm very impressed with the service provided by this company. They did a great job with the 29-point A/C tune-up. Their level of professionalism, punctuality, and service were fantastic. I have lived in my current house for 3 years and had yet to have the A/C serviced. They showed up on time, were very thorough, answered all my questions about the A/C unit, made some suggestions and provided some helpful tips regarding use, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure it lasts as long as possible. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Contacted Arron's based on evaluations here.  Had a condensation issue with my air conditioner and had my drainage system rerouted.  The Service folks came up with a good idea to solve future flooding issues.  They also checked out my complete air conditioning/heating system.  No attempt to sell me anything I didn't need.  This Company will be the one I reach out for in the future.

It was a very hot weekend and my air conditioner decided to break down. Mechanically Inclined came out on Monday, even though it is a very busy time for them.  They knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it that day. Joe is great and knowledgeable  and the office makes you feel welcome.  I will definitely use again and will recommend.  Thanks.....

We've been in our new house for 4 years and have relied on Pat and his staff several times because the plumber our builder used wasn't up to snuff.

We recently had a fairly big problem with an outside faucet leak that came into our house and flooded our basement.  Pat to the rescue! The service was excellent and the repair in our ceiling looks very nice. Pat always treats our needs as if they were his own. He's the only one I will call.

All about money and not about service, they didn't replace all of the bad parts. They were to busy to provide warranty service so a local company did the replaced the part they needed to but didn't. Will never use them again.

I was recommended here from a close friend whom has had multiple jobs done for multiple projects. As a landlord I am always willing to save a buck, but they truly took their time to really explain the wiring, ventilation, and air flow issues I was having in multiple properties. After multiple companies, it was obvious they certainly were not the cheapest, but by far the most knowledgeable and concerned... they had multiple options for me to choose from for each property. Options? We don't get those nowadays... the simple fact is, if you want it done right once, with a solid warranty... you may spend a little more, but the piece of mind, combined with an actual 24hr talk to a technician type of service is priceless... I will always recommend them to anyone around my neighborhood, as well as my lake house!

Can not recommend.  Used for larger new home -- entire HVAC and plumbing.  Both were done so poorly and messed up badly that I had to have another company do major repair work on both and at considerable cost.  Attempts to negotiate a resolution with the owner were useless.

Our furnace went out over the weekend and we called on Monday morning and they sent someone out by 9AM that morning. He checked to see if it could be repaired and recommended replacing the furnace and offered to come back that evening so we could both be home to review the options. He spent almost 2 hours with us measuring and discussing the options and explaining  the next steps so we could be sure we were choosing the right furnace.

When the team came out to install the new furnace they were very friendly and were hard workers. They took great care to make sure they cleaned up their work area and went over everything they had done to make sure we were happy with their work. They even took the extra care to provide us with two carbon monoxide detectors to ensure our family's safety.

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional and seemed to have our best interest at heart and it was a great experience.

The technician showed up on time. He didn't seem very knowledgeable. I needed the cartridge replaced in our shower handle which I purchased and he wanted $359 to replace it. Sent him packing. That is outrageous and was told they offer no service under $300. They claim to be affordable. Hardly. Don't waste your time with this company.

Snyder's was recommended to me but just couldn't follow thru on taking care of me. Lost my water heater on a Friday night, called them Saturday, no plumber on call and told to wait until Monday. Received a call stating some one would be out to me likely after 12 noon. When no called or showed up by 3pm, I called the office asking if they still had time for me today. Was told the tech would be coming but would be only able to inspect, unlikely replace, the unit on this call and could roll in to Tuesday. I cancelled my service request and deferred to another company that wanted my business.
This was unacceptable service and would not recommend Snyder's for anything at all.

No stars. Completely overcharged my 87 year old mother for plumbing services. One of their subcontractors stole my mom's valuable antique ring, which unfortunately she had displayed in plain site on her dresser. And, I was unable to get any help from them after many emails back and forth concerning their overcharges.

Please run and do not use them. Their technician came out and fell through the ceiling in our kitchen. We explained to them we will pay the $65 fee when they come out and fix our ceiling and technician got upset. I called the office and no apology for the inconvenience, but they focused on the $65 at which time I told them I wanted to make sure someone came back before paying and all I got was a laugh and no apology. I explained our 81 year old mother had chemo and can not be ingesting anything coming from the attic, no empathy but more laughing about us not paying the $65. We are close to a month later and no update so I call again and finally talk to Jewel who is much more pleasant but states their drywall person is way behind with no ETA and I explain my mom having chemo again and I explain they need to hire someone else. Terrible service for an incident your technician is responsible for so please steer clear of this company. If I hear back soon I will update this post!
