Cody was thorough, professional, personable, and cost-conscious.  I had two major water leaks on the opposite sides of my home.  He resolved both of them in a blink of an eye.  I now consider this company a part of my Homeowner Smart Defense; to handle all of my future plumbing needs.  Use them and you not be disappointed!

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running.  So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out.  You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever.  Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets.  The charge for this service was $250.00.  We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge.  He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes.  So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave.  What a rip off.

Great Plumbing Company. Alec 10+ years experience, Jared solid apprentice helper.  Had a difficult job, called these guys, and obtained an estimate at 50% the price of other estimates ... the guys worked quick and did a QUALITY job AND they stayed with the estimate price - wow.  Honest and capable, no complaints, I'll will call these guys back no question.

David and Matt saved the day!!!!! There was a leak at my parents home in San Antonio and no water in the home. A plumber was called out to fix it. LONG story made VERY short, I ended up firing that plumber and called A & A Plumbing. From the moment Kerry (Customer Service Rep) answered the phone and I explained the situation I was immediately relieved. A & A was EXCELLENT at communicating with when they were coming out and followed through with exactly what they said! So happy that I choose A & A Plumbing, they literally saved the day!

American Eagle Plumbing to the rescue! We had an amazing experience working with them. They were able to help us right away, no waiting for weeks or up charge for immediacy. A true local, mom and pop company with human values. We're a younger couple with not a lot of emergency money to work with for when something big goes out and they were willing to work with us on payment and being able to pay in cash for a lower rate. We never felt like we were being taking advantage of or tricked into anything.

I've seen a few reviews about the long time that they were at their residence, but that was reassuring to me! They made sure the job was completely done perfectly. My husband and I both still work from home and we barely heard a peep. The work was done a few months ago and we have had zero future issues with our new water heater and water softener they helped install. I'm so grateful to them!

Dayton wanted $950 to replace inside blower motor. Let's see, motor costs $240. So they wanted $700+ for a 30 minute job. They also have a $89 service fee that you'll be stuck with if you decide to get another quote.

Found someone else to buy and install new motor for $200 plus parts ($240).

Would not even, give them one star.  
But it wouldn't let me post unless I checked one star.  At the beginning they sounded very helpful.  That was just to get you from looking elsewhere.  So they put you on the schedule for a technician to go out and look at the problem.  Them we will contact main office and see if we have part in stock.  Two days later, no news.  I call and email and don't get a reply until the following day.  Till this day no answer, no follow up.  This was from February 22,2021.  I understand your busy, especially with the latest crazy weather.  But don't take in jobs that you can't follow up with.  A simple email stating you haven't forgotten about me would be nice. Especially in a time of crisis is when you need to step it up with your service.
