Best Water Conditioner Installation in Austin TX

We called Abel to change out our bathtub/shower fixtures. He arrived on time as promised, very professional, and wearing a mask & booties. While changing out our fixtures he was able to take care of other last minute requests as well. We are super happy with his work & customer service and will be referring him to our friends & family!

Adam, Cody, and Roger were just fantastic to work with on our remodel project. Professional, responsive, well-dressed, and kind, they were willing to work around all the projects we had going on and help us finish on time. They didn't show up when they were scheduled to show up and while Monica and Michelle are trying to be helpful greasing someone to actually show up has been a chore.
Why have appointment windows and not show up when customers take time off of work to schedule maintenance calls.
Tried to cancel my Gold Star Maintenance Plan but not able to connect with Tina. Why have a plan when you cannot get technicians to show up.

The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe.  They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly.  I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber.

Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems.  But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be.  Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable.  

It's hard to be happy when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing.  I would definitely recommend them!

Really great customer service! I had a massive hair/ soap scum clog in my shower that I had already attempted to remove on my own (took out the shower guard and vacuumed out everything I could) but was still standing in a pool with every shower. They were able remove the clog in a little under an hour, stayed to make sure the drain stayed clear several minutes, and gave me some product recommendations. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. Thanks Pete! Of note, I did thing the clog removal was a little pricy ($280) but hopefully it stays gone for a while.

This company is very professional, communicative, and timely. They are very clear on who is coming to your house (they send you a picture) and did great work! Definitely recommend!

I came home to a water heater leak and wanted to make sure I got the right company to take care of the issue.  Justin and his teammate came out early and gave me great options.  These guys are all about the customer!  I had a new water heater installed in under 2 hours!

Not one to usually post a review, but their customer support warrants a review.  Called this AM, Labor Day 2016. Left a voice mail, non descriptive except I purchased a H20 softener in April 2014 from them.  Within 10 minutes I got a call back from Alan.  I told him the issue I was having with the softener.  He wanted me to try a few things that he could talk me thru on the phone.  I stated I would be home in around 20 minutes and he said he would be available.

Called once I got home and Alan had me do some over the phone trouble shooting.  He could not solve the problem over the phone but he stated that they were actually closed today, but for me to call in the AM and get on the schedule and they would get out and fix the problem.  I let him know that I could not take off until FRI.  He said that he would let his staff know to ensure I get a repair appointment for Friday.  

This is the type of business owner that gets repeat business from me.  Calling to see what I needed when their office is closed is the true definition of service after the sale / excellent customer support! I want to take time to publicly say thanks to Alan for going above and beyond the norm.

Great experience. No issues. They were able to handle an issue my handyman couldn't tackle and got to it the same day. Will definitely reach out again.

Very unpleasant and stressful experience. They slow walked and took 3 months to complete drainage water blockage job, several things were not done or had to insist on getting them done. Initial invoice had 1 line item for entire $15K charge, had to insist for itemized invoice several time.
