Best Toilet Installation in Jacksonville FL

We contacted DuckDuck late on a friday afternoon with questions about a septic tank inspection that was supposed to have been completed by another company. The other company had been selected by some potential home buyers for a house we were selling. The other company did not even complete a report but indicated we had to completely remove a brand new wooden deck in order for them to do the report.  Duck duck was able to schedule an in person visit from their technician the day after we called them  ( came on a saturday ) and was able to completely access and pump out the septic tank without harming any part of the new deck. The technician , Troy, not only was able to pump the tank and issue their inspection, but more than anything he took a great amount of time explaining what he was doing and why so we were better informed as consumers. Their service was terrific and their pricing was totally in line with other companies that couldnt even be bothered to discuss our situation. Jerry responded right away to my inquiry for a company to service/repair my water heater via Yelp. He was very courteous and friendly when promptly booking a service call with him and upon his arrival to look at our water heater. He provided great customer service and explained how he checked and reset my unit. Service call pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jerry for taking the time to look at our unit rather than sell us a new water heater. We will definitely use your services again! Thank you!

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

My experience with Rolland Reash precipitously declined with each visit. After paying premium prices for them to assess a leak on a Sunday, I was appreciative of their ability to fit me in. They indicated that there was no pipe leak...but in actuality there was.

They returned a second time to actually fix the issue that a leak detection service identified and then I had to call a third time as there appeared to be an ongoing leak according to the contractor.

I was ok with paying for their services the first time but the frustration began to build as I was charged for a service fee the second time to fix the same leak that they missed the first time. Why was I paying for their mistake? I was beyond frustrated by the third time when they wanted to charge for fuel, a new addition.

Charging a nearly $100 service fee for $20-30 parts that take 10 minutes to fix feels like price gauging. Not to mention that without my permission, they called a friend who is a contractor and gave my number and address to him. This is probably not the best way to obtain a loyal customer base.

Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon but if I do I guess I'll be looking for a different company.

We thought we needed plumbing work for a new dishwasher but found out our old dishwasher was fine, just needing re-calibration, which he did!! Saved us a ton in plumbing repairs!!

Fast knowledgeable service! The green truck arrived full of all the supplies that a plumber could ever wish for! Ken came in, took off his shoes and diagnosed the issue. He was able to get the job done in less than 20 minutes, with no unexpected additional charges. He was amiable, neatly attired and thorough.  I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing emergencies.

My renter texted me this morning and said he was cooking a family dinner this evening and his kitchen sink is full of water that won't drain!!

Everybody was booked. A friend suggested I call Bert Norman's Plumbing and that They had several positive experiences with them.
From speaking to the very pleasant person that answered the phone, Lauren, to Jason the plumber who arrived clean cut with a pleasant, friendly attitude, I was delighted with the level of customer service.
Lauren put me on the after hour emergency list but said if a service tech could squeeze me in, it wouldn't be xtra. Jason's work was swift and thorough and he was very knowledgeable and well prepared. Later Lauren called again to make sure I was a satisfied customer!! Now THAT shows they reallyl

Terrible service. It was emergency for me - there was a heavy leak. I called at 8 PM, mentioned it was energency and even 1 AM no one appeared here. I called again, technician was very rude and said I could call other plumbing company. Don't call this company, it's crappy service.

We were very pleased at how quickly our emergency was addressed.  The company was called late on a Saturday night and the technician arrived very quickly, stayed until the situation was under control and then arrived early the next morning to continue working.  Alec Oliver was pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again!

I don't take/leave 1-star reviews lightly. I generally like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my particular experience with this company truly deserves 1 Star.

First of all, I started my search for plumbers by calling around to price them out for fixing a clogged shower drain. Upon calling Fenwick's, I was pleased to hear that they had a flat-$99 clogged drain rate. I made sure to specifically ask, if that was the actual price and was assured that was their flat rate. After the work was done, an $89 dispatch fee was added, virtually doubling their flat-rate price for (conservatively) 10min of work.

Additionally, I called to ask that the technician call me prior to arriving at my residence so that they wouldn't ring the doorbell and wake my sleeping 2 y/o. Again, the person on the phone assured me that it was standard operating procedure for them to call prior. However, sure enough, no call and the ringing doorbell woke up my child.

I called them afterwards and was told management would call me within 24 business hours. Here it is a week later...

As the cherry on top of it all, the drain still doesn't drain properly.

All that said, proceed with caution and make an informed decision for your plumbing needs

We were in a difficult situation.  Drain pipes suspended under our house had collapsed.  We could use any water.  Had to go to hotel.  After another company failed to come help us we called Dave Turner.  They scheduled for the next morning- no problem they said!  They told us they'd be here first thing in the morning and they SHOWED UP ON TIME.  They took care of the issue quickly and the price was great.  Thank you to Robert and Sam and to the very friendly lady who answers the phone and helped us get this scheduled!  DAVE TURNER PLUMBING will be who we call from now on.

One of their aggressively driving plumbers hit my car on the Fuller Warren and when the state troopers arrived they blamed it on me, awesome when driving a company vehicle just treat as though it's not yours so what does it matter? Especially when the company supports this behavior and allows their employees to lie about their actions when it negatively affects others and their financials for someone's carelessness.

I haven't had plumbing issues buy when I do this is not a company I would call or refer for their Profrssionalism on all levels.

I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday about what I feared was a slab leak (but I told them my water was off so it wasn't a rush) and they were able to get me in first thing this morning.  Hayley was my plumber and she was so good!  She was able to diagnose the problem with my weird old house plumbing and find the leak, which luckily was not under my house!  Once she found it, she patched up both (copper) pipes that had holes in them.  She was very professional and personable.  I will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready to re-pipe my house.
