Best Toilet Installation in Jacksonville FL
The lady on the phone was nice. The Man that came out for service was very helpful, fast and efficient. $295.00 later, all is well. He said our tank was very old and we should be thinking about replacing it with a new one. I am sure it all will cost about $11,000.00 or more. So, we must prepare.
We were supposed to be connected with the city-with the Better Jacksonville Plan. But, the city fell short and ran out of funding. I want to wait. Because, if I spend this much money and then be told in a year to switch over, I will not be happy at all. This is part of being a home owner.
Any suggestions or insight is welcomed. I feel like sh__! Lol

Very Quick response on a Saturday!!
The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

We have used Herzer's Plumbing Service many times in the past. They did an excellent job of re-piping our house with new water pipes due to low water pressure. This week they replaced our drain pipe due to corrosion. They always do very neat and excellent work. They are very professional and work very quickly.

Daniel was awesome!
My friend referred me to him and I'm glad she did.
He was very friendly and was able to fit me in right away.
I always like to get a couple of estimates with any project I'm doing an he was very reasonable priced.
I didn't feel taken advantage of at all.
If you need plumbing work done he is your guy!

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

I admit I was hesitant due to low ratings by two others here but as a longtime consumer reporter on television, I can't praise these folks highly enough!
The office staff was so efficient in understanding my issue and getting me the help I needed, I decided they couldn't be what a couple others described. Scott arrived promptly and was not only courteous and respectful of my place, he was professional in every way. He installed a hose bib inside my house (so I can run a hose to the outdoor terrace in my highrise) without making it a big deal. He gave me every confidence I will not have a leak or any other kind of problem I was worried about.
As for price, it was extremely reasonable and fair...far less than another company quoted for the same job. The materials and workmanship were also first-rate.
Five stars for Rolland Reash and his crew in the office and in the field. You couldn't ask for more from any plumber. And no, neither Rolland nor Scott are related...at the hourly rates most of these guys charge I wish I HAD a plumber in the family!

Had some items that needed to be repaired prior to selling my house. David Gray got my business based on their reviews and the fact that they were open on Saturday and able to get me a technician for that Monday. The tech called when he was on his way and arrived very soon after. He quickly diagnosed the problems and resolved them. After the repairs were made they cleaned up any mess they made. There was no sign that they had been there other than stuff working like it should.
I thought that the pricing was fair and competitive. You may be able to get better rates with a small mom and pop shop but knowing a prominent company is backing the work makes it worth it. If I need any electrical work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call David Gray again.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle of a repair. One repair even left me with a pool of water in my dining room. I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

finally found my plumber! met him when he was the only person in the city who could make a call to stop my leaking rusted out water heater from flooding my basement. Never cheap but always done carefully and correctly! He is quite busy, I never mind waiting... plumbing issues no longer stress me, I just call Scott!

You don't need a plumber often...at least you hope you don't. First used Bert Normans a few years ago when I woke up to a backflow preventer spraying water all over the lawn, with big puddles in the street indicating that it had started before dawn. Tried a few plumbers a shade closer to me, all of whom just could not handle an emergency. Bert Normans Plumbing company came out quickly and fixed the problem. Flash forward to yesterday and I am in need of a plumber to fix some toilet valves and leaky faucets, so I knew who to call. Shannon, the office manager, set the appointment and called when the technician was on his way. Jason was professional, wore shoe covers in my house, and reviewed everything, including cost, before starting. He fixed it all with the exception of one thing which needed a part not on the truck. He called in and made arrangements for the part to be available. By the end of the afternoon, another appointment was set for him to return at my convenience with the needed part. This is a professionally run company and every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with is just top notch. Pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable....what more can you ask for???

About two years ago we detected water accumulating outside of our shower. Called David Gray and they sent out Buddy. Buddy put tape over the drain, ran the shower and when he saw water accumulating determined we had a pan leak. Because the shower has glass block, he indicated that it would require extensive reconstruction so he would refer it to someone else at Gray. I waited four days and didn't hear so I called. Although the paper work hadn't come through, they referred me to a tile expert. He came and determined it wasn't a pan leak, but the glass blocks were leaking. He caulked them, charged me but the leak continued. I figured out that the leak must be coming from inside the wall. I bought a $6. shower arm to replace the defective one and the problem was solved. I contacted David Gray and was told they would look at the invoice I never heard back.

I am the Contracts Manager for a Government subcontractor on NAS Jacksonville. First, let me say I reached out to Roto Rooter Management to have a conversation about our experience a week ago today and I have received no communication back from Roto Rooter. I even reached out to their Customer Service Manager to no avail. When management doesn't care, it shows through to the customer service. We had a plumbing backup at one of the government buildings. We called RR out three times for assistance. After each visit, RR internally schedules a excavation team to come out and make sure they got all of the issue resolved. This is an awesome practice if it is communicated to the customer. The third day I called RR to have a plumbing crew come back out, I was told that I needed to speak with a manager. I asked why I needed to speak with a manager, and no one could provide an answer. I was told a manager would call me back within 1 hour, so I waited. An hour passed, two hours passed and no call. I called RR back and was told the same thing, but I wouldn't just go away so they transferred me from Customer Service to Dispatch. Let me note here that they are famous for transferring you to another person with no warning. The person transferring you hasn't told the other person they are transferring you to anything, so you have to start all over with what's going on. That's definitely poor customer service! Once I got transferred to the dispatcher, I was frustrated because it made no sense that I had to go through so much to get a plumbing crew to come back out. The dispatcher that I spoke with was rude and loud and his manager heard him and investigated. That's the only way I was able to speak with a manager because they continued to tell me that there was not a manager available that I could speak with. Speaking with the night ops manager is where I gained clarity regarding what was going on. He told me that I needed to speak with a manager to get an excavation crew. But I never once asked for an excavation crew. Never once did the word excavation come out of my mouth. The manager said, Oh, we can get you a plumbing crew out right away. Finally, after asking for help for over 3 hours at this point, I got someone to listen to what we needed and send a crew. The CSR and Dispatcher were going by whatever they had put in their system regarding the excavation that we never asked for and they refused to listen to our needs. As a professional and a manager, it is imperative that I listen to understand and comprehend the issue before I start running my mouth. I wish someone within RR would take heed to this lesson. After this experience, I would never use RR personally or professionally again and I certainly would never refer a headache to anyone. Learn from my headache and find a plumbing company that not only listens to your needs but one that when there is a problem and you reach out for assistance from their management team, their management team reaches back.

I would not use them ever again! I called them to repair a small in leak in a 2 year old kitchen faucet. They charged a $149 service charge, $160 for labor and $54 for parts for a total of $363. Since when is the service charge not credited to the labor charge!

Wish I could give them no stars. We moved to Yulee and found out we needed a water softener. We didn't have a loop. The plumber dug a small hole and put in gravel. My husband later saw it was dumping water on the ground, and we had salt water backing up into the house. We called and they sent the same plumber out. He said he thought it wouldn't work and suggested we run it into the storm sewer. My husband pointed out that was illegal. We wasted our money on them. We ended up calling another plumber who offered us two good options.

Make sure you fully document what you are wanting them to do and get a cost. I had them out two weeks ago to look at P-trap that was leaking. I then get a $177 dollar bill. Thought it was much but needed it done. At the same time my tenant asked them to look at a toilet that wasn't filling, but there wasn't time to get to it. I called them back and asked what it would take to get them out to look at the toilet.....I then get a bill for $192 for repair work to 3 toilets. I wanted to know the cost before authorizing any work because I could have replaced the toilet in question for apx $100. I called to complain and was told they had the work order for 2 toilets, and that they are busy company with many large commercial accounts from Palm Coast to S. Ga and that they couldn't have gotten the order wrong - The Supervisor insisted that didn't pull the number randomly out of the air and that I called to have two toilets repaired. When asked even if I had called for two, why was the third repaired Well, if it broke the following week...you'd be upset that we didn't fix it at the time we were out. The ending: pay what you think was fair but to never call us again.
I will say, quality of work is not an issue

If I could give them less than 1 star If I could. Charged me $525.00 (FLAT FEE) to change a broken shower handle. (They even told me I got a good rate!) Told me everyone charges that amount. They were there less than 2 hrs (and that included the time to run to Home Depot for the part!). Didn't have to go through Drywall either. Not sure how they ended up with a name like Affordable. Total rip-off. They didn't even care when I told them next time I'd go elsewhere.
