Best Toilet Installation in Jacksonville FL

We contacted DuckDuck late on a friday afternoon with questions about a septic tank inspection that was supposed to have been completed by another company. The other company had been selected by some potential home buyers for a house we were selling. The other company did not even complete a report but indicated we had to completely remove a brand new wooden deck in order for them to do the report.  Duck duck was able to schedule an in person visit from their technician the day after we called them  ( came on a saturday ) and was able to completely access and pump out the septic tank without harming any part of the new deck. The technician , Troy, not only was able to pump the tank and issue their inspection, but more than anything he took a great amount of time explaining what he was doing and why so we were better informed as consumers. Their service was terrific and their pricing was totally in line with other companies that couldnt even be bothered to discuss our situation. Jerry was awesome! He fixed the clog in my sink and was very thorough and patient. He arrived on time and communicated time of arrival. Price was fair and work exceptional! I'm highly satisfied with his work!!!!

I used Home Advisor to request emergency type service for a mysterious tub leak that was affecting my downstairs neighbors apartment.
I must admit I was a tad hesitant and skeptical due to previous experience with a handyman via Home Advisor.
Scott was one of 3 that reached out within 5-10 minutes of my request.  
Once I spoke to him, I had a very good feeling about the level of experience and quality I could expect from him.
He had an opening for the very next morning at 8:30am and I happily accepted after confirming a few questions.
I wanted to be transparent with him so I wouldn't feel I  was wasting his time or mine.
He was very forthcoming on the range for pricing I could anticipate which I appreciated very much.  
Scott arrived the next morning within 10-15 minutes of our appointment (totally understandable given Jacksonville traffic and time of day).
He assessed the problem, quickly identified the leak, went to his shop to retrieve a needed part and promptly returned.  All in all, leak was fixed very quickly and he explained cause for leak.  There have been no issues and the visit was 5 days ago now.
I will definitely be calling Peyton Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!  Very fair pricing, quality of work, prompt follow-up and on time for appointment.
Not to mention, very friendly and customer service focused!  Thank you Scott for saving the day and making my day a lot less stressful!!!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

Anthony showed up within a few hours after I called, and found the leak between the meter and the house within minutes. He was able to quickly fix this, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussing some upcoming maintenance I asked about. I have found my plumber, and couldn't be happier. Fair pricing too!

I had these guys come out and install a generator the crew of Bryan and Walter were very polite and respectful. Upon completion the area's of my home were left nicer than it was when they arrived. These gentlemen took pride in their work and the finished product showed it. If I ever need electrical work again David Gray will be the ones to help me.

I called action plumbing yesterday because I had an outside water leak. I was expecting Mark to schedule a date a time next week but he sprung into ACTION and drove from Orlando to Daytona Beach to do the job. I was concerned about cutting a hole into my stucco but he reassured me he can do it all. And he took great care to replace the cracked and worn spigot with a better model. He patched up the stucco better than my last plumber's job on another spigot.

He also evenly spaced out and drilled the holes I needed to hang up my outdoor lighting...loving it!  Thanks to Mark and his cute family. Many blessings!

I needed a leak fixed which  I had to shut off water inside my home.  I called on a Monday and  initially I was told their next opening was on Thursday.  I went ahead and scheduled the appointment.  Later on that day I received a call they had an opening on Tuesday!  

The technician arrived on time and wearing a mask .  He explained what needed to be done and showed me what was completed.  Also honored the $50 coupon off any plumbing repair that was on their website !!

After our old washing machine bit the dust, we found a replacement and scheduled delivery. To my consternation, as I was disconnecting the water lines to remove the old washer, I discovered the cold water shutoff valve on the wall had failed and could not be turned off!

With the new washer soon to be delivered, the clock was ticking, and I needed a quick solution. Hoping I could dash out to the local big box home hardware stores and find a replacement valve, I was sorely disappointed. This valve was nowhere to be found!  

An alternative is to open up the wall, cut the pipes and replace the entire box, valves and all. With a new washer on the way, there was no time for that. Make sure you fully document what you are wanting them to do and get a cost.  I had them out two weeks ago to look at P-trap that was leaking.  I then get a $177 dollar bill.  Thought it was much but needed it done.  At the same time my tenant asked them to look at a toilet that wasn't filling, but there wasn't time to get to it.  I called them back and asked what it would take to get them out to look at the toilet.....I then get a bill for $192 for repair work to 3 toilets.  I wanted to know the cost before authorizing any work because I could have replaced the toilet in question for apx $100.  I called to complain and was told they had the work order for 2 toilets, and that they are busy company with many large commercial accounts from Palm Coast to S. Ga and that they couldn't have gotten the order wrong - The Supervisor insisted that didn't pull the number randomly out of the air and that I called to have two toilets repaired.  When asked even if I had called for two, why was the third repaired Well, if it broke the following week...you'd be upset that we didn't fix it at the time we were out.    The ending:  pay what you think was fair but to never call us again.
I will say, quality of work is not an issue

Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive.  I paid them for a service  that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.
