Best Plumbing Inspection in Irvine CA

Sean came to fix a clog issue at our place in late 2011. He was clean, friendly, approachable, and seemed very trustworthy. This was a friendly sight after having run across 3 other plumbers the past 2 years that raised sneaky suspicions (we were ripped off by one of them -- we were inexperienced at that time.)

He explained everything in detail and understood our concerns. He seemed to genuinely have the customer's interest at heart.

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

I had some toilet valve seal leaking problem. Mike came over the next working day and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in a matter of no time.

I have used him before and will continue doing so. Don't get put off by his well used working van...it's a community classic. He really knows his stuff and is reasonable in what he charges you.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Phillip from Revival Plumbing came in and fixed our kitchen sink and shower drain issues when two other companies before could not. The company and Phillip did great work and put in way more effort than other companies. As customers, we feel extremely satisfied and felt like we were in great hands through the whole process. I one hundred percent recommend everyone to go through Revival from now on if you want your problem solved and if you want to be taken care of by a company that doesn't give up until your issue is solved.

Carlos came over right away within an hour of calling him. We had an emergency underneath our kitchen sink, it wouldn't stop leaking profusely. He came in and solved the matter within 10 mins!  Yay!!!

Brent was awesome! We had a water leak at the hot water heater that caused alot of damage. He quickly came out, turned off the broken heater and removed it. He brought a temporary portable hot water heater for my tenant to use so she'd have hot water for the week it took for all the repairs. That was amazing and a life saver!!! He called me to follow up for a reinstallation date. Came out the next day, installed the new one, cleaned up and removed the temp unit and showed tenant how to use the new one. He was thourough, priced right, clean, friendly, knowledgable and on time- can't ask for better than Brent!

I called Justin about a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to be at my house in an hour and got right to work. The clog went much further than expected (no easy drain snaking could clear it) so he had to work it from the drain cap outside (which had been stuccoed over so he had to go above and beyond to chip away the stucco in order to access it). Then he found that the main line clog stretched further than his 35' clearing equipment could fix so he drove home to pickup his 75' drain clearing machine and came right back and got everything fixed. His dedication to completing the job was impressive and I still got the problem fixed for a reasonable price even though it ended up taking most of Justin's afternoon... Great guy and excellent service!  (Also good with kids and pets - happily handled my three kids asking him questions the whole time and my two dogs watching intently from a foot away )

C&C plumbing once again came through for me. Found what I thought was a leaking water heater but turned out it was a slab leak. This happened to be my third slab leak, so I decided to re-pipe the the whole house using PEX. They were  very professional and got the job done in 2 days as opposed to 6 days in which another company quoted me. Also their pricing was well below my other bids. Highly recommended!

Our small restaurant had clogged drain yesterday and we were panicking because it also caused clogging near the soda  fountain drain at the dining area...
We initially called a different company but quickly cancelled it after reading warning reviews about extraordinary charges...
We called Rooter Champion based on the excellent review..  
we were given a very reasonable estimate and happy to be given same afternoon appointment..
we didn't end up using them because we finally managed to unclogged the drain ourselves..
But Rooter champion arrived on time and didn't charge us anything..
We  are happy to find a good company and will use them for future maintenance

I am writing this good review because they deserve one and it is the least we could do....

Vladimir was the consummate plumber and businessman. He was reliable, prompt courteous, skilled, polite and priced right. Thank You Vladimir for doing such a great job!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Gregg Kranz.  He was not only on-time, but *early* and didn't charge me for what was a very thorough evaluation of my issue.  Nor did he recommend unnecessary and costly remedies that plumbers can be known to do ... they generally get a stereotyped bad wrap right up there with auto mechanics.  The time to be doing diligence and interviewing for a good plumber is NOT during a crisis situation, so I'm thrilled to have attained a level of comfort with him in advance.  High marks for being responsive, courteous, and a consummate professional.  I hope not to have to have him back out anytime soon - after all, no one WANTS to need a plumber, but after having read other reviews here and my initial positive experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and to recommend him to others.

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

Simpex was great to work with for our repipe. The idea of swapping out the pipes in our whole house was a scary concept, so we appreciated the reassurance and professionalism of a team that completes several of these per week.

From the very first conversation, to the estimate, work, inspections, and patching, everything went super smoothly. All the main repipe work happened in a single day! The drywall patching was scheduled right away completed in one day as well.

Greg is Awesome...Very straight forward...no BS...will tell you what is really needed and will not up-sell to get more money out of you. I had a problem with my Sewer Line and was told by another plumber that the roots in the line are the only thing keeping the line up and that I need to replace said line for $8,000.... Called Greg and he used his blades to tear out the Roots for less than $100... He confirmed that I did not have any problems with my sewer line and that all I really have to do is this annual maintenance with the blades to clear my sewer line once a year (I have a city tree..whose roots go into my line). For a truly honest plumber...who knows his stuff call Greg.

We just bought our dream home and noticed this brown stuff coming out of the electric socket. We didn't know who to call but after searching message boards it was recommended that we call a general contractor. So this is how we met Dennis. He opened up the drywall and there was huge honeycomb with dead bees in the wall!! This was such a weird situation but Dennis took care of all of it. He cleaned it out and then one of his employees put back the dry wall and painted it seamlessly. Now its like nothing ever happen!! He did everything so timely that I'm still in awe and so happy its all over. Highly recommend Dennis and his team!! You really wont regret it!

So many times we run into contractors and service companies that try to get a little more, add a little more, obfuscate an issue or exaggerate a problem.  These guys are not one of those.  They gave a very fair price, were responsive, on time, professional.  

They treat you like you would hope to be treated - with respect and understanding.  Cannot ask for more.

These guys are awesome - they snaked and cleaned my waste line, showed me with a camera what the issue was, no surprises, no problems.   Cannot recommend them enough.

My shower clogged.  This happens every 2-3 years and a quick snaking of the pipe fixes it.  I called Rooter Hero.  They sent a guy right out.  Before looking at my shower, he said they had to camera our main drain and would need to put in a clean out outside.  The camera guy couldn't make till tomorrow.  No charge for the camera.  I said that was fine,  but could he snake my shower today and fix the clog.  He refused.  Without even stepping inside,  he said I had a main drag blockage.  How would he know?  I refused his service and send him away empty handed.  

Ethics are very questionable with this company.
