I called and the lady over the phone was very friendly and had the owner Jeff himself call me back to ask what my problem was.  I explained to him about what I saw coming from my clean out spot and he said I will be there in 15 mins.  He was there around that time. The owner came out on a holiday weekend where it was over 100 degrees.  He cleaned the drain and gave me some great advice on how to keep this from happening again.   That shows a lot about his character
He didn't had the job off to someone else he came himself.   It shows pride in the company and his clients.  Thanks to courtesy and Jeff

I reached out on Yelp for an emergency plumber on a Sunday afternoon and received an immediate and professional response from Bob at A A Services Plumbing.   Upon arrival Bob was courteous and explained what needed to be done to resolve my immediate issue and provided suggestions and pricing to help with another issue discovered.  I will definitely keep Bob in mind for future plumbing needs and highly recommend his assistance today.

I didn't review Phil the last time he troubleshoot and fixed my toilet the first time(nearly a year ago) but I had to share my 2nd experience just a day ago. After messaging him early in the morning, Phil messaged me back promptly and made himself available later that same day. The SAME DAY. I've never had a visit the same day without being charged emergency visit rates, but I would gladly pay it for Phil's services. Not only did he replace my 10 year old garbage disposal quickly, but he left everything spotless, but the only evidence that he was even there was the shiny new garbage disposal that he brought PRIOR to even showing up. Phil is a consumate professional and a delightful person to boot. If you're in the area and need a good plumber, you should definitely give him a chance to earn your business.

Called SoCal and spoke with Carlos, he answered on the first call and was able to give me an appointment the next day. He showed up on time, always appreciated, and  he informed me that my issue was the responsibility of the local gas company. Gave me a fair and free quote for a water heater replacement and even though my current one was a little old, he could've easily gave me some doom and gloom spiel but he didn't. He was honest an upfront and told me I could still keep using the one I currently have for a while longer.

I will definitely keep SoCal in mind for any future issues I may have. Carlos came across very sincere, honest and most of all, professional.

I called Brent to come and inspect what I suspected was a pin hole leak somewhere in the wall behind my water heater tank in my garage. I was worried it might be a leak in the concrete slab under the garage. Brent was able to find the leak just behind the water heater tank and repair the leak and referred me to a person who could repair the dry wall that was damaged by the leak. He also answered some plumbing questions not related to this leak and saved me additional plumbing cost related to my dishwasher by referring me to a person who works on appliances. He also pointed out the corroded water valve going into my water heater tank. It's good to know in advance what plumbing troubles are coming my way. He was very easy to work with and didn't hesitate to answer any plumbing questions I had.

We had a plumbing issue that required the water in our home to be shut off.  Justin responded to our yelp inquiry within minutes. He came by, fixed the problem and charged less than what we expected to pay. We had a conversation about our families and Justin seemed like a really nice guy. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.

I called to have someone come out and Dan arrived in a couple of hours!! He listened carefully to what my problems were and explained to me what was going on with my plumbing. One item was a result of something I didn't understand regarding plumbing. He explained it to me and...no repair needed, no charge! The other problem he took his time to really make an excellent repair. Left everything clean. Great job !! I would highly recommend this company and Dan. I will use them in the future when needed.

Steven , Alan, & Jorge came out to my house to replace 45 feet worth of my sewer outside the whole with a cool method called pipe bursting I believe & I can not stress this enough when I say job well done. Not only were they on time & professional but walked me through step by step as my sewer was being replaced . Ohh and not to mention it looks like they were never here! Thank you rooter champion for such an outstanding job I well definitely use & recommend you guys in the future!!

This is the best plumbing company out there.  Period.  Vlad, the owner, is honest, knows how to fix a problem, and will not charge you extra just because he can.  Look no further.  We have used Prostar five or six times.  Each time, the problem was fixed with professionalism and on short notice.  The first time we used Prostar was about a year ago when we had a slab leak.  They came out on short notice and fixed the problem for a fraction of what several other plumbers quoted us.  Fast forward to a few months ago when we had a huge plumbing back-up on a Sunday evening.  I called a local big name plumbing company who came out (and charged Sunday evening rates), but could not fix the problem after 2 hours.  I called Prostar the next morning and Vlad came out.  Vlad was out within an hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour.  Turns out the backup was a bigger problem - we had roots growing into our pipes.  Vlad fixed the problem on a Saturday.  In fact, after digging up the ground, he said the there was an alternative to re-piping and saved us a few hundred more dollars.  Overall, a great company with people who know what they are doing.  In a world where customer service is a lost practice, Prostar stands out.  Thank you Vlad.  You are our guy and we will refer you to everyone we know who needs an honest, knowledgeable plumber.  By the way, Vlad is a veteran....thanks for your service.

I had a pinhole leak in my kitchen. Not knowing any Plumbers in the area, I initially went through the yellow pages. After hours of waiting and getting the runaround, I went on Yelp and found Greg Kranz Plumbing Service.

He made time to fit us into his busy schedule and fixed the leak in no time. He also took his time giving us important information regarding our plumbing needs, with no sales pressure at all.

We are glad we found Greg and have a family Plumber we can trust.

I contacted Michael and within 3 hours, he was at my house and was able to fix two toilets.  He had the parts with him, was very nice and did a great job.

So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

We had a broken pipe under our sink. Simpex quickly responded to our call and the next day sent Joel to give us an estimate. Joel was so professional and informative. He repaired our pipe. He went far and beyond to endusure everything was done property. We trutly appreciate the service they provided. Thank you Simpex and Joel!

Came home to a gross smell in the house on a Saturday afternoon. Looked up Beach Plumbing & Jetting on Yelp and spoke with Scott. He gave me a quick quote and had a member of his team (Fabian) to the house in under an hour. Fabian was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue within two minutes of arriving and fixed the problem (backed-up drain) lickety-split! Total time between call and completion of job, one hour and 15 minutes...boom! Thanks for the fast response, guys!! Will definitely use your services again!!

Dennis is the contractor in Owner  of Cottage Construction and he removed our short privacy wall short beam and replaced it with a long beam and did a good job. He also is good at framing and he has a good cabinet and granite guy he used when we replaced our tub.  Dennis is very good when it comes to woodwork and framing and other aspects along with it.

Plumbing issues always happen when you least expect or want to happen, like on a late Sunday morning.  And no one expects to see your bathtub and shower with water (and other things) coming up the drain instead of going down the drain.  I would consider this an emergency and I also expected to pay quite handsomely for the callout.  After calling four different plumbers and either getting voicemails or an afterhours/weekend answering service picked up, no one was responding to my calls.  Sean (owner) from Orange County Drains & Sewer Services, picked up the phone himself on my first call.  He was upfront from the get-go; told me he had a few calls they were working but he would be able to help.  He asked what was going on, I explained to him our situation and he said it sounded like a main line problem.  Not even an hour goes by and Sean called back and said he'll be there by 4pm.  Before he even started working, he was upfront and gave me a price to do the work.  Without hesitation, I told him to do the work because the price was more than reasonable for an emergency call.  How do I know it was more than reasonable?  I had someone tell me I should have called them because they have people who do this type of work, including emergency calls, and I probably overpaid.  When I told him what the pricing was and what we were paying, he immediately stated we got a great price from Sean.  Within a few minutes of arriving, Sean cleared out our problem.  It wasn't just a standard blockage.  As he stated on the phone, it was a main line problem, which caused our plumbing to back up to the house.  He recommended a cleanout at the front of the house and gave me a price to do that.  The nice thing about the price was whatever I paid for the emergency call would go toward the work for the cleanout.  I agreed to the cleanout and the next morning, Sean and two additional team members were there ready to work.  Within a few hours, we had a long overdue two-way cleanout installed and the hydro-jetting cleared out any remaining blockage.  The work was clean (no pun intended) and neat.  Sean and his crew were extremely professional, upfront, honest and hard working.  I know this isn't the end of our plumbing adventures because after seeing what I saw on his camera feed and his explanation of what everything was, I know there is still work that needs to be done under the house and our mainline eventually needs to be addressed.  Without a doubt or hesitation, if you need work done and hopefully it's not an emergency (but if it is), I would recommend Orange County Drain & Sewer Services to anyone who needs help.  As my wife said, Sean and Orange County Drain & Sewer Services has a customer for life.

Called Rooter Hero, based upon advertising heard on KFI. Had a hot water leak. Charged $350 to do a camera search, saying they'd incorporate it into the bill, if I bought repairs. Told me I had a slab leak. Repair @ $2,600. ok'd it. Plumbers commenced repairs. Plumbers went for parts & were gone for 2 hours. Repairs completed 5 hours later to the tune of $2,900. My bad for not negotiating, but no paperwork when job done; said I get an invoice in an e-mail. Got email next day, but no costs broken done, only an invoice for $2,900. Very disappointed. Thought I was dealing with an honest, up front company.
