Best Water Conditioner Repair in Irvine CA

I want to thank Rey Torres and Dwain Bush for helping out with my soon to be home. During inspections, I was in need of mainline scope (I think that's what it's called). I called to see if someone could come out the next day after 3:00 p.m. Rey contacted me and let me know that he'd be coming out at 3 and would be coming with Dwain. Both showed up, immediately place their shoe covers, had on their masks and were so professional. Rey walked me through everything and told me he would have my video done quickly (something needed for home inspections). When I paid, he handed me a glove to sign his iPad and was so pleasant. I loved the professionalism and trustworthiness I got from the end of the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Rey and Dwain. Thank you guys!

Kody was super responsive. Reached to me after hours and answered questions for me so I would understand. Came out couple days later and finished the job quickly in 20 min (I had a leaky outdoor faucet). The job was clean and even cleaned up after which was very nice. Professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Great service, professional, at an affordable price. Everyone I called to fix the problem I had, either didn't want to handle the job, or wouldn't respond back. Efficient? Convenient? Honesty? Professionalism? Friendly? Where do i start?
As most of reviewers here I foind him through Yelp and ask for a quote to install a water softner. He responded within couple hours and gave me a price well below other sellers. (Same model)
Scheduling installation was no issue, his staffs were also friendly and honest.
I already recommended him to my coworkers and families if anyone is looking for water softner. As most of reviews here, you won't regret it.

Garrett was awesome. Hot water heater went out on Monday, had a new unit installed the next day - done by noon.

He was responsive to all my inquiries and provided all the information upfront - no surprise charges or fees. Very transparent throughout the project. He worked quickly & efficiently and explained everything that he did.

I would highly recommend Garrett and his team - definitely keeping them on hand for any future projects.

I wanted a whole house water filter so I took a chance and filled out the online form.  Received a call right away.   Andy came over and we talked about the different systems.  He recommended the Spartan 1000.  It was just installed and we noticed a difference in our water right away!  The technician that came to install the system was so professional, super nice and really good at this job.  His plumbing work is top notch!  I'm just so happy with the experience from start to finish.  I highly recommend Rayne Water.

I called three HVAC companies on Friday night, Alex was the only one that returned the call by Saturday morning and was at my place within 24 hours (I mentioned I had a baby and he managed to squeeze me in). Seemed really honest, sharp and solved the problem quickly. Pleasant, efficient, and reasonably priced - cannot ask for much more than that. I would definitely recommend Positive Plumbing, Heating and Air without hesitation and should I experience issues in the future, this is the only company I'll call.

My mother lives in an old 1930s-vintage home in Orange.  The old shower faucets developed a leak.  I live in another state, so my task was to find somebody using the web that could fix the leak.

I knew from my own experience fixing things at Mom's house that Home Depot had nothing that even remotely resembled these old solid brass fixtures.

Superior came out, looked at the shower, and explained to me over the phone that they might not be able to find replacements, and so we might have to replace the entire shower.

But as it happened, Superior was able to find and install replacements the same day!  The price was very reasonable.

Everything was explained clearly and courteously to me.  You'll get hard-sell scare tactics from other plumbing outfits in the Orange area.  But not from Superior Plumbing.  

Very highly recommended!

These guys think outside the box and do a great job.  what other companies could or would not do, Freedom First found a solution at a fantastic price.  I had a faucet installed; a challenging feat given the circumstances.  it came loose over time (less than a year), and the original installer could not handle it, but Freedom First came in and resolved it with flying colors.

I had quotes from several plumbers to either see if I could actually install a tankless system in my condo or just go with a regular water heater replacement for my 16+ year old water heater.  Jay came by for the estimate and provided information on the pricing for the tankless system, but also was honest about what needed to be done to install a tankless.  In the end he didn't push for it and even said the price for a tankless wasn't worth it for my particular situation.  I ended up going with a regular water heater.  Also the total price for the everything was very reasonable!

Conner came by on time the next day to install the new water heater.  Everything was done very professionally and neatly.  My floors were protected and he cleaned up after too.  Will definitely recommend and use Swift for any future water heater/soft water system needs.  Thanks Jay and Conner!

Great service over all!! Called Petar early Saturday morning. Left a voicemail about no hot water and pilot light wasn't working. I had called other places and explained my situation and was that about 90% of the time I would need a new water heater. When Petar called me back, I explained the problem and told me I probably needed the pilot assembly replaced. He showed up at within the time he said. Sure enough it was the assembly that needed to be replaced. He was fixed the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars.. Highly recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their water heaters.
