MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

We called Service Champions and they came out that day to see what our problem was. They were very professional and took pictures. Our inside house temperature was between 82 and 85 degrees with air conditioning. We ended up getting a new unit and replacing all the air ducts. They worked for two days and cleaned up everything. It was expensive to replace all of that but they were great to work with. Now our house is cool a pleasant 78 degrees and no more musty smell. I would recommend this company to my friends. We are pleased with the results! We worked with Ruben, David A, and Chris D.

Note: this is a review regarding their customer service/communication. I did not end up using this company due to the lack of proper communication so cannot comment on the quality of their plumbing work.

Reached out to this company for a water softener installation quote. They were one of the companies with experience installing the Pelican water system and they had good reviews so I figured I would call and ask. The woman who picks up the phone (I believe her name is Tess) was very kind & helpful, but the rest of the communication with the process was very broken and lacking.

First, I was told someone would come out to my property to give me a quote between a specified time frame. I made sure to be home during this 4 hour window. Nobody arrived so I called the main line and they said that Cory would be coming. Cory never came and instead called me while he was driving to discuss things over the phone (there was so much background noise I could barely hear him at times). I canceled other commitments and appointments in order to be home during this time so this was already a turnoff.

Second, he asked me to send him an e-mail with photos of my yard and he would get back to me after the weekend. I waited a few days and received no response back. I called the office again and then Tess was able to get a hold of Cory and send me an estimate.

We finally got an agreement on the final price and I had a few questions for Cory so Tess said she would let Cory know and that he would call me back. I gave them a time frame for which I would be available, and again, no communication. I never received a call.

I'm sure this company is great and I had a good experience communicating with Tess, but I think they need to improve their internal communication. I had to call this company 3-4 times to follow-up on my own. In the end, I went with another company because I felt uneasy about the lack of communication and flakiness and how much follow-up work I had to do. I figured that would not be something I would want to deal with in installing a system that costs multiple thousands of dollars.

Christian did an amazing job, he was completely honest and gave us a great price. He made sure to unclog our pipes. Christian also guaranteed to come back if the same problem happened.

Super generous and respectful guy, he got along with our dad & that's always a plus !

I reached out on Yelp for an emergency plumber on a Sunday afternoon and received an immediate and professional response from Bob at A A Services Plumbing.   Upon arrival Bob was courteous and explained what needed to be done to resolve my immediate issue and provided suggestions and pricing to help with another issue discovered.  I will definitely keep Bob in mind for future plumbing needs and highly recommend his assistance today.

Matt SAVED THE DAY TODAY (on a Sunday no less!)!! We had a mainline clog that backed up our three tubs and shower. My wife found Seashore on Yelp and called them at 10:30am and Matt (the owner) showed up promptly at 12.30pm (his scheduled time).  He snaked the line several times until the drain was cleared. His price was very fair for this emergency, Sunday service and he also gave us a competitive quote for adding another clean-out. Seashore's service is punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Matt certainly earned our business and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

When all other plumbers were booking weeks out, Pipe Bros sent someone out right away. And he was GREAT! Nice, competent, reasonable.

Dave and his team at Smart and Handy were amazing when I needed to do a full remodel of a condo for my elderly mother.   When I called a handful of companies  for an estimate, Dave was the only one who called me back within a day.  

Dave gave great options to do the remodel with my limited budget.   He also has a great sense of design and made recommendations and gave feedback on materials and colors.   An added bonus was that he and his team are experts in remodeling homes for the elderly.   I really appreciated the advice he gave on grab bars, shower seat, door knobs, door width, and other details.    My mom feels so comfortable and safe with the features that were incorporated into the design.

Dave communicated well with me every step of the way. He and his team did a great job and always left the place clean.   He also followed up a few times after the remodel was done to make sure that everything was satisfactory.   I give Smart and Handy 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them again for future remodels.

I needed a new water heater as evidenced by the leak on the bottom of tank.  FV team responded fast and with competitive bid.   The crew that performed our install was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely.   I will definitely connect with them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I live in Irvine and had a situation last night where I was up in LA for an event, and had literally just reached my friends house to pick her up, when my 16 year old called from our house in Irvine to say we had a plumbing emergency and my husband needed to know if I had a plumber I knew and could call.  

Luckily I am part of an business group with some of the best professionals in all different types of business categories that go through a rigorous screening process and we have a well regarded plumber that one of the realtors had brought in to our group!  I texted Phil our plumber in all CAPS with a frantic  HELP I HAVE AN EMERGENCY! And his response was I am on my way and will be there in 30 minutes or less, I was so relieved!  

I knew he was 24/7 but it was 6:30 on a Friday night and I knew I couldn't follow up, other than to text my husband Phils contact info, and let him know I got hold of Phil and he was available and on his way.  

He is amazing and I highly recommend him!  Put his contact info in your phone so if you need help you can call him immediately to get help!!

We had an issue with a backed up drain for one of our bathrooms.  Fortunately it wasn't an emergency because we could use our alternate bathroom.  But of course it happened two days before Christmas and we were hosting!  So hopefully I cooked everything so that no one got food poisoning!!  Looking through Yelp, I wanted a local plumber, with recent, good reviews and we found Carlos!  We reached out on Christmas Eve to schedule an appointment for Dec 26 and Carlos quickly responded.  

Our house piping is pretty old even though we have had various repiping and repair over the last 16 years I owned the home.  Carlos and team replaced the damaged piping, checked for any other damage, and built a clean out that was easier to access for future use (hopefully not needed... but much easier to clean the drains if necessary).  Carlos and Jose started the job immediately and was complete in two days.

I appreciated the prompt response and the ability to fix our issue for our old home!  I would definitely call again for any plumbing issues in the future!

Great service! Came out very quickly to fix my drains and did a great job. Very nice and knowledgeable and professional.

Called with a clogged toilet. Gio came out in the time window I was given.  He did an awesome job finding and blowing out the tree root that was plugging up our sewer line.  He explained the situation clearly and even gave me tips on how to prevent roots in the system in the future.  I would not hesitate to call HHS again.

I requested Chris to install a shower handle and bidet sprays in the bathroom and asked for advice on the bathroom sink pipe and laundry pipe. He was flexible and accommodating on the busy schedule, arrived on-time, and performed his work quickly and meticulously. His advice on the pipes were honest and well received stating that there were no visible issues and said I wouldn't need any repairs or replacements unless I experience any issues. He wasn't able to install the second bidet sprayer as the package was incomplete but said he'd work out a good schedule to complete it. His pricing is very reasonable and his attitude and workmanship was top notch. I will definitely request his professional assistance in the near future!

Definitely recommend this business! My kitchen faucet was leaking so I called and Eric came that same day to check out the problem. Next day he went to Home Depot for me, got a faucet I wanted and fixed/installed it very fast. Professional, fast and reliable. Thank you Eric!

We have used them a few times for outdoor pool and sprinkler pipes and repair with excellent and quick result. If any post- installation adjustments are needed, they come back quickly and with a smile.
The true test of this company came during an emergency bathroom leak we had this weekend. Once again, Brandon answered the phone cheerfully at 7am on a Sunday and Kona was at our residence within 30 minutes. With his years of experience and astute diagnostic and problem solving skills we were able to determine that our sewer blockage was caused by a recent pool renovation. After his meticulous  work and hydroblasting he cleared it! His brother Kevin and everyone else at Crandall plumbing have the same great work ethic.

We woke up to a bathroom with  water everywhere. Rooter Hero was called and they sent Joe to assess the problem. He arrived quickly, was polite and friendly. He was very informative and told us our options. He fixed our immediate problem and let us know that we're gonna need to tend to bigger issues in the near future but wasn't pushy about making us decide right now. We will definitely be calling Rooter Hero and asking for Joe! I suggest if you have plumbing concerns you should too!
