MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

We had an air conditioner tune-up by service tech, Joe Hannah, the other day.  He did a great job.  He arrived on time, did a thorough evaluation, explained the issues and recommended the needed repairs without being a pushy salesperson type.  He is to be commended on the tremendous work.

Found this company on Yelp and contacted them for a quote. Christian conducted a telephone consultation in minutes and quoted me a fair price. He also said he could come the same day. We arranged a time and he arrived a few minutes early. He got started right away and did a great job with three drains. He had new equipment including a camera device he used to ensure the clog was removed. He was friendly and had a great attitude. I would recommend them and use them again.

Bob is great! We have used him three times now, for different plumbing issues. He shows up on time, explains the problem and diagnosis clearly, and quotes reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable (Bob's also a licensed contractor) and works very diligently. I highly recommend Bob for any plumbing or contracting needs.

Matt was on time and did great work. He was fast and the quote was fair. He also found parts for me that we will need for a future project. I'll be calling him again.

Our household had a plumbing emergency with our shower cartridge being stuck. We had called another plumber previously who wanted to charge us $280 an hour because it was an emergency. They claimed they had to cut a hole into our bathroom wall and replace the entire valve which would have been a 4 hour job.

Christian from the Pipe Bros fixed the problem within 20 minutes without having to do any invasive work whatsoever. My family really appreciated the honesty which is truly rare these days.

I have a first time home buyer and had a great experience working with Dave.  He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Dave took the time to educate me on projects I was interested in - even those that may not involve him.  I would not hesitate to call Smart & Handy again.  

Dave recently repainted and installed new flooring in my town home.  He completed the project on time and on budget, and provided me updates via texts and pictures along the way. Dave even took the time to meet me at the flooring store and helped me select the flooring that would suit my tastes and function best in my home.  

Additionally, Dave provided a lot of pointers for me on how to make the home suitable for my elderly parents.  He is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful about the options available to make my home as safe as possible for a person with a disability but was also very conscious of my limited budget.

Lastly, I'd like to say that in attempting my first remodel, I am very weary of dishonest or careless contractors. In working with Dave I never felt this way.  He was never pushy, always polite, and incredibly easy to work with.  I look forward to working with Dave again in the near future.

I contacted Frank last night and I kind of told him what was going on with us not getting any hot water around the house. I told him my availability and he said he could come out! I had texted him pictures and just to give him an idea of what could be going on and we left it at that. We made an official meeting time and he arrived on time. He checked for any other potential faults and it was exactly what I had suspected as I had done some troubleshooting . I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell, he explained what could be happening. He told me he would send me a quote by the night and he certainly did with a couple options. Now if it were up to me I would feel very comfortable paying for his services but now it's up to the landlord.
I know I will be keeping his contact info in case I ever need anything else.

Phil came out to service our tankless water heater.  He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, professional, detailed and didn't leave any mess.  He explained to us what he had done, showed us the results from the flushing of the system and recommendations for keeping the unit in tip-top running condition. Highly recommend Phil.

After calling several companies in the Long Beach area at 11pm on a Saturday, SoCal Plumbing Service was the ONLY company that picked up and was available for a stat plumbing need. We explained to them that the hose connecting to the toilet had leaked earlier in the day and then exploded at night, resulting in a fire-hydrant like flow in our bathroom. Our whole house was starting to flood, and after turning the water supply off, the leak was still leaking.

Carlos was very clear about the costs of an emergency appointment, ($450) however, because of the speed of the leak and the potential damage, we did not hesitate to confirm. Carlos and Matt came by ~20 mins after our call, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. While it was an easy fix on their end, we felt at ease knowing that it was properly taken care of.

Thank you Carlos and Matt for coming to our rescue. It's good to know when a company says they are available for emergencies, they deliver on their promise.

I had the (unfortunate) need to have a new sewer line installed in a home just purchased.  The home was bought with the knowledge there was a potential problem.  Researched companies before closing escrow and had Rooter Champion come out shortly after escrow closed.  Sadly, Bryan confirmed my thoughts and began the work.  What a project!  An entire team was assembled on my property for almost 3 days.  These guys worked hard but maintained their professionalism and respect for the property.

Fast forward a week later, I have an issue with a rental property I am remodeling.  Didn't think it was a big issue so I called one of those firms that offer coupons for $77 drain cleaning.  Big mistake.  Within minutes of arriving and without a a camera, they diagnosed the issues and offered me a fix well over $8500.  Suffice it to say, I kicked them out and called Bryan.  

Unfortunately the job involved more than a clean out.  Bryan and his crew worked with me, offered the right fix and took care of the problem.

This is the only company I will call or recommend from now one for drain or rooter issues.

We had a leak from our sprinkler system. We turned off the main shut off valve because it was still leaking when we tried to turn off only the sprinkler shut off valve. Earl, the owner, swung by to take a look at it and give us options. We chose for him to cap off the sprinkler shut off valve. He did so, and there is no more leak. He also gave us a discount because he said he didn't spend too much time in labor to warrant the full price. Thanks, Earl!

I had an excellent experience with HHS Plumbing! The technician did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and followed up with me by showing me all the parts and explain what he had done. I would highly highly recommend!

We called to have someone look at our gas fire pit, replace the ring and check for leaks.  Jim came out, discussed the details with me and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job.  He was able to come out the very next day to complete the job with all the tools necessary.  He worked very hard, did an awesome job and made sure everything was working well before he left.  I would highly recommend Jim and Pristine Plumbing.  He was extremely knowledgeable and polite!

I placed an inquiry on Yelp to replace a very old shower valve that was leaking badly.   Kody Rivas, the owner of Prolific Plumbing responded very quickly even though he was in the middle of another job.  His quote was competitive with 2 other quotes I received and was available within the next hour so I booked him.   He arrived on time; took time to put covers on his shoes and completed the job within an hour.  He and his team are very polite and very professional.   I would definitely use this company again.

I requested Chris to install a shower handle and bidet sprays in the bathroom and asked for advice on the bathroom sink pipe and laundry pipe. He was flexible and accommodating on the busy schedule, arrived on-time, and performed his work quickly and meticulously. His advice on the pipes were honest and well received stating that there were no visible issues and said I wouldn't need any repairs or replacements unless I experience any issues. He wasn't able to install the second bidet sprayer as the package was incomplete but said he'd work out a good schedule to complete it. His pricing is very reasonable and his attitude and workmanship was top notch. I will definitely request his professional assistance in the near future!

Our outside drain clogged and needed immediate attention due to an outdoor backyard party the next morning. Eric responded to my request promptly and took care of the drain immediately. He's very friendly, considerate, and someone I would keep as my local plumber. If there's ever another plumbing issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call Eric. He even gave me some suggestions on what to do in the future when we renovate our kitchen to take care of some maintenance stuff.

This is my first yelp review.  My wife and I were in Vail when my son called to tell us the carpet in our living room was soaking wet. The only thing that goes through your mind is panic.

I checked the reviews and called a couple companies.  Crandall's called back right away and came out the next day.  Because it was a slab leak it was a complicated fix and because they were responsive I gave them the business.  

The work got done and the leak was fixed.   However. I noticed later one if our showers no longer worked.

I called them and they came out that same day, acknowledged the problem and fixed it - no haggling or additional cost.  

So do they deserve a five?  Not if you really think about it - after all it was not done right the first time. BUT they are a quality company and stood behind their work no questions asked.  So that made me want to give them a great review.

Called in this morning to schedule a drain cleaning, using their $77 special....in less than 2 hours I had Ray Elizarraras at my door...punctual, fast, neat, informative and professional! 90 day warranty on job done, will definitely recommend to others.
