Always get three estimates; they were the third, and turned out to be the one we picked.
We had a leak coming from the foundation next to the hot water copper pipe so he suggested a re-route with PEX. He thought Re-pipe of the whole house was not necessary at this time.
I recommend Prodigy Plumbing and they are local.

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Rey is literally the only plumber I will ever use as long as we live in Southern California. His quality of service, demeanor, and experience put him in a tier above others. Highly highly recommend. Rey has done numerous projects for us and is always courteous, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Really bad customer service. The repairman who estimated repair on Wednesday, Jeff, said his schedule was wide open from 12-5 the next day, Thursday. Jeff asked if I wanted him to come out the next day, or someone else, i said of course I want you, not someone new- I don't want to go through all this explanation again. Crandall's sent someone new on Thursday, and after long holds on the phone said that Jeff was busy on a big job and if I want him he couldn't be out until Monday.
Not using Crandall's. Thanks for wasting my time and thanks for nothing.

Was it an emergency though? Or was it that my little job was expendable and easily pawned off to any random repairman? The guy who came out knew nothing about my job and THOUGHT he was there to  give me an estimate. And; who wrote the reply to my review? Sam, who it says wrote it, or, Erica- who signed it? You also spelled my name wrong.
Thanks, but no thanks: you turned a one hour simple job that could have, and should have, been done the same day that you originally came out (for a $450 quote), into a total frustration that leaves me looking for another plumber in order to have my new sink drain installed and hooked up to my new garbage disposer.
If the other repairmen you sent had detailed and accurate notes he would have known what to do. He didn't. He said, okay, let me get you a quote.

Had trouble with slow-draining kitchen sink: previous plumber had snaked drain, and that was it.  Gary spent time discussing possible reasons, and what he could do.  Ended up installing an easier clean-out, and snaking the drain - problem solved.  Also recommended using a certain drain cleaning enzyme, which I purchased from Amazon.  He was honest, easy to talk to, and if I do have any future plumbing problems, I will call him.

Henry came on time, clearly explained the problem and different options to solve my problem, and had it fixed on the same day. I would definitely recommend Henry as well as Orange Coast Plumbing!

Called today cause we had one of our pipes start leaking overnight. They were able to come out within an hour and a half. The plumber, Gus was quick to let us know pricing and cost (which seemed fair). It took longer than he anticipated, but we are very happy with the job.

Sal's Plumbing came through for us. They came out, fixed the problem and were completely professional. I'm going to use them again and again.

I just drove down to see my mom for Mother's Day in Long Beach, and when I walked in, I could tell we needed a plumber to come out immediately. I went on yelp, and Long Beach Plumbing Company was the first name I saw.

I called Art out of desperation on a Friday afternoon, and here's how everything unfolded.

2:00pm: My wife, son and I pull up to my mom's house.

2:01pm: Very clearly evident that we need a plumber.

2:04pm: I find Long Beach Plumbing Company on Yelp. I speak with Art and he says he can be out to give me a quote in 45 minutes. I'm sure that means 3 hours, but at least I'll be able to get a quote today. Maybe I can schedule service for Monday. Fingers crossed.

3:09pm: I'm shaking Art's hand after the job is completed perfectly. 65 minutes from the time I yelped plumbers until the job was completed, and we had running water with no standing sewage.

If this review doesn't make you want to use these guys, then you're looking for bad service. Because these guys are the best that I've ever worked with.

I would like to write a review for two plumbers.  My property had 2 leaks, one emergency one that was taken care of by Juan Serano.  One of my pipes bursted and water was leaking and overflowing throughout the house.  We called at night and Juan was kind enough to come in promptly and address the leak with an emergency kit.  He was able to communicate the problem to me succinctly, which I definitely appreciated and was able to write me a detailed report that was necessary to help me with my insurance claim.  Thank you so much, Juan!

I would also like to thank Luis for his help with my shower valve.  He is one of the more senior plumbers and is exceptional...absolutely exceptional.  He came early in the morning around 08:30AM and stayed all the way until about 9pm at night just to make sure the job was done in a day, despite the grueling work he had to do.  He clearly has years of experience and is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen.  If you want to get the job done correctly, especially a difficult one, he's the guy you want to ask for.

Juan and Cameron went up and above the call of duty to repairing and install our dryer! Highly recommend and very professional!

Over the phone they said they could come out and perform the outside line cleaning for a low price, but once there, they were adamant about spending 1200$ to get the lines jet cleaned which was a total scam. Conversation between owner and rep at site was a premeditated sales pitch.
