MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I got some work done a few years ago that costed about 1200 dollars. One of their employees was not paying attention while he was working and damaged one of my pipes in my wall.  Do to his negligence my drywall, carpet, baseboard and downstairs drywall is damaged. This was clearly the employees fault. So I talked to the co and they sent someone out and he fixed the pipe that was damaged and left. Now Im stuck fixing this mess. They said its not under warranty.  Needless to say I will be contacting the property management co they do a lot of work for and let them know they dont stand behind their work.

These guys are Great! They came out to assess the situation quickly, identified the problem and how to fix it, gave me a quote including all permit fees, got the job done quickly and passed all city inspections without a problem. Highly recommend this company for all your sanitation needs.

We needed a bathroom sink snaked and we scheduled with Tony and asked him to let us know if they could arrive earlier and sure enough he gave me a call saying his technician finished a prior job early and was able to come earlier for our scheduled appt. Our technician Martin was professional and worked quickly. Although not the cheapest option you get what you pay for in quality and professionalism. Worth every penny when dealing with my home. Morning starts off with me finding water on the garage floor -- yep, water heater is busted and leaking. Turn to Yelp and find a 5-star rated, Irvine based water heater company who claims to have quick service and based on their name, I figure why not. Call their number around 8 am and am instructed to go to their website to schedule an appointment, which I do. I get an email stating, This form was just sent via text and email to every technician we have. We will get back to you as quick as humanly possible. Two hours later, nothing -- no email, no text, no call. At the recommendation of a friend, I give Moses a call, Gary picks up right away and shows up less than an hour-and-a-half later as promised. He gives me the low down (water heater is not repairable which is not surprising given it's probably close to 15 years old) and quotes me repair and replace price (repair because he has to build a platform since the original drywall base was water damaged from the leaking unit, and has to knock out a couple holes to prevent mold growth). While waiting for the broken unit to drain, Gary offers to do a general plumbing check and finds problems I knew we had with the toilets, which he takes care of. Luis finishes the job in the afternoon and we never miss a beat; no need to go to our friends to shower, no need to show up at work smelling ripe, brand new 50 gallon water heater installed and working like a champ.

Gary has definitely earned my trust for plumbing needs in the future, and will be on my own recommend list from now on! Oh, and that other supposedly speedy water heater company? 36 hours later, I'm still waiting for them to contact me.

I had a kitchen din blockage and called orange coast plumbing around 1pm. Plumber showed up at 5pm. I got a call 40 minutes before his arrival saying he was on his  way. Lonn was my plumber and what a professional from beginning to end. Very respectful, honest and no surprises. What a superior service and convenient. Lonn is a big asset to your company. Sal's plumbing - said they'd be here between 7:30-9:30 PM. I asked they call in advance because I have little ones. Shows up at 9:28. No call. I told them to bring a long snake that goes over 25 feet. Our friend is a plumber and tried to fix earlier and gave us the heads up fo what we need. Long story short guy tries to charge me $350 for 20 minutes of work after the man on the phone  said $250 if it's pretty cut and dry. When the bill was handed to me for $350 I asked him if they charge $700-$800 per hour since he's been here 20 minutes? He looked st me like I was crazy and said it's the after hour prices. I explained to him I discussed that prior to having him come out and let's call the office. We called and I asked what is your hourly rate after hours? We don't charge by the hour but by the job. If you're already done it should be more than $250
Guy who came out basically asked for the phone, 2 second conversation, bill $250.

Sal's - I would recommend. I'm never a fan of the service oriented back and forth. Just a cheesy way to conduct a business.

It always happens without fail that any time I'm getting ready to host people at my house, my plumbing goes out of whack! Gotta love living in the soils area. Luckily, these guys always take care of us! We get prompt responses and friendly service!

It was kind of emergency water leakage situation fm upstairs bathroom to the bathroom ceiling of downstairs.
Looked around for best professional service to take care of our issue right away.
Our usual plumber was booked and could not come that day. Saw VIP Sewer and Drain Service and their reviews on Yelp and contacted them. Surprisingly, Bryce was able to come out immediately! Issue was diagnosed and repair was executed right away. We are happy with the result!

David was a true professional. Put in a new garbage disposal and was really easy to talk to and also showed me how to register for the warranty. I will definitely be using this company in the future for any future plumbing needs.

What can I say, hands down the best experience I've had with a plumbing service. They were very polite, friendly and professional, Jose and Carlos did an amazing job with a leak I had in the crawl space under my home. They were able to come out same day and get it fixed very quickly efficiently and cleanly. They were supper affordable too. I can't say enough great things about this company. I would totally recommend them to friends and family.

Shower Pan was leaking in my beautiful glass shower. My Dad took the information from them that the pan could not be replaced and needed a whole new shower as there was no other way to repair. A few thousand dollars later they replaced it with a smaller plastic piece of junk that is so small that every time you turn around in it your elbows hit the plastic door popping it open Pure junk. Found out later that they could have just replaced the shower pan. Totally ripped off. Every time I see one of their trucks drive by it still makes me sick to my stomach for what they did!

My water heater stopped working, of course on a Friday night. I called Guy 14 minutes before he was closing and his plumber Chuck came out right away. Chuck fixed the problem and I was able to use my hot water again. In today's age you don't find people to go above and beyond and I felt like Guy and Chuck did that. This was my first time using this company, but I most certainly will be calling them again.

Called lbp at 7pm Jason arrived in less than 45 mins and fixed our problem.  Super nice people. Many thanks to Art for follow-up.

Unfortunately for me, I've needed Vance's help several instances. Most recently it was for a dreaded slab leak. Vance found the problem very quickly, kept the damage to a minimum, and suggested three different solutions. I never thought about how important imagination would be to the job, but his re-routing solution was brilliant and saved several thousand $$$ on the repair.

I would highly recommend his company again. Good service, good communication, and good pricing.
