Best Plumbing Inspection in Irvine CA

Had an amazing experience with them. Had a bad drain problem in the bathroom and called in the morning and they came within the next hour or so. Aaron came and helped out. Was clear with what the situation was and how they would handle it and everything. Super polite and respectful. Even cleaned up any mess that was made I know that can be a huge pet peeve when hiring plumbers to the house so fear not! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've used Bob twice now.  The second time was to install new toilets I had delivered to my house.  I trusted Bob to do the installation instead of the contractor provided by the home improvement store where I purchased the toilets.  Bob showed up on time and did a great job.

Bob is hands down my best find on Yelp.  I recently requested quotes for what turned out to be a drain leak behind the drywall in my garage (I thought it was a concrete slab leak).  Bob came by for a free estimate, assessed the situation, and told me in very clear terms what the problem was.  Bob's estimate was extremely fair (I had received another estimate before Bob).

Bob did the job on time and for the price he quoted.  

The great thing about Bob is that he's a licensed plumber and general contractor so he's super knowledgeable and will give you his expert assessment from these two perspectives.  Because he is a general contractor, I had him look at other possible repairs around the house.  Stuff that I thought might be important to fix he recommended to leave alone.

In short, I really appreciated Bob's honesty, his straightforward assessment regarding repairs, and his very fair pricing.  I highly recommend Bob and would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I had a plumbing problem today and needed the help of a plumber.  I called Capistrano Plumbing to request service.  I spoke to Lisa Marie.  She was very cordial and set me up for an appointment.  Mike arrived at the scheduled time and took care of the problem in a short period of time.  Mike and Lisa Marie were both very friendly. Prices were very fair. I would recommend Capistrano Plumbing to anyone in the need of plumbing services.

Phil with Revival Plumbing is and incredible asset if your home owner. I had to use him twice in the last year unfortunately but he came through for me each time. First time with a clog in my kitchen sink and the second time my drainage outside in my backyard was clogged with roots and in danger of damaging my neighbors house. Phil was out there quickly and charged more than fair price. I refer him to all my clients and will always use him

We just purchased a home and after 3 weeks had water back up in all toilets, baths, and showers. The first plumber we called came out after the backup had drained and didn't bother to diagnose the problem. When it happened again, we called Carlos at SoCal plumbing. He arrived with 30 minutes and noted that the clean out was only a one way, and that there was a test tee that should have been removed. He came back first thing in the morning and removed the tee, which had root intrusions. He also hydrojetted the line and installed the two way clean out. This was done in a very professional and honest manner, with options given along the way. A few days later, our storm drains backed up (separate problem) and he came out and solved the clog for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Brent came to my house and took care of a plumbing problem in two shakes with very little cost. All these other plumbers wanted to tear out my shower in the upstairs which was tile floor and was gonna cost seven $8000. He took care of it for 400. Didn't need to tear out the shower. Fantastic doesn't get any better than that.

Purpose Driven Plumbing saved the day!  After my mom's slab leak we needed a knowledgeable and experienced plumber to help us get the water on and working ASAP.  They were the first to answer and came over within minutes of my call.  They are now my fav plumber!

Very fast response time (even on a Saturday night), very polite, even took his shoes off when he came.

It was a absolutely amazing. This company did exactly what they said they would do. Came out on time, charged me what they estimated, didn't try any up sales, and the service tech Matt .was terrific and knowledgable. I have multiple properties and plan to use them in the future. I called Mike in the am for a possible bathroom tub faucet leak and he came within a couple of hours.  Thankfully, there was no bathroom tub faucet leak.  Mike checked all of my toilets and faucets to make sure everything was working properly.  In addition, Mike checked the water pressure.  Unfortunately, the water pressure was a little high which was not a good sign, however, he was able to replace the regulator within minutes!!!  Mike was efficient and thorough.  I would highly recommend Mike for your plumbing needs. He will be my go-to plumber in the future!!

So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

Simpex repipe is highly recommend. I had a leak from hell, and Trevor helped me to chase it down; and believe me that was no easy job.

He was quick on his feet, and thought out of the box for solutions. He identified multiple approaches to fixing the issue at hand, he explained them well to me and executed them one at a time until the source of the leak was found. Once the leak was found, it was smooth sailing.

He may have put four to five hours; for the price I paid, it was money well spent.

For sure I will keep you in mind for more work; stay tuned.

The garbage disposal was leaking from under the kitchen sink this morning. Big puddle of rusty water under sink. Immediately went on yelp and chose Beach Plumbing & Jetting based on their awesome reviews. Richard answered and said they would be at my house within an hour and quoted me a price over the phone. Work was completed before the hour was up from the time that I called him. Brand new garbage disposal installed. Wow, can't ask for better than that. I will call Beach Plumbing & Jetting for any plumbing issues and will refer them to my friends and family.

Dennis was great! He helped me with a small remodel in my bathroom. I had an old built-in bathroom vanity that I needed removed and a new one installed. Dennis is quick and efficient. He got the whole job done in two days for a very fair price. He also replaced  some flooring and baseboards. I would highly recommend Cottage Construction.

Sean was prompt in replying to our quote requests and flexible and patient when scheduling an appointment. I appreciated their evening hours, which helps with a lot of typical work schedules. They texted ahead of time to let us know when they were on the way and when they arrived, they were courteous, accommodating, professional, and efficient. I always have Orange County Drains in mind whenever we have a plumbing issue come up. Thank you Sean & friends for the great experience!

As others have left feedback, this company is a scam.  Suggest everyone read the reviews and be cautious before hiring this company.  My call was for a PVC elbow drain that was leaking at the fitting.  They wanted to charge me $3,600.  I called a second plumber, who charged me $330.  Its sad when a company tries to take advantage of people.  Especially sad during the COVD19 crisis.
