Found Courtesy Plumbing through Yelp after a city search and reading reviews through different local plumbers. We decided to call Courtesy Plumbing for an estimate as we had a general idea of what needed to be fixed. They do not give estimates over the phone but, however, they do offer free estimates in-person! We were able to schedule an appointment rather quickly (based on our schedule) and was provided a 4-hr window, which is a bit large but they do call prior to arriving so that is very convenient.

Rick called about 25 minutes prior to his arrival, as he was driving on the way from a nearby city. Once he arrived, he was very courteous. They certainly live up to their name!

We described to him the problem and he confirmed 2 possible scenarios, one of them being what we were guessing it was. He gave us the estimate and it was really close to the first of two (phone) estimates. Tip: Make sure to look at their online website for coupons! Rick honored the website coupons and voila! We were crossing our fingers that the first item fixed would fix the problem we had, that we wouldn't require the 2nd step. Problem solved after the first step!

I like learning and watching what is being fixed/repaired, and Steve explained every step. He was like now that you've learned it, you can change it next time! That was pretty awesome. I most likely will still call the plumbers because I'm always afraid of something going wrong with pipes and water damage.

Overall, great customer service, courteous, reasonably priced, and very professional! We love supporting local businesses and this company has been in business since 1970.

Christian was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Trust this company with your sewer needs! He came out at 8:30 PM just to help my wife and I clear our sewer main. Great value and will be returning as a customer. Thanks so much!!

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

MIke Rice, the owner of this business, is the best plumber ever.  I call him the Yoda of Plumbing.  He holds both residential and commercial plumbing licenses and is prompt, honest, and knows his stuff.  I have been using him for years and can't say enough good things.  If you can't be home, he will come in, fix the problem, and send you a bill.  Anything he fixes stays fixed.  He doesn't employ any technicians so he is always the one to come.  I recommend him highly.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Phil returned my initial text immediately. He was able to come right over to my house and fix both my shower and bathtub faucet's within an hour and a half! He and his employee were extremely polite, respectful and efficient. He got the jobs done without leaving any mess at all. His rates were extremely reasonable. He seems to be a man of high integrity! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Our old water heater conked out. Based on the Yelp reviews that we read about So Cal Plumbing's honesty and great service we decided to call Carlos and we were not disappointed. Less than 3 hours later and we have a new water heater that was professionally installed at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company and these guys. They are as advertised.

I was given Brent as a reference from several people that have used him from my work. I needed a toilet flange replaced. His assistant, (can't remember his name), was on time and did a great job for a fraction of what I had quoted from Mike Diamond, (like less than a third the price). I will definitely call Brent if I need any more plumbing work done.

I looked online to find an experienced plumber who could handle installing a whole home water filter system with a pre filter. I wanted 3 valves to be able to turn off the water supply to be able to change the pre filter so it was going to involve some soldering and design work to make it work. When I saw Purpose Driven I wondered if Justin had came up with his company name from the book - The Purpose Driven Life? So I contacted him feeling I could trust him based on that alone. Justin responded back that my hunch was right. He was booked but he scheduled me a week out and true to his word, he was there on the day scheduled. He conscientiously worked with me in finding the right location for the large tank and pre filter. He worked to make sure I was totally satisfied with the design. Justin has worked a number of years in new tract home construction plumbing as well as repair work and so his experience is expansive. I can't speak more highly of his competence, care for detail and the finished product.

I gave Cameron a call this morning after receiving a recommendation from another plumber!  Luckily, Cameron was able to come to my home within a half hour of my call.  He thoroughly checked every avenue and found that I had a slab leak.  When I told him my HOA repairs all slab leaks (at no cost to me), he gave me his business card but refused to accept any money for his house call or time.  This really impressed me.  I will definitely give him a call for all future plumbing issues which are not related to slab.

After sharing my concern regarding a clog, the company immediately started texting me back and we quickly set up a schedule to visit my home.

Matt and George came as scheduled and went straight to work on troubleshooting and finding a solution to the problem. I liked their professionalism, respect and service so much that I requested estimates on other major plumbing projects.

They never pressured me on anything and were unlike companies that make you feel you need them or you'll be regretting it.

Thank you for standing out from so many companies that have lost the great rapport with customers, knowledge about the trade and respect for the home that you guys clearly value.

You guys are A+ in my book (and yes, I used to be an instructor)

The dish was lovely and wonderfully prepar... oops, wrong review format.
I meant to write, Vladimir and Roger did a great job running new gas lines from existing pipes in the house into the yard for a fire pit and grill hookups.  Found them working on a neighbor's bathroom install job-they'd used them a few times, so that's always a good start.  
Cost was really reasonable. They were prompt, they finished the job in less than half the time of the competitive bidder's estimate, the work space was cleaned up post install.  I will use/recommend them again.

We got new kitchen counters and sink. Needed everything under the sink redone. He knocked it all out in no time at all and was cheaper then he quoted.

Did an excellent job fixing the leak in the ceiling.  Mended copper pipes.  Responded and completed the job same day.  Thank you!  Highly recommend.

Called these guys out for a second opinion because another plumbing company said I needed a main sewer repair. They were able to locate and confirm the problem area and came in at half the cost of the other company. They got right to work and had the main sewer fixed and ready to use within hours the same day

Dennis needed some work done in a commercial space. Dennis was very observant and knowledgeable about how the work had to be done base on the existing structure. Other contractures didn't notice.   My project is probably too small, yet he was very pleasant and quickly provided a quote.

Realiable, trustworthy, polite guys. They know how to fix clogged sink!! It only takes 10-15 mins to fix it. Highly recommend this company :)  I wanna give them 11 out of 10 lol

I have been having the hardest time finding a plumbing company who calls back or is in our budget. I found Rooter Hero from an ad in the mail and so happy I found them. Their customer service is great and was able to send someone the same day. The plumber Sal who came out was professional and super sweet. We have finally found a company we will continue to use. I highly recommend calling Rooter Hero. We are very happy customers.
