I had a great first service call today with Mike Smith of service champions.   Prompt, professional,  informative,  low key, and even did a good deed of wiping off handprints of prior workers on the ceiling entrance to attic.  I appreciate the philosophy of this company.   It carries through in each aspect of contact I've had with the company.   It's been a pleasure.

We had to have our water lines moved over about a foot for our new sink we're installing.  They came out the same day, within two hours and were done in an hour!!!  They were quick, efficient and tidied up when they were done.  Plus the price was reasonable.  Ask for Todd, he's the man!

My experience was just so-so.  I took time off work to have my AC looked at.  My technician was two hours late, spent an hour diagnosing my AC unit, told me there was nothing he could do and charged me $90. He felt the problem was a faulty part and that he would need to go back to the office to get quotes on what it will cost to replace.  The office was supposed to give me that information within a day, which seemed fair. It's been a week and nobody has contacted me. Pretty sure they decided just to take the money and move on.  They have no plans to finish the job.  Someone else is coming to finish their work this weekend.

Had a very simple task, that I'd normally do myself (remove existing faucet, and install a new one in my laundry room sink).  Felix came out to do the work, was very congenial, and did a great job.  I do suggest, however, that one do his / her due diligence regarding what procedures normally cost in your area.  Get a couple of bids, if necessary.  My recent experience indicates that plumbing companies spend more time consulting with the boss  regarding pricing (similar to buying a car) than just doing the work.  Felix did the work for a fair price, but the initial proposal (price) was far different.  Do your due diligence.

I am very good at plumbing -- have all the tools, and will likely do my own work in the future, as dealing with plumbing companies is just too much work.  If I have to do the Hokey Pokey, and turn myself around, it just isn't worth the effort.

Cole came out to our home and gave my wife and I a lot of time and answered all of our questions about our AC. Cole was able to give us absolutely excellent and superb service. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an ultra pro at his work. You can just tell when someone really knows his craft, he is one of those people. Like a lot of people, we need more work done on our home and Cole told us that they do more than just AC and are capable of doing anything because they are General Contractors. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Cole. He is just fantastic and I would highly recommend to ask for Cole! Thanks HG!

I usually take care of home plumbing issues myself but it when the job is just too big for me to handle, I always call Stephan's.  I have had the pleasure of working with Miguel on several occasions and he has always been honest and professional. He has helped me with a couple of bathroom renovations as well as some emergency backups. I have always been very satisfied with their work.

This is such an amazing company.  Their name says it all - I have had such positive experiences when I used them.  They are very professional, helpful and care about the customer. My problems have been fixed each time I have used them at a great price and they are so friendly!   I would give them more than 5 stars if they were there for me for give.  I strongly suggest you give them a try.  You will not be disappointed.

I was having trouble with an old a/c roof unit on my house and Technician Levin came out to check on it. He was great, kept his distance and made the whole covid 19 experience a simple breeze. He helped me understand the parts that weren't working and why they needed to be replaced.

It turns out my system was in bad shape and even if I repaired it, soon something else would fail. Once we realized my situation, Dennis came by to confirm and help me configure the best options for my budget.

I am happy to say I am replacing my 25+year old unit with something much more efficient and up to date all thanks to Levin's expertise and Dennis' guidance. The very next day Gonzalo came by with his crew and knocked out a complete duct and unit replacement in one day. Great job!

Would I recommend?  YES!  Definitely!

I'm so impressed with Santa margarita plumbing.  Had a hot water heater that broke. From the time I called till the time they got here was about 15 minutes.  Grateful they came right away and helped me out. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Felt very comfortable with them. My tenant contacted me yesterday saying the water heater was leaking. We contacted a company that changed our service to 4 hours later and due to the nature that wasn't acceptable. I turned to Yelp and looked for a company who was able to come first thing in the morning.
The manager Stuart promptly sent a message saying they can have someone sent. I get a text message from them scheduling the appointment and who to expect.
Matt was our repair guy and he was fantastic. Not only did he call me to let me know he was on the way to my rental but arrived early.
He assessed the repairs and gave us options. They have a great invoice system and text. His customer service skills and professionalism was welcomed and he got the job done timely.

Jesse is very experienced,  professional, respectful, and friendly. I am sure I will call him for services again for heating, aircon, plumbing.
