Service Champions came highly recommended from 2 people we know, and I can see why. On the phone they were prompt and thorough. Our service tech was Cameron. He arrived on time, was personable and explained what he'd be doing that day in a way that was easy to understand. Our system hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years and I know he had a lot of work to do. When he was done, he explained to me what he found, that we needed to have our coolant charged and what that meant. I don't feel like he tried to upsell me on any services. In fact, when I asked him if a whole house fan would benefit us, he said no and explained why in a way I could understand. Before he arrived, my husband said he might need our hose to clean the AC unit so I pulled it over for him. Cameron wound the hose back up before he left, even though he didn't have to, and I think that is a really nice touch. We ended up signing up for the $20 a month membership and are looking forward to building a relationship with Service Champions.

Crandall's Plumbing took care of business. These guys showed up in less than a hour. The tech was very friendly and and professional. The main line repair was done in no time and better than before. I highly recommend these guys. Support local.

Like many others in OC my air con unit stopped working yesterday. It has been 85 to 90 degrees in the evening here. These guys said they would be there and they stuck to there word. A bit late arriving but all things considered I can't argue about that as they are so busy.
I now have a happy wife. Big thank to Michael the boss for keeping in touch and of course to eric who arrived with a big smile and was very courteous.  Nice job guys.

Just had HG come out to fix my broken ac after this hot weekend. They were able to come out on time on a Sunday morning to fix it quickly and for a awesome price. You guys rock! Thank you!

My home experienced an unfortunate Water Heater leak at 11:30 PM last night. My wife and I are by no means handy but we were able to at least shut off the pilot light. Unfortunately we could not figure out how to shut off the water to the unit, and we couldn't shut off the main water valve to the home as we lacked the proper tools (every hardware store was closed at this point).

After calling 7 different companies that were supposedly 24/7 and getting the run-around by their people (half of the companies I called it went straight to voicemail, as for the others they only mentioned they would try dispatch but no call was made to me informing me of an available tech) I found Stephen's whose technician Victor gave me a call within 15 minutes.

In order to save us money, he tried to ask if we tried several things to mitigate the damages (i.e shutting off the water to the unit, shutting off the main water valve, seeing where the leak could be). After asking him to come as I could not resolve this issue myself (it was also 1:00 AM and the water spilling out of the water heater was causing me high blood pressure and stress) he said he would arrive within 30 minutes.

Sure enough he did and began diagnosing the issue. He was able to shut off water to the unit and recognized immediately there was a bad flex (water going into the unit). He went to his truck and replaced it and voila, no more leaks. I did have to ask him to turn the pilot light on and things were humming along.

The next morning (3 hours later) I showered in preparation for work and I guess having the water shut off to the unit will cause temporary water pressure spikes which is normal. It would have been nice for him to tell us that as I wasn't aware but I was happy things were finally working.

I was okay with the high emergency rate fee given how late it was and was very pleased with the quick and responsive repair. I will gladly look to them to do services for my home in the future.

Great experience working with Alex. Assessed major leak within an hour as promised and gave repair options. Surprisingly recommended the least expensive. Turns out big tree root causing problems, now I have photos for HOA battle

Yasmine and Orlando are very honest and very kind human being very detailed about what needs to be done and very helpful. I like that they are straightforward about everything. I'm definitely gonna asks for Orlando and Yasmine. I liked the idea that they brought they shoe covers inside your house. Yasmine and Orlando are the BEST!!!!

From the office staff to the HVAC tech and Plumber, this place was AMAZING. The woman in the office was SUPER helpful. I wanted to get se work done as a surprise for my parents. I sent them out for a grandparent's day with the kids. The lady on the office coordinated everything and let me know an exact time the techs would be there.
Both techs were kind, knowledgeable, and did fair pricing. They got everything done that o requested, plus more. They explained what they were doing to the home and showed me everything worked. They ran multiple tests to make sure everything was in proper working condition.
I'd recommend them to anyone.

Matthew came after our water heater shut down on us. He was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about what went wrong and what we needed to do. The installation went seamlessly and we couldn't be happier with the job BHI did!

Jesse came yesterday to fox my A/C. He was on time and knew the problem immediately.  
He had me up and running in 15 minutes.   He was very reasonably priced as well.  
I will definitely call him again for any heating, air or plumbing needs.
