Best Toilet Repair in Houston TX

Never actually used them. Tried calling them  a couple days in a row (Thursday and Friday), and didn't get a call back until Monday. So not sure how their service is, but call back is what my review was based on.

In a world where customer care and service is at an all time low and mediocre work is a dime a dozen; along comes Acosta plumbing to renew my belief in mankind and especially customer service and superb work! They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive; but I will tell you, Acosta has raised the bar in plumbing!  Before you call anyone else; call Acosta and diligently consider their work. There is truly none other that we have experienced that come close to the workmanship of Acosta plumbing? #ACOSTAPLUMBING4LIFE AMAZING!!!! I am in real estate and am VERY picky who I refer. I would NEVER HESITATE to refer this incredible plumbing company.

We had to get a toilet replaced and Right Choice plumbing was responsive and flexible with scheduling. While they were here, they were able to spot a leak and was able to fix that as well. Can't say enough about these guys, friendly, knowledgeable and great service overall.

Very slow to reply. He may be a great person but I asked questions about him coming out and he never responded.

UPDATE: Had another occasion to use this company. Again, fast, friendly, reasonable and honest! I would recommend them to anyone. I truly can't say enough good things about this company.

I originally found Hector through Yelp and have used him on several jobs now. He has done fantastic work every time and goes above and beyond. He is honest, communicates well and is very professional. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Robert came through for us with a repair of a broken garden hose pipe that forced us to turn off the water.  He came out within a few hours and had everything back working in short order.  He does a quality job at a great price and does a great job explaining everything to you and giving you options.  Highly recommended.

EPW Services repaired my hot water heater, and I highly recommend them. They were able to schedule next-day service, and they arrived on time.  They provided excellent communication and follow up, and their prices are competitive.

Owner was super nice on the phone and sent someone first thing in the morning the following day. They fixed things up, the plumber who came was very clear up front on costs of all services, and the price was reasonable. Also, the plumber was masked and wore shoe covers in
my home, which I really appreciated!

I bought an old house so establishing a good relationship with a reliable plumber was important. I have used Texas Plumbing three times (kitchen, bathroom then outside pipes) within a year. The owner has responded quickly when needed and has come out himself on a early Saturday morning. We have been satisfied overall with the work and prices. The quick, professional and timely responses have kept us loyal. We've been given straight forward and reliable advice without pressure or sales tactics. I'd recommend Texas Plumbing to anyone with major or minor plumbing needs.

I'm really happy with the outcome of the projects I needed done. Geovanny is very knowledgeable in the maintenance of a home and I got some good tips and learned a few things as well. I'll be contacting this company for some more work soon.

I would vouch for these guys to the moon and back as they did a PHENOMENAL job rerouting the main water inlet piping of my home to bring an outside water softener indoors, replacing two old rusting water heaters in my attic with a tankless model, replacing rusting/unreliable shutoff valves and installing a whole house water filtration system.  Sean and Eric were professional, courteous and clean workers.  Additionally, they coordinated extremely well with the other contractors onsite at the time and were just plain fun to work with on a fairly large job.  I will also note that I evaluated multiple plumbers leading up to my decision to select JD's for this job.  A couple of them were clearly nervous about the scope of what I wanted to do and tried to lead me down the cheaper/less reliable path taken by the previous homeowners.  Sean understood precisely what I wanted right away and quickly came up with workable plans and fair estimates on how to resolve my issues.  I intend to use JDs for ALL of my plumbing needs going forward and would give them TEN STARS if I could!

The plumber that was sent out his name is Blue did a great job fixing a leaking gas line at  the meter. He was very professional courteous I could not say enough good things about Blue. He gave me different options and explained everything very well. I would use Alliance again. I thought the price was fair for what he did. If you call them ask them to send Blue to take care of your issue.

We have used and referred Epic for years, they are always honest and professional and Todd is awesome!

I'd been fighting with a slow, then clogged up kitchen sink for a couple of week.  Nothing I tried worked, I dumped every chemical known to man down the pipe and all it did was make it worse.  Worse yet, my piddly little drill mounted snake was simply too short to do the job - A problem I've never had before..no, really.

I emailed GAP Plumbing and within hours had an appointment for the next morning.

The plumber WAS ON TIME...seriously... that alone was excellent.

They broke out the BIG SNAKE and cleaned that blasted pipe right on out.

$150.00 to do it right, I'd probably spent nearly that much on junk to do it myself.  Never again!  I'm calling GAP!

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

Worst company ever- they are scammers.  Do not trust them.  

Called for a HVAC maintenance since we just moved and wanted the system tuned up/cleaned even though the system was working and cooling.  
They sent a diagnostician and another guy who proceeded to quote us about $32k for a new system and that they were not willing to do any repairs except to clear the ac line (for $325).  We had a second company come out, reviewed the system and they changed the capacitor for $350.  

We did have Abacus cleared the ac line but proceeded to warm us that another line may get blocked during their process but that would be an additional charge.  That second line had been snaked the week before and worked.  After they cleared the AC line, this second line did get blocked.  We then snaked the second line ourselves.  Only to find white relatively clean paper towels stuffed down the line.  No one uses that sink and last ones there was Abacus workers.  Avoid these people!!!
