Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. We needed to have a toilet re-seated.  Acosta came out the day after we called to give us an estimate.  They returned two days later to do the actual work, and completed the job under time and estimated cost!  Very pleased with their work; they cleaned up after themselves and left the room spotless.

I had Christian come out and gave heads up when he would be at my house. He was able to replace some of the toilet and sink faucet parts that were leaking or causing pressure flow issues. He have me a initial quote before starting the work and I was pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend and I will use them again!

My son's bathroom sink kept filling up w/water then mysteriously would go away & come back.  Finally after seeing a bunch of gunk coming up I turned to Yelp to find a plumber open on Sundays.  Plumbaway came up and Robert answered the phone.  I described the problem & he knew exactly what it was.  We scheduled a visit for the next day & he came w/a partner right on time.  He showed my husband the problem & how to avoid it in the future.  Super friendly & communicated very well.  Will keep these guys for future jobs and recommend to anyone!

Alex is really responsive and very fair. We just moved into our house in March and he came out for the first home inspection and gave us the report, and since then has been out here 2-3 times helping us with various problems. His pricing is fair and he only charges a nominal trip fee if you don't get anything done when he comes out. He won't oversell you. And he's a straight shooter as far as what is wrong with your plumbing systems. Highly recommend!

I was recently informed that it appeared I had a leak in the exterior water line. The city sent a crew out and informed me there was a leak between house and meter. After checking several leads I contacted Texas Best. They were very professional and courteous. They asked some questions and they could come by in a couple of hours. I telephoned around 3 o'clock. They arrived in less than an hour and looked the scene. My yard was so full of water you wold think a storm and come in and not run off. They offered 2 options and told me one way more expensive because they could not see any bubbling to pinpoint the leak. The second option less expensive was to run a new line from meter to house. This should last several years. They can put the next morning a round 8. By 1030 they were thru. They even did a good job of cleanup. The exposed ground will have grass full in very quickly.
The crew was very polite and very hard working. I would use them again with no problem. I would recommend them with out reservation.

On Christmas Eve I was made to wait at home the entire night on a promise that they were working late (I called multiple times to assure that I was being covered that night) , Only to be told via automatic text that I had been pushed back to Christmas Day . I missed a yearly gathering with my family so I could get my pipes fixed last night , I refuse to wait around all of Christmas Day on a maybe at best . Thanks for nothing y'all !!! ( Rescheduled at 10:18 pm after waiting since 6 pm )

Highly recommended ! Jeff Mileski was our technician. He was on time and assessed our problem. Since we already had plans to remodel the bathroom floor, he told us we didn't need to pay him to do the job and instructed us on how to fix the issue while doing the work. Such an honest company , they won't do anything just to make a dollar. We will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues we have going forward.

Alliance Plumbing is amazing.  Jean couldn't have been nicer, and she definitely talked me off the ledge.  And Agustin saved my weekend with an emergency call on Friday night.  He explained everything, informed me in advance of the cost and the possibility of other necessary procedures, and then fixed everything quickly.  He's not just a great plumber, but a very nice person who truly cares about the customer.  I highly recommend them!

If you are looking for a fast, reliable, courteous plumber - stop here. I always use yelp to find services but was compelled to sign up to leave a review for Gap Plumbing. I live out of state and my tenant in Humble called me late on a Sunday night with news that water exiting the bathtub in a secondary bathroom was flooding the bathroom, master closet and living room. I found Gap Plumbing on Yelp, and called them in the morning. Terri in the office was very helpful, was able to answer all of my questions and kept in contact with me through the whole process. The plumber was on time and had the issue taken care of very quickly. Terri followed up with me and my tenant, more then once to make sure that there were no more issues. So happy to have found such a great company!!

They made me wait all day just to be given an outrageous quote. I had the job done the next day with another electrical company for 1/3 the price. Worst customer service as well
