Wedgeworth Plumbing is top notch! We've used them several times for various plumbing needs, most recently to replace and install 2 new water heaters. Rex and the others at Wedgeworth are always professional, timely, and clean up after their work. Pricing has always been fair and reasonable.

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. The team was professional, thorough and polite. I'll be calling them again when I need to update my toilet. Thank you Travis and Justin for your expertise.

Cristian came on time and diligently changed four toilet shutoff valves with new 1/4 turn type ball valves. Made sure it did not leak. He did a clean professional job.

Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

Plumbaway Plumbing really helped me out of a jam and were able to fix a problem that another company had made worse. They answered their phones right away,  listened patiently to my description of the problem and gave me a quote right over the phone. I am very impressed with their responsiveness. They were able to get technicians out to my house in a reasonable amount of time. The guys who did the work were very professional. They checked everything out, got the work done and cleaned up efficiently. They seemed very knowledgeable at what they do. I don't really have a price comparison,  but it seemed very reasonable to me, especially for such a great level of service. I'm keeping their number - just in case!

Stellar. Responded quickly to my quote request with a competitive rate. Showed up on the early side of the job window, same day as the quote request mind you. Very professional and quick as well. He not only unclogged the sink but showed me where it may have gotten wet, AKA where I should look for mold potentially. He dried the area and cleaned up everything, super mindful with padding to make sure not to damage the floor. He also looked into our toilet after the fact because it was running odd and fixed that free of charge. This will be my first call next time I have any issues.

Asked several plumbers to come by and take a look at some repairs I needed. After getting bids I invited each one back to take a second look. Only Chris came by, took a second look and promptly increased his initial bid, by less than $20! Not only was his price still better, he got on it after some initial communication issues and knocked out the job in record time. In all respects a good, professional contractor. We purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and needed to have the plumbing changed. I couldn't use my sink or dishwasher and was in a bind! I called Geovanny Saturday morning and he was able to come and fix the plumbing and install the dishwasher. He did great work. He is very honest and hard working. He was also very knowledgeable and taught my husband and I how to properly use this dishwasher. (And of course very knowledgeable on plumbing). We are using him again to repair a roof leak. I have been a homeowner for all of four months. Three days ago around 11pm the ceiling above my kitchen, where the upstairs bathroom is located, began raining. Water was streaming from the light fixture, down the walls, and from the drywall itself. I was envisioning a huge bill and terse plumbers taking advantage of a new homeowner in crisis.

When I spoke with my warranty company in the morning , they stated that the earliest a plumber could be dispatched was the next day, leaving me without water and power for another full day.

But, Shelby in the JD Precision Plumbing office understood my situation and not only has someone come out that day, they were there by 11am. Keno from JD Precision arrived and quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue, and after telling me what to avoid, assured me I could turn power back on. This was in between his already busy day.

He arranged to come back the next day with the necessary parts and left me much calmer and more knowledgeable about the situation than before. A true professional at work.

The next day Shelby in their office called to check-in and let me know when Keno would be arriving. Keno arrives exactly on time. He quickly fixed the issue with the bathroom plumbing.

While this was a contact through a warranty company, if I have other plumbing issues, I will personally be calling JD Precision. They have earned my trust and my business. I could not have asked for a better experience in a very stressful time from their front desk to their plumbers, this is a quality organization.

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

This company does not communicate and they give you quotes that are not required or even needed but can't call inspectors to come so that you can get your stuff fixed. They came first day and didn't complete the job. Had to come back a 2nd time and kept giving me different times. I hate this company I would never call them. I can't give zero stars.

Our A/C stopped cooling, so they came out and said we have a leak in our evap coil. The units were 10+ years old so I decided to go ahead and replace both with energy efficient Lennox units one upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs works well without issue. Upstairs unit won't even drop temp at night when it's cooler. Abacus has been out 3 times now doing work on the unit and it still won't work right. Energy bill is now 3x what it was with the old units. Don't make the same mistake I did with going with this company.
