I don't know whether Easter Monday was a bad day for these guys or whether they took the day off, but I called once at 3:15pm and again at 4:45pm and left messages on their Aiea phone number and their main phone number. I never did get a reply.

After trying three different bottles of heavy duty chemicals and attempting to snake the shower drain myself, I broke down and called a plumber. I called at 9 am, left a message, and within an hour I got a courteous call back. We sheduled an afternoon appointment (6-8pm). I got a call from the technician at 3pm telling me that there was an opening but I was knee deep in my job (very much appreciated the call). The tech arrived at 7:30pm with average tools. After a half hour of persistence, Mike (tech# 3000), went back to his van and brought out the big guns.

SUCCESS!

We all breathed a sigh of relief while watching the standing water drain away. The technician just left the house. Mike, thank you for being positive, persistent and professional. I would definitely reccomend Little Big Plumbing to anyone and I would use them again.

Prompt, professional, and honest. Will definitely use them and always recommend. At first it looked like we only needed to unclog and service the disposal but Isaiah took the time and found that the disposal was defective. If he didn't take the extra time to test it then we would've had a major leak eventually. Solid service.

We had a leaking pipe.  Called Shaka Plumbing at 2:00, they were fixing the pipe by 3:00, done by 4:00.  Courteous, honest, and obviously prompt.  Reasonable rates.  Highly recommended.

I received a bill from the building management for cleaning up numerous condo windows after Ben's work. Ben did send me a check on 10/16/2017 to cover those expenses!

Keli'i came out and knew exactly what to do and got it fixed efficiently and effectively! Very friendly and willing to take the time to explain things. Had a clogged drain that I knew the pipes needed to be replaced. I am a handy person and normally would do this work myself but was under the weather and needed it done. Jaren was punctual and he was knowledgeable, his price was fair, he completed the job in the time, clean, and did a good job. I would recommend him and he would be the first person I would call for future work.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I've used Fast Rooter for many years now and they continue to be reliable, capable, and efficient. They've performed tasks from complex to simple, for example finding a difficult leak or solving a perplexing dishwasher drainage problem to replacing a stuck shower faucet. Mike is especially great. Highly recommend this company.

I can attest that Virtues Plumbing is The Best in Hawaii. Martin, Ben, Joe, Scott have great teamwork, do really neat, excellent work and even clean up after themselves!  They are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and their pricing is very reasonable. I can say this because I have hired many plumbers over the years for my ongoing bathtub drain issue, which no plumber could figure out why it would back up every few years. I worked mostly with Martin, who is amazing. He put a camera in the drain line and found a lump of lead, which had melted inside the drain line (probably from original building construction) with several (shampoo) caps stuck in and around it. It was so crazy and I am sure that any other plumber would have given up at that point. Not Martin. He managed to bust it loose, pull out some caps, and cleared the drain! I finally have peace of mind and am very grateful to Martin and Virtues Plumbing! Mahalo nui!

Christmas Day evening plumbing emergency.  I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and deeply appreciative to have a plumber return my call on Christmas.  Wow.  He agreed he could be there the next morning 12/26/18.  He arrived within 15-20 minutes of the quote window (on time for Hawaii).  He did not charge for his helper and he met his original quote for $200 which was great as I could not 100% advise him what the issue was (I only knew the 2 piece toilet was leaking from the tank and dripping into the condo below).  I do feel he fluffed his labor time by 20-30 minutes, but when he explained he was calling it 1.5 hours of labor to include driving time, I was okay with it.  Again he met his original quote, was on time and saved me a great deal of headache and stress.  I can highly recommend Tony!

We got a water heater and water valve replaced for a reasonable price. The two workers that came were fast and efficient. They even brought the new water heater and took away the old one and cleaned up after themselves. Easy to book an appointment through text or phone call. Just need to be specific on what you need. I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me.  His name is alex,  he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit.  The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate.  The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other.  I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed.  They even answer the phone on weekend.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
