I had huge issue with my sink and I called other plumber yesterday but they weren't able to fix it!
I called this company and they did their job within one hour I am very happy with them and I let my HOA know that we would ask them again if we have other issues! Thank you so much for saving me. you folks were nice on the phone and the person who came to my place was very helpful. Thank you!

my bathroom sink was clogged really bad.
I tried drano max gel many times but didn't work... I called them around 2pm and they said they can come on the same day which is great because I don't have any day off until next week.  The plumber guy came at 6pm which is right on time. He was really polite and professional. He did great job and cleaned up really well after he fixed my sink. Highly recommend them!!!!

I looked this company up and called them knowing its 24/7 since our water heater broke and badly needed servicing. I called and it just kept on ringing. I left a voicemail and the next day called again thinking last night they were just busy. But I kept calling and calling throughout the day and no one would answer. I thought this was a 24/7 company. Guess not.

I recently had Ben do a bunch of much needed repairs and upgrades to my home, including installing barn doors on a couple of doorways, new vinyl plank flooring in both of my bathrooms, and some electrical work that was long overdue. Ben is very exacting and precise in his work, and the pride he takes in what he does is evident. You can trust him to get the job you need done right, with honesty and a fair price. He showed up on time and worked hard through the heat of the day nonstop. I wish I had found him sooner!

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

Had a clogged drain that I knew the pipes needed to be replaced. I am a handy person and normally would do this work myself but was under the weather and needed it done. Jaren was punctual and he was knowledgeable, his price was fair, he completed the job in the time, clean, and did a good job. I would recommend him and he would be the first person I would call for future work.

This evening we had an emergency w leakage under the sink. Originally we called another plumber but no one could come till the next morning. Called J R Service and left a msg, Johnny promptly called back and came within 10 minutes. He did an excellent job fixing and changing parts-couldn't believe how fast and efficient and reasonable. Found this co. through HandyAndyHawaii: Great response time, especially for a weekend 3 days before Christmas.

The contractor they sent, Kristian, was able to view our pix of the problem and give us options before he arrived, and even got the replacement faucet we wanted from a link we texted to him.

It made the difference between limping through the holidays with a taped-up feeder line and a worry-free new faucet.

I rarely post a review. I have used many different plumbing companies and I have to say JBC Plumbing is one of the best! They are easy to schedule work and they get the job done correctly and quickly the first time. I was most impressed with Ryan who always cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I want to give a shout out and great big thank you to JOEY.  This company is great. They keep a record of how many times they come to your place. Since this is like the 6th time they had to come over, it raised some concern for them.  Joey (who was really nice) went above and beyond.  He spent a good amount of time snaking and always double checking to see that my water was being drained. It was no get in get out kinda job.  He sympathized with me and the situation and wanted to make sure he left no stone unturned within his capability.  I will definitely continue to do business with this company because of him.

Highly recommend this local small business and its owner, Martin. Our shower valve broke late Sunday afternoon and we couldn't make the water turn off without cutting water to the whole house. Martin returned my call and dropped everything at 5pm to drive into Honolulu for the parts, then came straight to our house to fix the problem. So grateful we didn't have to wait for Monday and spend Sunday night with no water! The price for labor was reasonable and was less than the $300 fee one large plumbing firm quoted me to just show up at my house -- which would have been on top of any labor or parts.

Called Accurate early morning for an emergency repair of a leak in my copper pipe. Although busy with numerous other jobs in West and Central Oahu, Clayton and his son was able to arrive in Kahaluu 4 hours after I had called. Nice guys and very skilled plumbers. Clayton explained what needed to be done as he worked and the cost which was so reasonable. The first option didn't work due to excessive corrosion of the pipe so Clayton replaced more pipe and installed a new bib. I was impressed how quickly they completed the job and would recommend his company to anyone looking for a truly professional plumber.

He came a little late but called and explained that he was finishing another job which was fine.  He did a great job replacing my shower head and stopping my slow drains.   He was very reasonably priced to my surprise!

We are two aunties thankful for the Aloha shown by 535 Plumbing. Starting from returning our call for help, working with us on the scheduling and sending us Peteru and his assistant. They arrived on time and professionally did a great job at fixing what another company (Steve's plumbing) didn't do. Peteru was knowledgeable and worked fast. We felt comfortable and are happy that our toilet is working now. Nice to have a local company come, quote us a  better price and finish the job. Mahalo 535 !!! You the Best !!!

I have a rental property the tenant called saying the shower was leaking. I had this contractor go take a look and told me that the whole shower needed to be ripped out and replaced and that it was going to cost anywhere 3-5K. I did some YouTube research and bought less than $50 worth if supplies from Home Depot. I was able to fix the leak in a hour. Beware.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
