Awesome service provided by Chris, very respectful of our place.  My initial provider was a no call no show but Chris made up for it. Very courteous and professional. I would definet fly use them again if needed. Pricing not half bad either.

Accurate Plumbing changed out our water heater in the middle of December and left the old water tank in the carport. Today is February 9th and it is still here. This review will get removed once the water tank is picked up.

Johnny and his crew is the best... We had a water line leak and our heater was no good. They re piped up into the attic (we have a older house)  and then they replaced the heater. All these problems, It only took them couple hours and DONE! JR did a fast and clean job!

Responded relatively quick to our inquiry. Had a busted pipe behind the wall for our washing machine and needed the repair quick. Ed gave me a good quote, gave me a timeframe on when he would be available and once he arrived was very thorough in explaining the job and making we had our questions answered. Would definitely recommend Ed and his worker for any plumbing job.

I want to thank Jeffrey for going the extra mile to get our washing machine finally sitting level for the first time since we had it installed two months ago. On a previous plumbing job, the plumbers had left the machine sitting lopsided with the front end propped up on the 1-inch tile and the back end lower on the untiled floor.  This was causing the machine to rock and every load of laundry to get unbalanced during the spin cycle.  Jeffrey came by himself and promptly got the machine back on level ground. I thought that was all that needed to be done, but when my wife came in to look, she wasn't satisfied that it was completely level. Jeffrey patiently and methodically took his tools and sled back out, lifted the machine up, adjusted the front feet, and kept working at it until it was perfectly level side-to-side and front-to-back. He also saw some tension in the hoses that he didn't like, so he took the machine apart to make sure they were secure in the back. Since we had been without a washing machine for two weeks, a lot of laundry had piled up and as a result my wife has been doing load after load since last night. The machine is humming along and running quieter and more smoothly than at any time since we got it.

I also want to compliment the professionalism and skill of this company's plumbers, who have been doing a lot of work in our building lately.  I'm a director on my condo association's board, and we were getting reports from some units that their washing machines were not draining properly into the adjacent shower drain. The pipe in question was inside the individual units, so it was not a problem that the condo association could address directly. Instead, we sought proposals from several plumbing companies and asked them to tell us how they would fix the problem and how much they would charge. Full Service Plumbing came in with a fairly reasonable quote, and more importantly, seemed to have the best plan for fixing the problem (our building's drain pipes are complicated). The association paid for the first job, in the resident manager's unit, and confirmed that the work they did completely solved the problem. It did, so we recommended them to all of the other owners who were having the same problem. They've now done this work in a number of units in our building and every unit they've worked on has been completely satisfied with their excellent work and the professionalism of their plumbers and office staff.

I normally like to try and do small projects around the house myself and I take pride in doing so as it leaves me feeling good knowing that I did it or had a hand in it.  

When it comes to certain things like going into the wall to change out the worn out cartridge to stop the water from dripping. i prefer to call the experts.  When searching who to call to do this, a friend recommended Brison's Plumbing and I'm glad they did.  I read the reviews and they had good things to say about this company as well as Brison the owner.  I called the number and scheduled a day and time.  Brison was the one who came and he was prompt.  Me not so much as I run on Hawaiian time so I had to ask him to wait a couple of minutes before I could go outside and let him in.  

Brison opened up the wall plate did some tests and found out that I needed a new cartridge.  He then left and picked up a new part and came back and installed it.  Since it was old, he had to clean it out and put on another part to make it work.  I'm so glad he made the dripping stop.

Since he was here I just asked him about a disposal  as ours just broke.  He had a new one from a job that cancelled so he installed that too for us.  Brison did a pressure test ( I have never seen that done before) to make sure everything was working the way it was supposed to.  He double checked everything to make sure there were no leaks and he cleaned up after himself which we appreciated.  

I give Brison's Plumbing two thumbs up for knowledge, service, professionalism and a fair price which is very hard to find these days.

Had a gas meter installed at my house for a gas range. Needed a pipe ran a short, but relatively challenging route to my new gas stove.

The quotes I got ranged from outrageous, to offensively overpriced for a 2-3 hour job.

Rock-o-rooter was the only ones to give fair quote, and they executed everything perfectly. Work all came out very clean, and I am happy.

I have always received excellent service from the folks at Waialae over the years. Whether or not it was for the complete apartment renovation I undertook back in 2008 or more recently to Bill repairing a kitchen faucet that I thought I would have to replace! Many thanks go to the folks in the office and those out in field for all your excellent work.

Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH!  They just completed a bathroom renovation for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.  First of all the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people.  They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way.  They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have.  Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day.  The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property.  I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decades old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves.  They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation.  Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with.  They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process.  
Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity!  THAT is huge for me.  You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people.  It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

I reached out for some help finishing up a DIY project, Plumbing Kings Hawaii were by far the most reasonably priced and fastest availability. They will definitely be my go to for plumbing needs in the future.

The guy that came out was actually from Shaka Plumbing. He fixed a leak and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend.

We used this company for the flood that happened at my parents house because they were available to come to the site ASAP. I should've followed my instincts but we needed someone pronto. If I could give ZERO star I would. This company sucks!! They're so nice and helpful in the beginning but once they get your money, they do a shoddy job. Also the communication and coordinating sucks, for the overly price you pay you would think they would make the transition as smooth as possible. I constantly had to bother them to see what's going on. Save yourself such headache and go to a local company with good reviews!

It take some great service for me to write a review and Evertrust has me typing now.  Second time I've used them.  The first was at realtors recommendation after moving into new house.  I think she had used them many times.   I was so impressed with them then that I didn't look further for the latest repair.  On both occasions the office (Dennis) was prompt calling to set up a time.  If there was potential delay I got immediate heads up.  The guys showed up right on time, all fixed with no hassle.  All working fine.  Great job, great service, great guys to work with.

Had to call them back because everything backed up again a few hours later. Was told they would come between 2am-5am. Waited but nobody came, called back(808-2150399) and got the same person in routing who then said let her find out what's going on so she puts me on hold and to my surprise transfers my call to another who stated just started his shift. So he tells me he doesn't know what's going...neither said I'm sorry we made you wait all these hours for nothing. Service was quick to come get the job and charge me on the first attempt but so far no follow up on who's coming back to correct or do the job right on a second try. What did I pay for?

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
