My water tank had evidence of corrosive leaking.  I contacted a few plumbers and appreciated Michael's approach.  He made an appointment to come and assess the situation before giving me a quote.  

Michael decided he would change out the corroded pipes and leave the water tank intact.  My water tank was only 3 years old.  That evening a friend prompted me to check my warranty - warranty was still good!  I managed to contact Michael not knowing what the next step would be.  He told me not to worry and he would contact the company about this, on my behalf.  

The water tank company had decided to replace my tank with a new one with a new warranty.  Michael took care of working with the local company/distributor to order the tank and pick it up to replace my current tank.  

Michael came to our place well-prepared.  It is evident that he takes PRIDE IN HIS WORK and IN YOUR HOME.  He takes all precautions to have protective blankets and mats in case of any water leaks while dismantling the tank.  He emptied the water tank with a hose to our bathtub.  His work is PRECISE and NEAT.  He works with CONFIDENCE.  There was a lot of sludge in our bathtub from draining the tank.  Michael insisted on cleaning it and brought a disinfectant spray with him to complete the task!

The drain pan under the water tank was mostly soiled with permanent old rusty water leaked stains.  I looked at Michael and said that I would prefer a brand new drain pan since the water tank was brand new.  Without hesitation, Michael said he would go and pick up one and be right back.

All pricing and itinerary is broken down from the get-go so there's no guessing along with total transparent pricing before our digital signature to proceed.  After he successfully snaked our drains of about 100 feet, he gave us an unbiased assessment of what we could and should do in the future as well as a complete budget breakdown so that we can plan ahead.  We highly recommend this business that seems to be run by qualified personnel at all the positions we dealt with (sales and technician).

recently needed to repair/replace a leaky shower faucet. turned out the unit was so old and hard water corroded, a total replacement was warranted. Jaren did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time. Highly Satisfied and I Highly Recommend!  reasonable pricing and very professional.

My house In Pearl City needs to change new pipes for the kitchen, relocate the water heater, adjusi the toilet bowl n change the main water velve/pressure regulator.

I got estimates from 10 plumbers.  Some plumbers asked for $2,500.  I picked Accurate n Clayton came with a helper.  They did am excellent job n charged me for $850.  Clayton is very knowledgable n they worked super efficient.  I will certainly go back to him next time.  Bravo!

I highly recommend Full Service Plumbing.  Unlike many of the franchise companies, an actual licensed plumber, Owner Jeff Gilbert, came out and gave me a sound evaluation of my 54-year old cast iron drain pipe, and a fair price for replacing 35-feet of 4-inch pipe, one cleanout with a new 2-wye cleanout and a new connection/cleanout to the street lateral.  They did the work ahead of schedule and added some extra work that they did not charge for.  His young men were courteous and hard-working.  I will call them for any future plumbing work that I might need and recommend them to my family and friends.

From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. My master bedroom sinks were leaking so I found Plumbing Kings Hawaii in Yelp. Their response time was fast and they are based in Ewa Beach where I live. Tony came and assessed the problem and said that the valves had to be replaced. He told me the estimate which was reasonable. He told me the cost of the hardware needed which was better quality than the originals. The work was done fast and efficiently. Tony was very friendly and professional throughout the process and I was happy with the work done by Plumbing Kings Hawaii. Thank you Tony.

Roto Rooter was one of five plumbing companies I called. They were the one who were able to respond the quickest to my plumbing emergency (broken sewer line). They observed proper COVID protocols and explained everything they were doing. My household was back up and running in no time. They did a good cleanup job and were friendly and professional. They were able to beat their competitors' pricing. Appreciate Frank, Noah, Nick, Johnny, and one other gentleman whose name I forgot to write down. Will definitely use them again!

The job was done,but the plumber Jake,ripped my father off , my friend used to work for them and he showed me there company price range guides, well he over charge my 80 year old father like $100 over and charged for a chemical that he never even left, Roto-Rooter I'm still waiting for you to get back to me.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
