LBP come to fix a leaky shower. They left after charging me a visit fee and never followed up after going away to order the replacement part. I called a few times and you will mostly get an answering machine. The one time I did get a person on the line, they didn't give me a reason for the delay and never called back again. This was over a month ago. I don't have any problem with the technician who visited, just with the poor communication and no follow up.

Our master bath sink had been leaking from I don't know where that when Pipemasters came in to take a look....they knew exactly what needed to be done!!  Fixed and I just feel they not only fixed the problem but left the situation in a better condition than before!! They are our go to plumbers, as we also used them in 2022 for a cleanout situation...and with their knowledge and technology all got done perfectly especially in our area of older homes (built as early as 1910).  Thank you Izaiah, Arven and Pili (who has the sweetest voice ever!!)

Ben's workmanship is excellent! I hired Ben to reset all of the footings on my home, in addition to, replacing all of the posts and braces, to include formwork with concrete below grade.  My home is situated on a slight slope and this was a fairly big project, but Ben completed it on time and his work is outstanding!  He even added an additional footing with post and braces to make my home even more secure, and did not charge for it.  Ben's pricing is also super reasonable.  He is very easy to work with,  trustworthy, and he more than met my expectations on this project.  This is the second home repair job that Ben did for me and I will definitely call him for all of my future  home repairs or remodelling projects.

Has anyone else been harassed and offended by Imua Plumbing drivers? We were doing 10+ over the speed limit on Kam highway with this guys tires screeching in our trunk when the car in front of us slowed down... them this AHole passes us (still going over the speed limit) over a DOUBLE yellow. Maybe don't call them unless you someone cracked out coming to tear your job up. Drug are bad... mmmmkay?

I highly recommend JGR plumbing!! Jaren came by and unclogged my bathtub, which was not draining for several days. I even tried using Draino and that didn't work. After a few days of scooping out the tub water in a bucket into the toilet and hoping whatever was blocking would go down.... I decided to use yelp for quotes.

Jaren had the most reasonable price out of 5 other replies from different companies. Very nice guy and great sense of humor. Excellent service!!!

We've called JBC a couple times now (yay new home ownership!) and they have been so helpful and they provide reasonable prices. I've had both Ryan & Jr and Joshua & Desmond come by and they are speedy, about their business, and very knowledgeable. They solved big and little issues for us. They're prompt and reliable. I also enjoy speaking to Karissa (sorry if I got that wrong!) on the phone and she has helped us sorting out which suppliers to use and even with brand recommendations. In our experience, they are trustworthy in every way. If you can't reach them the first time, just leave a message or keep calling (assuming it's urgent). Karissa has been very good about getting back to me (even when I haven't left a message). We actually called them after trying out one of the big businesses in plumbing (who completely tried to rip us off) and we couldn't be happier we found them. At last!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I was in a bind and he was very responsive and did great work.
He explained everything and also pointed out things that I may need to watch in the future.

Trying to replace my valve apparatus, on my shower. According to YouTube a process it would take a plumber approximately 1 hour tops, requiring equipment probably around $20-$30. This individual has a flat rate of $800. that will give him around a $700 per hour rate making him the highest-paid plumber in the area, and higher paid than neurosurgeons.  when I explained to him that the price was outrageous, how he justifies that based on a $90 hourly rate he responded in the most professional manner that he knew how. Please see attached image.   you need to think clear! . I should've responded yes I am going to think clearly and not hire you as a plumber. I would avoid this gentleman, I have no idea how he has such high rating, but his unprofessional behavior is something that is not desirable in my opinion.

Had a few things done in December 2020.  Quote noted:  provide and install new Kohler cap and spool for shower control.  I did not receive Kohler part as noted.  535 Plumbing employee wrote Pfister part was installed.  I emailed the office on 1-13-2021 noting the discrepancy.  Office employee replied she will check then get back to me on 1-14-2021.  No response.  On 1-22-2021, I emailed to ask, any response?  None so far.  I guess my concern and question was not important enough to 535 Plumbing.

I highly recommend Full Service Plumbing.  Unlike many of the franchise companies, an actual licensed plumber, Owner Jeff Gilbert, came out and gave me a sound evaluation of my 54-year old cast iron drain pipe, and a fair price for replacing 35-feet of 4-inch pipe, one cleanout with a new 2-wye cleanout and a new connection/cleanout to the street lateral.  They did the work ahead of schedule and added some extra work that they did not charge for.  His young men were courteous and hard-working.  I will call them for any future plumbing work that I might need and recommend them to my family and friends.

Our toilets and showers flooded at the worst time possible.  With all the panic going on right now and the terrible weather, it was a godsend that Paul from Roto Rooter was here to sort it all out.  He was professional, courtesy, patient, and answered all my questions.  Even questions I didn't know I had.  Would highly recommend Paul and Roto Rooter services to anyone that needs help fast!

We needed to replace all of the old galvanized pipe in our house and Nathan and his crew did a great job! We decided to use Evertrust Plumbing after meeting Nathan during the estimate.  He is very knowledgeable (he is a master plumber) and a really nice guy.  They all worked hard and finished in one day and everything was as promised, and cleaned up also!  His pricing was also really good!!!  Will definitely use him again; so glad we found him
