Mike was very prompt and arrived on schedule. Had issues with leaking/broken shutoff valves. He replaced all valves and hoses, fixed the faucet, and shower. He also explained proper maintenance for these valves. Definitely good people and very professional about their work. Thank you.

We leased a new space and when the water was turned on discovered there was not any water in the upstairs bath.  Chris came out and took care of it promptly.  Had to re-route the water where it had been capped off.  Fair price and fast Service.  Mahalo Nui Loa.

I contacted Shaka Plumbing (Neil) to help with my draining system in my yard. Due to the recent heavy rains, my backyard was flooding, due to clogged pipes. Neil was very helpful on the phone and was able to set up an appointment within 48 hours. When he arrived, he spoke with my husband about the whole process and exactly how much the cost was. After working very hard with a powerful drainage machine, He was able to completely fix our problem that day. Our drainage system works great now. I was very pleased with Neil and Shaka Plumbing. Hired Ben to install a mount in my ceiling.  Quoted 320.00 which seems high, but ceiling beam was 13 feet up.  Arrived on time, took about an hour.  Would give another star, but mount is little off centered and paint on 2 lag bolts rubbed off when he used a electric drill to tighten bolts.

I had a leaking toilet over the holiday weekend and Kelii from Imua Plumbing came as soon as possible. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a loose gasket in the water tank. He fixed it within an hour, and his rate was excellent. He was very professional and respectful. Imua Plumbing is officially my go-to for anymore plumbing issues in my new home. Very grateful for excellent, local service!

Talk about response time and quality work!! So thankful I came across his company on Yelp. He's very responsive, detailed, professional and reliable. He responded to an emergency plumbing issue at one of my condos and was able to diagnose and take care of the repair the same day. I had another plumbing issue within the building with another unit and he made some adjustments to his schedule to accommodate some plumbing work needed. Within the last couple of weeks I've called him for plumbing repairs needed at my units and he's always been reliable and honest.

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

At the time of service, I was very pleased- the workers were pleasant, quick, and very cost effective.  They replaced the piping under my kitchen sink and fixed the handle on one of my toilets.  Since there were two of them, everything was done simultaneously and quickly; however, it's been only a couple of months and the kitchen sink piping is leaking again and more profusely.  I will have to call another plumber to redo the job.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Hey these guys are super good they came out within one hour they fixed my shower I had a broken knob stem had to be replaced it only cost me 143 man these guys are unbelievable so if you need something done for a reasonable price you should call them the dude who help me his name is Mike he's super friendly super clean left no mess very professional people

This team is excellent and we will definitely be going back to them for all our plumbing needs. We called Shane on a Friday and he gave us a quote over the phone and then his team showed up on Monday at 9 a.m.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
