Kitchen sink clogged up in the morning. Called one company and they said no availability until the next day. Found Fast Rooter and saw all the great reviews. They answered the phone right away. Got a call back from Jay saying he would be by in 30 minutes.

Jay showed up early (I think I just got lucky with their schedule). He was professional, nice and fast. Explained what the problem was. Finished up within an hour. Jay had an apprentice with him so I got to listen in on the training. Very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Today I had a meeting at one thirty in the afternoon, and woke up to a bathtub full of water because of a drain malfunction. I was panicked. I immediately called Little Big Plumbing and they were out to my house and had the drain working before eleven. Josh was the plumber who serviced our tub and he was wonderful! Got the job done and was extremely pleasant and polite. I will not hesitate to call these guys next time I have a plumbing problem.

Very happy with their service! Was easy to schedule, sent text confirmations and reminders of upcoming appointment. Was notified of technician arrival via text with a short bio and picture so we could feel safer and know who was coming to our property. Office staff was attentive to our questions. Ben's workmanship is excellent! I hired Ben to reset all of the footings on my home, in addition to, replacing all of the posts and braces, to include formwork with concrete below grade.  My home is situated on a slight slope and this was a fairly big project, but Ben completed it on time and his work is outstanding!  He even added an additional footing with post and braces to make my home even more secure, and did not charge for it.  Ben's pricing is also super reasonable.  He is very easy to work with,  trustworthy, and he more than met my expectations on this project.  This is the second home repair job that Ben did for me and I will definitely call him for all of my future  home repairs or remodelling projects.

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

Braddah Jaren was prompt and replied in minutes after I sent my shower faucet issue. He is very knowledgeable and truly a craftsman in his trade. He showed up promptly for a quote and offered to do it that day. After he finished it looked magnificent and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done the first time.

Another job well done.  This time on our kitchen sink.  Unclogged drain, replaced a section of drain line, replaced sink strainer and drain pipe to disposer and replaced hot/cold shut off valves.  Very clean installation.  Thank you Johnny and JR Service and Repair

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Called their office about 8:40 this morning and was told they would have a tech come out between 10-12. Excepted that appointment. But in actuality, they arrived in less than an hour later. Met Matt, very polite and really expressed care in what problem I was having. After explaining to him, we came to the solution that my main line to my cess pool might be backed up. He immediately got his toys out and proceeded to snake from my clean out. Within minutes the line was clear, water was flowing clearly, and needlessly to say, my girlfriend was a happy one. Thanks JBC! And thanks Matt! Hopefully we won't need you guys again. But if we do....you're the ones I'll be calling! Mahalo again!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I can attest that Virtues Plumbing is The Best in Hawaii. Martin, Ben, Joe, Scott have great teamwork, do really neat, excellent work and even clean up after themselves!  They are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and their pricing is very reasonable. I can say this because I have hired many plumbers over the years for my ongoing bathtub drain issue, which no plumber could figure out why it would back up every few years. I worked mostly with Martin, who is amazing. He put a camera in the drain line and found a lump of lead, which had melted inside the drain line (probably from original building construction) with several (shampoo) caps stuck in and around it. It was so crazy and I am sure that any other plumber would have given up at that point. Not Martin. He managed to bust it loose, pull out some caps, and cleared the drain! I finally have peace of mind and am very grateful to Martin and Virtues Plumbing! Mahalo nui!

Honest and responsive woman owned business.   Emailed my request for a quote in the morning and got a quote that same afternoon.  The plumbers came early to check out what repairs were needed and provided excellent follow up showing me what to check for when the water service came back on.  Highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.  Thanks Accurate Plumbing!

Had a clogged kitchen sink and I didn't even use the sink because we just got home from having dinner for my wife's birthday. Come to find that my drain shares a pipe with my neighbor, so the shared pipe backed up, which in turn pushed water up my drain whenever they used their sink. I called everyone who was listed as 24/7 plumbers, but none had availability last night. In the morning, I called 535 because I have used them a few times, but they didn't have availability until Sunday.

As I scrolled through Yelp, I came across Quality Plumbing and saw the address was my address! This plumber lives in my building. I took this as a major plus because he has got to be familiar with the building. He was very nice upon taking my call and scheduled a range between 12:15 - 2:15pm. He arrive at the tail end of the time range and wasted no time. He showed his knowledge of the building by doing all the work in the hallway access point. I cleared my kitchen sink cabinet anticipating that would be where all the work would be done.

He showed me the pipe and what was built up, kitchen grease.. replaced the original 45 year old cast iron pipe with PVC. Assured no leaks by having me and my neighbor run our water, and he was done in about an hour. Very friendly, easy to work with, and reasonable rates. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Shane and his 535 plumbing crew are awesome! They are so fast and efficient. After years of an outdated kitchen faucet and dripping issues. I am now super pleased with my new faucet and the rest of the new fixtures. I am definitely calling these gentlemen for all my plumbing needs. Prices are very reasonable

I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me.  His name is alex,  he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit.  The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate.  The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other.  I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed.  They even answer the phone on weekend.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
