 I have a side by side sink set that connect before the tubes enter the wall. Both sinks would not drain and needed to have them snaked. I called a Little Big Plumbers after I couldn't get a hold of any other plumbers. The young lady I spoke to was very nice, and helpful. I explained the problem I was having with my sinks, and was greeted with a friendly response of how it would be fixed. She explained that it was going to be $125 per hour, but they weren't going to be able to come out for 24 hours. I told her that I wasn't going to be available then, so she mentions that for an extra $25 an hour they  can send someone from 6-8 tonight for an after hours service.  I agreed because I was told it shouldn't take more than an hour, obviously depending on how bad the clog was.

 The plumber, Chris,  showed up early, and was very friendly. I showed him where my sinks were and explained the problem I was having. 15 minutes into working he shows me a part of the cabinet under my sink he will have to cut to access the tubes. Ok, thats fine.

 After almost an hour (1) and 45 minutes he comes out of the bathroom, saying he finished the job. I go in to take a look, and we discuss payment. He says he is only going to charge me for 1 hour ($157.07) because he got my white carpet dirty, and some of the water spilled in the cabinets under my sink. Along with this, there are dirty fingerprints on my cabinet doors. Apparently when he started working, he decided not to lay down any sort of tarp, or towel for when he had to remove the water.

 I'm happy that my sinks are working, and that it only cost me the one (1) hour, but now I'm going to have to use the $150 I saved to get my carpet cleaned.

Fast service and reasonable prices. My water main ruptured and they came the next day. I was expecting to pay more than they charged, and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was good and we were taken care of.

Would use again and would definitely recommend!!

Pipemasters was awesome! From the very beginning, Arvo was kind, attentive and responsive to my calls. Then Justin Followed up the next day to go over quotes and their flat fee per issue service. And then George, our pipemaster, was truly awesome. He helped me understand in a way that I could comprehend and made me feel like comfortable with the work we needed to get done. They gave us discounts on the multiple services we had and then gave a quotes for the larger issues we need to deal with. All in all, I really liked all of them from the very beginning and I probably won't use another plumber moving forward. Thank you pipemasters!

Excellent plumbing company with fantastic response time. We are very happy with the work Whit did for us this week. Whit is a great plumber and awesome person! We have a 60 year old condo where the plumbing repairs take patience and determination to get the job done right, all under the pressure of a limited time period water shut-off. Whit has skills, experience and most importantly integrity. His pricing is very reasonable and he takes pride in his work. Our 30 year old improperly stubbed Angle stops were quite difficult to change out, and Whit calmly and kindly took the time necessary to it. We are delighted with the quality of his work, and we  will call him again! Highly recommend this company.

Our gas water heater went out before Thanksgiving and we were scrambling to get emergency repairs completed for our tenant.  Originally called another plumber but they were delayed for four hours and so I called JBC, spoke to Clarissa, where she was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day for a new gas heater installation.  Josh and Desmond arrived early, started the work and by the time I had arrived onsite they had already begun the installation.  Josh identified some other problems areas that needed to be completed to ensure that the install was successful.
 Josh and Desmond were a very dynamic coordinated team during the install  where the installation was very professional clean and quick.  This is the second time that I have used JBC and am now a forever customer, fan and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Clarissa was extremely helpful in the scheduling and the flexibility in getting the  job done quickly.  She was very considerate, understanding given that is was the holiday season and extremely helpful in getting the heater installed.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

When I call, I get a recording that the phone is disconnected.  I sent a letter, and it was returned unopened by the USPS.  I think they went out of business.

Kitchen sink clogged up in the morning. Called one company and they said no availability until the next day. Found Fast Rooter and saw all the great reviews. They answered the phone right away. Got a call back from Jay saying he would be by in 30 minutes.

Jay showed up early (I think I just got lucky with their schedule). He was professional, nice and fast. Explained what the problem was. Finished up within an hour. Jay had an apprentice with him so I got to listen in on the training. Very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Glad to have found a go to plumber!

I called Ben to inquire about a door installation. I saw the great reviews on yelp so I was surprised at his attitude. He seemed very unfriendly and kept asking me questions about the door that I wasn't sure about. I ordered an entry door. I'm sure there are many variables but I felt like I was putting him out.
Then he started mentioning that the price will go up double what he quoted me if it didn't come with something. Overall I felt like he wasn't interested in my business. Very disappointing.

The foreman was very nice and understanding regarding safely going to eat breakfast near the job site and crane .  It was fascinating to watch   their crew work.  I don't live where they worked but park there.   Wanted to commend them on a dangerous job well done.

Very happy with Jaren. He replaced my bathtub fittings (faucets, valves, shower head, etc). Part of the problem plumbers have is to go to a home and give an estimate. Well, unless he can disassemble all the problem fittings, he can't be sure of the manufacturer or the extent of any leaks. Some companies will send two guys who the customer has to account for in the estimate. Jaren handled everything himself including getting the right parts. All for a price lower than my estimate.

Daniel came as he was in the area to take a look and give me an estimate.  Now our house is old and pipes and things are not in good condition.  So when he came to take a look at our clogged bathroom sink full of water, he said its an easy fix but with our condition of the pipes would make it harder for him.  But he still said he can do it all he needs is to get the part.  He quoted us a fair amount as he said they dont make this type of pipe which he figured around it to fix it.  Pleased with the job and how efficient he got it done.  He also helped with another leaking problem on another sink outside the house.  Very nice and friendly, although there might be other people pricing a bit lower, I was satisfied and happy with his work, and confident he fixed the problem well.

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

A's mechanical did an awesome job on my single home in waialua...I called and they had an opening for me that week...The plumber showed up on time and did a great job on items I needed done...The company was also very reasonable on price and would highly recommend them...I personally would hire this company again for future jobs...

0 star. Joe did not show up for the estimate. No phone call and no text about his no show. We finally called him after half hours of waiting. He did not explain what was the reason for no show and did not apologize. Very disappointed.
