I Called this awesome company at 2:30pm and by 3:10 Joey was at my sons apartment.  So that's 3 star off the get go.

Dealing with a clogged sink is hectic so don't try unclogging it.  
Leave it for these professionals.  
The charges are reasonable too, so reasonable i gave him a tip and some goodies.  ADD ANOTHER star

I contacted Little Big Plumbing because I wanted to replace the water heater in my condo unit.  Megan answered and was familiar with the condo, knew what type of water heater I needed, and gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone.  Just based on my first phone call, I knew I was dealing with a company that was organized and experienced.

My instincts were right.  The water heater came in before the estimated date I was given.  The plumber was on time, got the job done quickly, and did good work.  Billing was easy and emails were quickly answered. What more could I ask for?  I will be using Little Big Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

I recently have used PM for the community I manage. They are the go to ones that come for clogs etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they will advise the homeowner on what needs to be done and what they will be doing step by step. I always appreciate them on helping our situation in a quick manner.

Neil and his crew were great! We had a one off request of installing a new gas range top. Highly recommend, for the rest of the peeps on Oahu a new top of the line gas range top is 66% cheaper than a new electric range top. After installation cost it was still 33% cheaper. Neil did a great job with the installation and the work is clean and cherry. The end result will be 30$ less a month in electric bill and better quality cooking with gas. Thanks Shaka Plumbing!

Jaren was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality plumber.  We live in an older apartment building where all of our faucets and the shower started leaking at about the same time.  He was able to fit us in quickly and the pricing was reasonable.  Another plumber I received a quote from told me that the tile would need to be cut to repair our shower -- Jaren was able to fix it quickly without cutting tile.  He ended up replacing all our faucets, a guest bathroom sink and installing a new kitchen sink/faucet.  We couldn't be happier with his work and how accessible he is.

Shayne was very fast to respond to my request. He came out on a Friday evening and helped snake a clogged drain. Affordable prices and quick to respond! Thanks Shayne!!

Kama Hele Plumbing is great!  John and his team are truly professional in all aspects. They are knowledgeable, honest, timely, and personable. Their pricing is fair and competitive. They follow through on projects until there is a satisfactory and professional result. I've dealt with many plumbing companies and don't give out exceptional comments often, but this is an exceptional company!!!!  No Ka Oi!!!!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I want to give a shout out and great big thank you to JOEY.  This company is great. They keep a record of how many times they come to your place. Since this is like the 6th time they had to come over, it raised some concern for them.  Joey (who was really nice) went above and beyond.  He spent a good amount of time snaking and always double checking to see that my water was being drained. It was no get in get out kinda job.  He sympathized with me and the situation and wanted to make sure he left no stone unturned within his capability.  I will definitely continue to do business with this company because of him.

If you're looking for an excellent plumber, look no further! I manage a few rental properties and Martin has done numerous jobs for me. He's very responsive, always gets back to me in a timely manner. He does great, quality work, and fast too! And his prices are reasonable, unlike some other companies out there who charge an arm and a leg. Thank you for everything Martin, you're the best, hands down!

Got an estimate for a hose bib the 3/4 90 was bent so wanted that replaced. They estimated $761. And change

What a ripoff

My house In Pearl City needs to change new pipes for the kitchen, relocate the water heater, adjusi the toilet bowl n change the main water velve/pressure regulator.

I got estimates from 10 plumbers.  Some plumbers asked for $2,500.  I picked Accurate n Clayton came with a helper.  They did am excellent job n charged me for $850.  Clayton is very knowledgable n they worked super efficient.  I will certainly go back to him next time.  Bravo!

Had a clogged shower drain that I couldn't unclog by augering it myself. Looked up plumbers on Yelp and after contacting a few with no answer, I tried JR's. Johnny picked up and said he could make it that day (Sunday).  

He came as promised and promptly unclogged the drain. He even gave me tips on how I could fix it if it should happen again.  Awesome.

Found out he could do my mother's shower remodel too!  Overall, I would definitely use them again.

I called in the morning and Tony was able to come by that afternoon, all I did was send him pics of what needed to be fixed and he showed up when he said he would...fixed both sink drain and shower faucet leak! He was very pleasant and efficient!!

Shane cam to assess our needs for a kitchen remodel he was extremely professional and pleasant. A different worker can to do the actual plumbing( sooty I forgot his name,) but he was thorough and did a great job. The apprentice with him had something to be desired. A little sloppy and did not clean up after his work.
Outside of the apprentice , and I understand he is learning, I was very pleased with 535 and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
