Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Honolulu HI

When other plumbers on the premises for bigger jobs looked at my dripping shower taps, they all indicated that the fixture was too old and they did not have the parts. When I called other plumbers just for this issue, they did not want to make time for a small repair, Little Big Plumbing came. They made the repair with standard parts and took a reasonable anount of time. I'm a fan.

Pipe Masters service was 5 stars, from the call to set up the appointment to the service team that came over. Everything was clearly explained to me and the repairs were done quickly and professionally. I only wish all service companies were as efficient and as competent as them.  I will certainly be using them when the need arises and will recommending them to friends and yelpers ;-).

Has anyone else been harassed and offended by Imua Plumbing drivers? We were doing 10+ over the speed limit on Kam highway with this guys tires screeching in our trunk when the car in front of us slowed down... them this AHole passes us (still going over the speed limit) over a DOUBLE yellow. Maybe don't call them unless you someone cracked out coming to tear your job up. Drug are bad... mmmmkay?

Jaren, found a way to get my problem fixed. He was extremely easy to deal with and I will definitely use him again.

Called Rick as a referral and I must say he is the nicest guy. I've called other plumbers before and they rushed me off the phone or said they were too busy and never returned my call. Rick made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concern I had about my toilet. He sent someone over within a couple days to check out the problem and snake my toilet.

I would definitely recommend them if you want fast and efficient service!!!!

My parents' bathtub and toilet were backed up Thursday night. Contacted several plumbers Friday morning, no answer, no available time. Finally found one plumber and claimed they could arrive after 5pm. Plumber arrived and tried snaking the toilet and the bathroom but couldn't unclog it. Suggested to open up the wall and use a bigger snake but it was too late and due to Condo policy no loud noises after 7pm and of course we did not want to open up the wall and end up having a leak pipe from the wall.
I did a quick search and found First Class Plumber and requested a quote on Yelp and they responded within minutes. Scheduled with Whit for Saturday morning. He stayed till the end to make sure the job was done and unclogged the bathtub and toilet. High recommend Whit for any plumbing job!

Exceptionally Great Prompt Service! Joey the Service Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Recommended an in-line valve to make main line water easier to turn off rather than going to roadside valve. Had to remove 2 fittings to D/C the pressure Reducing Valve, 1 CPVC and 1 copper, then CPVC cement a shut-off valve to the main incoming line and copper sweat the house connection, 2 threaded connections on the valve. He used pressure crimp connectors I've never seen. Looks like industrial quality w O-Ring inserts. 2 hours work of work. Thanks again for prompt and respectable service! Would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repair!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I highly recommend this awesome company. They're true to their word. Affordable And took care of all of our plumbing needs. I love my new tankless water heater and they made sure all of my faucets showers Etc received hot water and are in good working order.

Accurate Plumbing changed out our water heater in the middle of December and left the old water tank in the carport. Today is February 9th and it is still here. This review will get removed once the water tank is picked up.

Johnny's service is impeccable. I highly recommend his services.  We had a leaking toilet. He was able to fix it in no time along with explaining the problem to us. He is also very clean and efficient.

Tony and his assistant showed up in the time window stated. He replaced our kitchen faucet, reconnected our dishwasher, and added a new garbage disposal, and reconfigure piping due to our cus
He took our wishes into account, was professional, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!

Update 4/25/2019 - We tried running the dishwasher tonight, and noticed a lot of water and soap all over the floor, and on our brand new cabinets!! My husband called Tony to tell him about this. Tony basically said it's our problem, not his, and that the dishwasher was working when he reinstalled it.  He didn't offer to come fix it. He only suggested we shut off our hot water.  

Took back 3 stars for this issue and his response to it. And I feel that that's too generous. I'm very upset that our brand new cabinets might be damaged due to this. If I could, I'd take back a whole galaxy of stars for his brush off.

This plumbing company was referred to me by a friend who was very satisfied with their service.  They were late with the first appointment with me.  I chose to wait for them because of their great reviews.  They came the next day with the right part and repaired my water heater that many other plumbers failed to do.  Shane, the owner, communicates mainly through texts. Scott and his partner did the repair in an hour. They are all plumbers with no dispatcher like other plumbing company.  It could be a good thing because the communication is not through a third party when you can get to them. They are quite busy.  But I think the wait is all worth it with a reliable service.  I  plan to call them again for my next plumbing problem.

My friend has a condo, and I talked him into letting some friends stay there. Guess what...they had a little accident.  A Barbie got flushed. They called me asking what to do. We found Aloha Plumbing they were super helpful. Everything is as good as new. I'd highly recommend them.

This is a followup to a review I wrote  about Roto-Rooter 6/4/2019. We contacted Action Line and explained the situation, all Action Line got in response to their inquiries was a copy of the backside of the bill written to us with the disclaimer that they are not responsible for any damages caused by their employees. Well, to to the very elusive supposedKapolei G M Darren Jennings, we had no leak before our bathtub drain was snaked by Roto-Rooter! As I stated in my first review , we tried contacting Cincinnati where Roto-Rooter is based out of, we were promised answers and then just re routed back to Hawaii with no contact number for anyone but Darren Jennings who I really don't think exists. So apparently there is no integrity at Roto-Rooter, from the the very top all the the way to the bottom. So don't believe their Ads, the only thing going down the drain is your hard earned dollars. I will continue to warn neighbors and fellow union employees about calling anyone but Roto-Rooter. Kawika and Wyatt this is not on you, but you should go to work for a company that cares, they are out there! R K Kaneohe

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
