Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Honolulu HI

Don came by to fix a valve problem on our bathtub. He was on time. He was polite. He was quick and efficient and professional. The hourly rate is fairly and favorably priced.  I will use them for all plumbing issues from here on.

Had some plumbing work that needed to be done and called Pipe Masters after seeing their Sifu trucks around for years. Everyone in the office I spoke to was super friendly and kind.

Bernard who came out was amazing, he gave me all sorts of advice and passed on knowledge whenever he could. I would 100% recommend Bernard to everyone I know. The work they did looks amazing and were even able to accommodate all of my custom requests.

All around a cool individual, gave me some advice on how to make our Jabong sweeter too.

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

Had a clogged drain that I knew the pipes needed to be replaced. I am a handy person and normally would do this work myself but was under the weather and needed it done. Jaren was punctual and he was knowledgeable, his price was fair, he completed the job in the time, clean, and did a good job. I would recommend him and he would be the first person I would call for future work.

Best Plumbing company I have ever dealt with. My water heater had stopped working and we were taking cold showers, and you know how uncomfortable that can be! I called KamaHele Plumbing and the owner, Rick returned my call right away. I explained my situation to him and he came over right away. After checking out the situation he called his employees and within a couple of hours a new water heater was here and within an hour it was installed!! Awesome service! Reliable and professional employees! I would definitely recommend them all my family and friends!

I consider myself pretty handy around the house but when it comes to plumbing, I say leave it to the professionals.  Washing machine hot water valve sprung a leak.  They responded to my request for quote right away and came the next day.  Prices are pretty reasonable.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I highly recommend this awesome company. They're true to their word. Affordable And took care of all of our plumbing needs. I love my new tankless water heater and they made sure all of my faucets showers Etc received hot water and are in good working order.

Accurate Plumbing changed out our water heater in the middle of December and left the old water tank in the carport. Today is February 9th and it is still here. This review will get removed once the water tank is picked up.

We had a washer drain overflow.  Our first plumber couldn't fix the problem after working about 4 hours.  This morning Johnny from JR Service & Repair came and fix the problem in no time.  I was utterly dumbfounded how fast he was able to fix it.  He is very dependable, courteous and respectful.  I am so glad that Scott Suzui of Tenkaippin referred him to us.  If you need any plumbing job, call Johnny.

We loved how their plumber arrived on time in their company van stocked with everything a plumber needs for this project. He arrived on time as promised to work on our 2 upstairs toilets (don't have trouble downstairs yet, but it's inevitable) and her worked very fast and confidently to keep our final price exactly as promised (and he sent us our receipt as promised too). He really removed 2 old water-wasting Toto toilets super fast (those were flushing very weakly and clogging up badly almost daily), replaced those with 2 new American Standard Champion 4 toilets (which we bought separately at Lowe's), completed the final caulking seal around the base of the newly installed 2 toilets, and disposed of the 2 older toilets all without needing any help (he's strong!). We appreciate that he took a moment to explain to us the strengths and better functions of our newer American Standard Champion 4 toilets and explained the design flaws and weaknesses of our older Toto toilets. We will absolutely be calling Quality Plumbing again if we ever have trouble with our old downstairs toilets.

This is the BEST plumbing company on island.  I've had to call Shane many times for plumbing issues: new water heater, under sink piping, dishwasher installation, bathtub clogs, etc.  He is always on time, friendly, super professional and really knows his work.  Really appreciate having such a great plumber! Highly recommend.

They took care of everything, from calling out insurance to setting up our family to stay at a hotel tomorrow a team will come and cut out the walls and replace flooring whatever is need to start putting our house back together so we can go home.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
