We leased a new space and when the water was turned on discovered there was not any water in the upstairs bath.  Chris came out and took care of it promptly.  Had to re-route the water where it had been capped off.  Fair price and fast Service.  Mahalo Nui Loa.

Rick was great! I called with my realtor in a panic, who had been left hanging by another plumber with the fridge line leaking on my wood floor. Rick said he'd have someone there right after there current job. Instead, he showed up himself, fixed the problem in 5 minutes, and had my poor agent calmed down quickly thereafter. What terrific service; I highly recommend giving him a call!

JBC was awesome. They were able to come out to my home to fix my water heater very quickly, their staff was professional and courteous, but most of all their price fit into my budget. They were nearly half as much as a what a competitor quoted me for the same work! This is a small family owned business that will get the job done at a fair price.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Great professional company that gets the job done right. They have been working on my commercial plumbing as well as my home plumbing. They are very good at being on time and available at a moments notice. Virtues followed all the Covid guidelines and cleaned up once the job was done. I highly recommend this company!

Dan came to check on a leak we had at our townhome that was coming through the second bathroom floor. He was able to pinpoint the problem and even stayed longer to explain the details of the problem. He provided us knowledge on why the leak was not from the plumbing  but rather from the grouting in the shower. Due to the problem rooting from issues other than the plumbing we didn't have to use his services; but because his customer service was so great we had to bring it up on Yelp!! He worked within our schedule and was flexible enough to meet when it was convenient for us. Some plumbers charge for estimates but not Dan!

Tony came , fixed my toilet.  It's as good as new. And he another new art, not sure what it is called and the toilet is quiet and works like a charm.  Yippppeeeeeeee!

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
