Best Faucet Repair in Honolulu HI

I had Jay come out to fix a leaking shut off valve under a bathroom sink.
He came out asap from Kapahulu and was here in 10 minutes.  After shutting off the main water valve on the sidewalk he emptied the remaining water in the pipes and changed out two valves and replaced 2 supply lines in less than an hour.  Total PRO!  

Damage came out to $171 including the tax.  That's parts, labor and coming out to fix it right NOW!  

AAA++++++++!!!

We have had little big plumbing service our units quite a bit until this past incident and after this past installation, I don't think we will be doing business with them ever again.  We had a leaking water heater and requested it to be replaced.  The water heater is under the counter in our kitchen, a short water heater.  We called our warranty company American Home Shield and they designated Little Big Plumbing as the tech.  Michael came out on a Friday evening and diagnosed the problem, took the dimensions of the water heater and was waiting for authorization to process the order.  The following installation appointment was made for Wednesday.  Rather than installing a short water heater (which is what we had in unit before), Little Big Plumbing installed a Tall water heater.  

Ummm hello, a tall water heater IS NOT the same as an under the counter water heater.  A tall and short water heater may not mean much if the unit is outside in garage or closet but in a small apartment kitchen where every inch of space is valuable (think of real estate in Tokyo), we lost much needed counter space for the microwave and we need to find a contractor to build a cabinet to enclose this water heater so its not an eyesore!

We have tried calling them to rectify the situation but to this day have not heard back.  I have called American Home Shield as well and have been put on the back burner.  Both parties are pointing fingers at each other for the blame in the mistake, but as a consumer, i really don't care who made the mistake, I just want the situation rectified so I don't have to remodel my kitchen for a water heater!

After the installation, we called a contractor friend of our over to assess the situation, and he told us that the hot water pipe is not supposed to be exposed or facing out, that is was a hazard if the cabinets are accessed.  Not only that but we have to remodel the kitchen to create counterspace now.  If we had known this was the outcome, we would have definitely opted out and used a more professional plumber.  

For simple fixes, leaky pipes, dripping faucets, I think they can handle.  But for bigger jobs, find another plumber, you might have to remodel your home for a simple installation.

We called at 8:45am this morning, we were told someone would be come to do the repair at 9:30 am.  Very good right?  Nope, someone showed up at 9:15am!!!!!  By 9:30, the problem was fixed.  To make sure the backup does not happen again, there is another type treatment that needs to be performed.  Pipe Masters is going to refund this morning's charge, as a credit towards the treatment they are coming back to due.  W O W!  I wish there was a 6th star I could award Pipe Masters,

Hired Ben to install a mount in my ceiling.  Quoted 320.00 which seems high, but ceiling beam was 13 feet up.  Arrived on time, took about an hour.  Would give another star, but mount is little off centered and paint on 2 lag bolts rubbed off when he used a electric drill to tighten bolts.

Excellent service. He returned phone call immediately and came the next day. He was very professional and kept us updated when he left to get parts. The fee was reasonable & we will call him again in the future if the need arises.

Fast service and reasonable prices. The guy fixed my shower leak really quickly and even went out to get parts that I didn't have available. All in all, a 2 hour job with parts and labor cost me about $300 but that's pretty reasonable.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Martin and his team made it so easy to fix my issue. My parents had a plumbing issue and since they are not proficient in English, I agreed to take care of this issue for them, from +2k miles away from home. Had a clogged shower drain that I couldn't unclog by augering it myself. Looked up plumbers on Yelp and after contacting a few with no answer, I tried JR's. Johnny picked up and said he could make it that day (Sunday).  

He came as promised and promptly unclogged the drain. He even gave me tips on how I could fix it if it should happen again.  Awesome.

Found out he could do my mother's shower remodel too!  Overall, I would definitely use them again.

I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me.  His name is alex,  he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit.  The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate.  The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other.  I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed.  They even answer the phone on weekend.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
