This review is for Joey, we called him because our sink was leaking and Joey was able to come the very next day. He was on time and courteous and in a matter of minutes, he fixed our sink and told us what the problem was. I have used Little Big Plumbing a few times.  They have always been very responsive and super friendly.  I trust that they will accomplish the work requested/needed in a timely manner with quality results.  I would definitely recommend.

I had an upstairs toilet in my town home suddenly start leaking.  It wasn't  a super emergency, as I was able to shut the water off.  I called Shaka Plumbing in the morning and got their voice-mail.  I left a message and they promptly returned my call to set up an appointment.  They said they would be able to come between 2 and 3.  I received a call at 12:45 asking if they could come by early, which was fine.  They took a look at my toilet and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.  They even took the time to explain to me what occurred and how often parts like that should be replaced.  The price was most excellent and so far the work done looks great.  I am most pleased with the experience and will most certainly use their services for any other plumbing I need.  Thank you guys so much.

I called Ben to inquire about a door installation. I saw the great reviews on yelp so I was surprised at his attitude. He seemed very unfriendly and kept asking me questions about the door that I wasn't sure about. I ordered an entry door. I'm sure there are many variables but I felt like I was putting him out.
Then he started mentioning that the price will go up double what he quoted me if it didn't come with something. Overall I felt like he wasn't interested in my business. Very disappointing.

Has anyone else been harassed and offended by Imua Plumbing drivers? We were doing 10+ over the speed limit on Kam highway with this guys tires screeching in our trunk when the car in front of us slowed down... them this AHole passes us (still going over the speed limit) over a DOUBLE yellow. Maybe don't call them unless you someone cracked out coming to tear your job up. Drug are bad... mmmmkay?

Very happy with Jaren. He replaced my bathtub fittings (faucets, valves, shower head, etc). Part of the problem plumbers have is to go to a home and give an estimate. Well, unless he can disassemble all the problem fittings, he can't be sure of the manufacturer or the extent of any leaks. Some companies will send two guys who the customer has to account for in the estimate. Jaren handled everything himself including getting the right parts. All for a price lower than my estimate.

I highly recommend this plumbing company Biven's Plumbing. He is very pleasant and explained everything as he was doing it.
When I call he responds quickly and/or stops by to discuss the problem with me. I am always satisfied with his work and affordable prices. Shayne is my number 1 go to plumber for everything.

JBC and Nate came to our plumbing rescue! First off, Nate arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. After a pleasant intro, he was quickly on the job. Diagnosed our blocked main line in minutes and quickly cleared the blockage. He explained everything, kept the area clean and fully explained future steps to address problems. He fully explained the bill and we parted with me feeling like I've gained a friend. Fantastic customer service! Btw, I initially called around 1030 at night and they picked up right away.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Martin and his team made it so easy to fix my issue. My parents had a plumbing issue and since they are not proficient in English, I agreed to take care of this issue for them, from +2k miles away from home. He was very communicative and responsive, explaining everything from what they had planned to do by looking at the photos we had sent, to the problems that occurred while his team were at the house, and finally compiling a detailed summary of the entire process, beginning to end. Since I was out-of-state, I was very appreciative that they kept me in the loop every step of the way and also had the patience for me to explain/translate it to my parents over the phone. I understood the pricing and felt it was reasonable, given the severity of the issue. I felt comfortable with sharing any concerns I or my parents had because of the awesome accommodation they provided. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing services. Johnny is the best....we've called him several times over the years and he's always been able to come the same day for our emergency repairs.  No one wants to ever have to call a plumber, but when you have to....call Johnny!  He's very thorough, respectful of your home (yes...plumbing is nasty but he keeps it clean), and he also gives advice on how to prevent the same problems from occurring again.  Thank you, Johnny, for always coming to our rescue!

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

My house In Pearl City needs to change new pipes for the kitchen, relocate the water heater, adjusi the toilet bowl n change the main water velve/pressure regulator.

I got estimates from 10 plumbers.  Some plumbers asked for $2,500.  I picked Accurate n Clayton came with a helper.  They did am excellent job n charged me for $850.  Clayton is very knowledgable n they worked super efficient.  I will certainly go back to him next time.  Bravo!

Christmas Day evening plumbing emergency.  I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and deeply appreciative to have a plumber return my call on Christmas.  Wow.  He agreed he could be there the next morning 12/26/18.  He arrived within 15-20 minutes of the quote window (on time for Hawaii).  He did not charge for his helper and he met his original quote for $200 which was great as I could not 100% advise him what the issue was (I only knew the 2 piece toilet was leaking from the tank and dripping into the condo below).  I do feel he fluffed his labor time by 20-30 minutes, but when he explained he was calling it 1.5 hours of labor to include driving time, I was okay with it.  Again he met his original quote, was on time and saved me a great deal of headache and stress.  I can highly recommend Tony!

Alex, the OWNER of the company so friendly over the phone and offered free estimate, but WHAT he was a NO SHOW shame on you!!! Don't talk highly about big projects you accomplished when you GHOSTS us with no response back even on text. You got my address so no hate and retaliate when it's your fault!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
