I used pipe masters to have them install the under the sink reverse osmosis water filtration system. I was thinking of installing it myself, and I tell you that I am so glad that I didn't. Our amazing experience started with the ease of scheduling and text notification of the who and whereabouts of the plumber that we were assigned to. They arrived at my home right on time, which was a kind of rare experience in Hawaii as we all know what Hawaiian Time is.

First step to install the system, they had to make a hole in the granite counter top, and it looked a lot harder than I imagined. They also recommended the best spot for where they would drill for the faucet. One of the big problems would have been if I did it myself was the size of the tank being too big for the perfect location under one of the pipe. I would have put the tank in different location where I cannot use the sink space. However, they had a perfect solution by cutting the pvc pipe which would have been impossible for me to get it done or even consider. I loved the fact that they didn't hesitate to make the right move. They then hooked up the water lines and mounted the units. They also adjusted the pressure and flush the system, so I can get the clean water as soon as possible.

I also had couple issues in bathroom toilet and sink faucet, but they kindly took care of it in like 2 minutes since I had all the right part.

My overall experience was amazing and I strongly recommend any plumbing related services to be done by Pipe Masters!!!

If you need reliability and FAIR pricing call these guys!  They showed up ON TIME! Had my toilet rebuilt in an hour and charged me HALF THE PRICE I had paid Roter Rooter to do the same thing in the other bathroom!  Super polite, I will use them again!

BLS Carpentry came out to do a drywall repair(4X4 hole). They were extremely quick and tidy. They repaired the hole in the drywall and textured. Very very good job and the price was extremely affordable. Will gladly have them do any work around the house again.

I highly recommend JGR plumbing!! Jaren came by and unclogged my bathtub, which was not draining for several days. I even tried using Draino and that didn't work. After a few days of scooping out the tub water in a bucket into the toilet and hoping whatever was blocking would go down.... I decided to use yelp for quotes.

Jaren had the most reasonable price out of 5 other replies from different companies. Very nice guy and great sense of humor. Excellent service!!!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

He's very responsive, always gets back to me in a timely manner. He does great, quality work, and fast too! And his prices are reasonable, unlike some other companies out there who charge an arm and a leg. Thank you for everything Martin, you're the best, hands down!

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and a strainer basket swapped out. After calling numerous plumbers, I decided to go with Dan Does Plumbing. He quoted me a flat fee and told me exactly what he was going to replace. He also told me I could purchase my own heater and he would pick it up, install it, and remove the old tank. Other plumbers provide their own tank, costing more than if I purchased it myself.

Dan showed up on time and began working. He expertly disconnected my old heater and installed new hoses on my water line. The process was smooth, without any problems. Less than 90 minutes later, I had hot water again. Dan also replaced the strainer basket from my kitchen sink. The nut was cross-threaded and made the removal very difficult. After a couple of attempts, Dan was able to remove the old strainer and installed the new one. Before leaving, Dan cleaned up the area and disposed of the trash.

I'm glad I decided to go with Dan Does Plumbing. He is courteous and his work is professional and neat. I was also the very first person to be given a magnetic business card. Mahalo, Dan.

I don't trust anyone else.  If Johnny is busy, I wait.  He doesn't cut corners; uses the materials he says he will; is always honest and straightforward; and does excellent work.

Tony was professional, reasonably priced and appears honest. He said he would call me back when I called for an estimate and he did in a timely manner. He installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and even fixed a plumbing mistake made by someone else under the sink. He was resourceful in figuring out how to wire the dishwasher even though the wire was torn out with loose ends. Everything is working fine so far since the installation and testing afterwards. Appliances have not been used yet since though. He did it in the time that he said it might take, which was reasonable at I did thorough research on how long it would take.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
