The service itself was fine. The customer service was not so fine. I was charged a late fee for a missed appointment (during which I was home), then when they were late for the re-scheduled appointment, they denied being late and did not wave the fee from the previous missed appointment.

Neil does a great job, and i highly recommend him to all my friends and family on the leeward coast! He charges very reasonable prices, but most importantly he gets the job done right! He's very responsive and quick!

We woke up to the water leak early in the morning.  I contacted Jason and he responded very fast.  Sent him the pictures and video of the leak, and learning the urgency, he immediately rearranged their schedule to assist us with this urgent situation.  Until the arrival of the tech, Pipe Masters communicated well with me and made me feel good about the process.

Ryan the tech came over to detect the water leak along with the developer of the home.  Together they found the source of the leak fast, and repaired the leak by early afternoon.  

Pipe Masters was very professional, communicated very well throughout the process and were very clear about the process and the fees.  

As scary the water leak was, I really felt like they really cared about us and took a good care of us.  I highly recommend Pipe Masters!

He built our redwood fence and did a great job! He showed up when he said he would and finished on time. We will totally call him up again in the future. Don't skimp and get a cheap contractor. Get one that knows his stuff and this guy does.

I had a leaking toilet over the holiday weekend and Kelii from Imua Plumbing came as soon as possible. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a loose gasket in the water tank. He fixed it within an hour, and his rate was excellent. He was very professional and respectful. Imua Plumbing is officially my go-to for anymore plumbing issues in my new home. Very grateful for excellent, local service!

As requested, they arrived at our appointment and assessed the sink repairs. We appreciated their time even despite the weather that day! They were thorough and discovered a bigger problem and emailed their quote for their solution.

I had water leaking from my food waste disposer on Saturday after Black Friday. I contacted JBC Plumbing and Josh answered my call. I told him what the problem was and   he was able to fit me in his schedule for the day. He came after an hour and diagnosed what the problem was. My disposer is corroded  and must have not been changed before we bought the house. He replaced my disposer really quickly and provided me with good advice for the future.  He is very knowledgeable in his field and is very patient in answering my questions. He is professional and most of all an honest person. You will not regret hiring them for your plumbing needs.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

We have called upon Accurate Plumbing & Repairs for all our plumbing needs for the past several years. We would not consider using anyone else. Johnny is da man.  Very honest and a good price.  He has done work on my own property and my rental unit. Always my first call.

Christmas Day evening plumbing emergency.  I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and deeply appreciative to have a plumber return my call on Christmas.  Wow.  He agreed he could be there the next morning 12/26/18.  He arrived within 15-20 minutes of the quote window (on time for Hawaii).  He did not charge for his helper and he met his original quote for $200 which was great as I could not 100% advise him what the issue was (I only knew the 2 piece toilet was leaking from the tank and dripping into the condo below).  I do feel he fluffed his labor time by 20-30 minutes, but when he explained he was calling it 1.5 hours of labor to include driving time, I was okay with it.  Again he met his original quote, was on time and saved me a great deal of headache and stress.  I can highly recommend Tony!

Wish there were more stars! My toilet has been giving me issues for sometime but it was very inconsistent. It would back up here and there but this morning it was the worst. 535 plumbing was awesome! Peter has an outstanding customer service. He called to let me know he was on his way and he didn't pound on my front door like a crazy maniac like some companies that I received services from. He was so polite and very informative. Even tho it came out to be not big of an issue, he made sure everything was working effectively. I highly recommend 535 plumbing! Their services really doesn't go unnoticed.

My toilet needed a new flush mate. The guys came in and assured me that they would get me up and running that same day. My toilet has never worked better and I am so thankful I found them.

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. My friend has a condo, and I talked him into letting some friends stay there. Guess what...they had a little accident.  A Barbie got flushed. They called me asking what to do. We found Aloha Plumbing they were super helpful. Everything is as good as new. I'd highly recommend them.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
