 I have a side by side sink set that connect before the tubes enter the wall. Both sinks would not drain and needed to have them snaked. I called a Little Big Plumbers after I couldn't get a hold of any other plumbers. The young lady I spoke to was very nice, and helpful. I explained the problem I was having with my sinks, and was greeted with a friendly response of how it would be fixed. She explained that it was going to be $125 per hour, but they weren't going to be able to come out for 24 hours. I told her that I wasn't going to be available then, so she mentions that for an extra $25 an hour they  can send someone from 6-8 tonight for an after hours service.  I agreed because I was told it shouldn't take more than an hour, obviously depending on how bad the clog was.

 The plumber, Chris,  showed up early, and was very friendly. I showed him where my sinks were and explained the problem I was having. 15 minutes into working he shows me a part of the cabinet under my sink he will have to cut to access the tubes. Ok, thats fine.

 After almost an hour (1) and 45 minutes he comes out of the bathroom, saying he finished the job. I go in to take a look, and we discuss payment. He says he is only going to charge me for 1 hour ($157.07) because he got my white carpet dirty, and some of the water spilled in the cabinets under my sink. Along with this, there are dirty fingerprints on my cabinet doors. Apparently when he started working, he decided not to lay down any sort of tarp, or towel for when he had to remove the water.

 I'm happy that my sinks are working, and that it only cost me the one (1) hour, but now I'm going to have to use the $150 I saved to get my carpet cleaned.

We had a water pipe leak under our townhouse Foundation n called Shaka's plumbing n talked to Neil told him the problem we were having n he said.. I'll come out 2moro n he came out next day n found out problem why we didn't have any hot water..Neil did an awesome job rerouting all our plumbing n did this all in 3days, its really hard to find a honest plumber now days.. The first day they started to fix our plumbing.. neil asked my husband are you ready fo some hot water? My husband said yes! We didn't have hot water fo 2 months..

The shower drain at my condo was backed up and causing brown water to spill out all over my bathroom floor.  I called Pipe Masters and they sent a guy out the very same day.  Right after booking the appointment, they texted me the name, bio, and picture of the technician that was coming to my condo.  Once he arrived (right on time), he identified the problem and cleared the drain.  It was hair from the floors above me in the stack that was causing the blockage (see scary pic).  After he left, I received a text with the invoice and I was able to pay online with a credit card.  From booking the appointment to following up after the job was done, the entire process was smooth and stress free.  Pipe Masters is a class act from start to finish.

I had some work done by another company who  did not complete the work and did a poor job.  I had already paid them and they would not come back to complete the work.  When I talked to Ben he said he didn't like to come in after someone else to finish up their work but he would come out to look at things.  It took him half a morning to fix and complete everything from paver removal to plumbing job.  While I watched him work I realized he is an upright guy.  I made a list of all my dream projects and asked him to get back to me with estimates.  He can do everything!   Such a relief to finally find some one I can trust to be honest and do the work.

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

josh is an excellent plumber. he came to my house to do an emergency plumbing. within minutes josh arrived. he took care of the problem quickly. very impressed with the job well done. very professional and down to earth. will recommend to others for sure! thank you so much from the stevens ohana.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I hired Accurate Plumbing to completely redo the shower in my master bathroom and I am so happy with the finished product!
Everyone was super professional and they handled it all from demo to final product. All I had to do was pick out the tile and give them an idea of what a wanted and they made it happen!
My only regret is that I didn't take a before picture so I could show you how awful my shower looked before this amazing transformation!

Johnny's service is impeccable. I highly recommend his services.  We had a leaking toilet. He was able to fix it in no time along with explaining the problem to us. He is also very clean and efficient.

A week or so ago, I found myself standing in water in front of my kitchen sink.  Discovered the old faucet needed replacing.  Found Tony by calling the number on his truck.  He was there two days after I called, and did a quick and efficient job of replacing with my newly purchased one. We quickly discussed how to place it, with his good suggestions. Economical pricing for my small budget, too.  He will be my new, go-to for all my plumbing needs, and I will share his contact with my other friends.  We older retirees who live by ourselves always need reliable, trustworthy help.

My plumber Troy G was awesome.  He even gave me some pointers on caulking.  I will definitely call 535 Plumbing again for my plumbing needs and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants top notch service.

We had a leak in the ceiling and called
DOB and talked to Chasity the dispatcher and she walked us through our problem and was able to send a tech within a timely matter. Cameron the tech came and was very professional and got the leak repaired and we very happy with the service.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
