LBP come to fix a leaky shower. They left after charging me a visit fee and never followed up after going away to order the replacement part. I called a few times and you will mostly get an answering machine. The one time I did get a person on the line, they didn't give me a reason for the delay and never called back again. This was over a month ago. I don't have any problem with the technician who visited, just with the poor communication and no follow up.

My fiance and I recently purchased a home and it needed major plumbing work as we found out that there was a gap in between the sewer line of one of the bathrooms.  I also wanted to install another water spigot on the other side of our house, fix a broken clean out cap, and fix 2 bathroom shower spigots.  I looked desparately for a plumber on Yelp and the BBB.  I called and emailed several companies and did not get any luck.

When I got a call from Pipe Masters I was very happy that they could send someone the same day for free estimate of my plumbing problems.  Later that day I see the Pipe Masters logo truck pull up and I meet George one of the plumbers of Pipe Masters and his co worker.  I showed George all the plumbing issues I had around the house and he gave me tips of what needed to be fixed by my self and what they could do.  That was helpful as it can save me $.  The estimate was very reasonable and I agreed for them work on the house the following week.

In the day of the plumbing fix George was prompt and on time and with another co worker, Cory?,  to help him.  They both worked very hard for the whole day to fix my gap in my sewer line and replace it with brand new pipes.  They made a new water spout I wanted on the other side of the house and even helped me save more $ as George figured out I did not need a water regulator in my home as there was one already bc the water pressue was good around the home.

Overall I really appreciate George and his coworkers as they worked very hard in a small crawl space under my home.  George helped my save money and taught me ways to save in plumbing costs in the future.  I appreciate the professionalism of George and all the workers of Pipe Masters.  They are prompt with email and text updates and provided nicely presented estimates and invoices.  I thought the IPad uses in the estimate and invoicing was nice, as Pope Masters is up to date with today's modern technology.

Thank you Pipe Masters for coming to the rescue for my plumbing woes.  I will definitely use Pipe Masters again in the future!

Shopped around for a plumber.  Ultimately chose JGR because of the reasonable price.

Learned he is a one man show/business owner.  Less employee overhead...

Can tell he is knowledgeable and experienced.  He had to improvise when my shower cartridge was stuck in the valve.  There is absolutely no way I could have done this myself regardless of how many youtube videos I watch.  Plumbing is one of those areas where some situations are not DIY...

He is a nice, outgoing chap.  A pleasure to deal with!

He also did some random, minor patchwork and didn't charge me extra for it--still stuck with his quote!

You may have to text/call him the day of repair to see where he is at... He could be stuck on another job...

Accurate Plumbing changed out our water heater in the middle of December and left the old water tank in the carport. Today is February 9th and it is still here. This review will get removed once the water tank is picked up.

Johnny is a life saver! On my wife's birthday the kitchen sink began to overflow due to drainage problems from our building. He came over and took care of it at after hours and saved the night. Can't thank him enough!

Responded relatively quick to our inquiry. Had a busted pipe behind the wall for our washing machine and needed the repair quick. Ed gave me a good quote, gave me a timeframe on when he would be available and once he arrived was very thorough in explaining the job and making we had our questions answered. Would definitely recommend Ed and his worker for any plumbing job.

I highly recommend Full Service Plumbing.  Unlike many of the franchise companies, an actual licensed plumber, Owner Jeff Gilbert, came out and gave me a sound evaluation of my 54-year old cast iron drain pipe, and a fair price for replacing 35-feet of 4-inch pipe, one cleanout with a new 2-wye cleanout and a new connection/cleanout to the street lateral.  They did the work ahead of schedule and added some extra work that they did not charge for.  His young men were courteous and hard-working.  I will call them for any future plumbing work that I might need and recommend them to my family and friends.

Woke up on the morning of New Year's Eve to find that we had a clogged toilet. We tried a plunger and a snake, but to no avail. Decided we had to call a plumber. I must have called at least 10 companies. One answered the phone and after I explained my situation, he said he wasn't working that day. I then spoke with a national company who said they would be happy to come out and I was given a 4 hour window. I asked if I could be provided with a range of what it would cost to unclog a toilet. I told the woman that I understood that the fees may vary depending on the extent of the job. I didn't think this was an unreasonable request, however, the woman said she could not quote any fees and that only the technician who came out could quote fees. I then asked if I could speak with a technician prior to coming out and was told, NO. I then called another company who had some great reviews and was told that if I wanted someone to come out the same day, it was considered an emergency and they needed me to understand that there was a $250 charge due upon arrival for plumbing diagnostic and water shut down. The woman I spoke with also said that they have a minimum first hour labor fee of $250. She sent me an email so I could approve the charges prior to having a technician come out. I was confused with the wording, so I emailed and also called for clarification. I asked her if, based on the email she sent me, if that meant I would have to pay $500 to simply unclog a toilet. She said it shouldn't cost that much, but couldn't give me any further explanation. As you can imagine, I was extremely frustrated at this point! The last call I made was to Brison's Plumbing. I wish it was the FIRST call I made! This is a PROFESSIONAL, NO NONSENSE, AT YOUR SERVICE kind of company. Jose was at my house within the hour and it took him maybe 5 minutes to unclog the toilet!! He was very professional and courteous and he obviously knew what he was doing! He was in and out of the house in no time! His fee was EXTREMELY reasonable and he was able to tell me EXACTLY what the cost would be prior to coming out. This is the 1st Yelp review I'm writing. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I want all Honolulu residents to know about the exceptional experience I had with Jose at Brison's Plumbing and to call this company first if you ever have to deal with a clogged toilet! I was able to go to my New Year's Eve party in a great mood! Thanks again Jose!!

Great service experience!  Roscoe arrived early and quickly replaced our faulty disposal.  Everything done in 30 minutes!  Polite, professional service.  Complete cleanup and COVID conscious.

I am a homeowner who has used Waialae Plumbing for over four years.  They have handled large and small repairs for us inside and outside of our home.  Sarah, the person who does the scheduling, is always helpful and professional.  They have a number of plumbers so they are able to come out to our home in a timely manner.  All of the plumbers that we have dealt with have been friendly, courteous and competent. We are very satisfied with their service and the quality of their work!

Blaine did a great job. Resident manager for our condo thought our bathroom toilet was leaking to floors below. Blaine cut hole in wall and was able to see there was no leak. He used a access plate to cover hole. Now we can remove whenever there is a suspected leak and not have to wait for a plumber. Thanks Blaine.

He is so amazing!!! because when I found the problem yesterday and started to find the plumber to fix our disposal, he responded to my request promptly and showed up the fastest! very friendly, reliable, and reasonable service fee for the great service. We are so happy to have him and next time we need a plumber we defiantly come back to him! what we all like about him is that he is comfortable, friendly, stupendous, professional, flexible, and reasonable.

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Ask the prices first. Their minimum is 350 to do any job whether it's 15 mins or 1 hr. plus  parts. As a senior I felt like the plumber was not looking out for me but took advantage of a quick fix situation to make money. I was desperate when I needed a leaking hose repaired under my sink. Initially said he'd give we a discount but ended up charging me the full amount to change two hoses which I asked him to do. Only one was leaking but I wanted to ensure no problems later.

This ONE star review is for the sales guy, Dennis. He talks a good talk but after working with him, I quickly realized that he isn't as knowledgeable as he'd like one to think he is. Service was great from the the guy that came out. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Hey, you want to round up jobs, get a sales guy who knows what he's doing and knows about plumbing!

Just had a clogged kitchen sink fixed by Roto-Rooter technician, Matt Smith (#3483).
He was very professional and fixed the kitchen clog in about an hour.
He definitely worked very efficiently and quick.  He was a very friend and personable guy.  I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
