We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

This is an outstanding company!  After having an emergency, suspecting a water leak in my home this morning before working hours, I left a message on their website and was immediately contacted upon their opening. The customer service rep took down my info and was able to give me a same-day emergency appointment.

Jason is a superstar! He came out promptly at the beginning of the appointment window,l. He was very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. He quickly performed a thorough whole-house assessment with his detection equipment, discovered the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this company!

Franklin is terrific!! I called him late on a Thursday night and he came out on Friday morning to check out the issue. The problem thankfully wasn't as bad as I thought and he came back to fix everything that night and stayed until 11pm to finish up the work. very helpful in an emergency situation. I owned a get away condo on Vegas, and arrived on July 2nd to an AC unit that wasnt working. made it thru the evening/ night and next morning I called and got a tech on the way. the charge had leaked some refrigerant and Raul found the leak and gassed it back up , had us cooling again by 1 pm.
funny part is I am an HVAC contractor in Colorado, but of course you dont take your tools on vacation!!! and on Saturdays its even more difficult.
Alaskan heat and air, saved me since it was 106 in the evening !!! lol

Technician came out and snaked my drains and they were still clogged, they came back the following day and still didnt snake it correctly, then sent a tech who didn't know what to do. Called the following day the rude lady  told me I would be charged again and couldnt get back out to my house for a week. They never corrected the issue but charged me $300. They are rude, unprofessional and a rip-off! The tech also damaged my dry wall when he snaked the clean-out in my garage. Now I have drywall costs to repair their damage!  Stay away from this company!

Update...I called Superior Plumbing back and they argued with me that my drain was clear and they did the job and they did it right.  It was not clear and I had sewage coming back up into my shower and sent them the pictures which of course they ignored!

After calling a referred licensed plumber, this plumber took the toilet and snaked it from there where the problem was. The drain in the garage that Superior snaked didn't even run into my home! It was a simple snake, took 20 minutes and is now done. If Superior plumbing couldn't even figure out that the toilet which is next to the shower is the problem and was stuffed up even though we told them that, they didn't even snake it...Plumbing 101. They are dangerous and could have caused us more damage then what they had done and they kept our money!

Called last night because our water heater was leaking. He came by 1st thing in the morning and had it changed out in Les than an hour. Troy was a super nice guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

I've used this company a couple of time and got grossly overcharged both times. they do a sloppy work and try to rob clients. two thumbs down.

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

If I could give these guys 10 stars, believe me.. I WOULD DO IT! Was shopping around for a small-type problem regarding my shower faucet and got on the phone with Jerry. He was pleasant, quick and smart. Asked me a few questions and pretty much knew the problem and gave me an estimate right over the phone. All that was great, but not why they deserve 10 stars. The 10 stars is for their honesty. He told me how much the parts would cost, how long it would take and when he would be available. The icing??? After I told him the whole story of my problem, he suggested I call the manufacturer and tell them the problem... And that they might send me the parts for free! HE gave me the number, I called and BOOM! PARTS FOR FREE.. 3 other plumbers came before this call and all of them said parts are expensive and that they would have to charge extra for their time BLAH BLAH BLAH... These guys cut to the chase, hooked me up and made it look easy. Friends, do not use any other plumber in Vegas until you have called Adaven Plumbing. Honest and good service that is out to help, not take your hard earned money!

First thing is first... Larry corresponded the quickest to my Request for Quote. While I did wait for other quotes to come in, he provided the best quote. We agreed on a time and He & an Associate arrived on time. After presenting them with the challenge, they handled it in no time. Very professional! Should I ever find myself in need of a plumber, I know who to call.

I needed to replace 3 faucet fixtures ASAP and Dignity Plumbing came out right away. Fernando was very professional and thorough with explaining the leaks I was having and the best way to fix it. He took his time and made sure everything was installed correctly. I am very pleased with this company and will be calling them again to get our water conditioner installed. Thank you!

This company was called to fix a problem at my home by a home warranty company. They walked in and fliped a switch and was done in less that 15 seconds. Pain inthe Pipe wanted to charge me 60 dollars for the call. When I complained to the manager Pain in the Pipe manager said that she understood and would not charge me anything for the call.. I felt bad so i gave them 20 for the call. A couple weeks later I recieved a bill for the call because Pain in the Pipe charged the Home warranty company. In my opinion this company like many Vegas companies have poor ethical practices and I would not use them if you can avoid it.

Twelve years ago my home warranty company had Hawthorne replace my water heater (50 gallon Bradford White gas water heater) and they did a competent job.  So it's time to do it again, and I gave Hawthorne first dibs.  From checking around, I know the standard price for replacing my water heater is about $1100-1300.  Hawthorne's Ivan came out and quoted the following prices for water heater replacement (using same water heater which costs Hawthorne about $400 at Fergusen's Plumbing Supply):  $2556 with a six year warranty, $3408 with eight year warranty, or $4260 with ten year warranty.  Their warranty included labor and annual checkups.  These are ABSURD prices.  Rip-off level prices.  I would not do business with a company that tries to rip people off with those prices.

Rakeman did a great job replaceing a water heater a year ago. They tried everything to fix my old one before I was convinced to buy a new one. Thankfully it was in the summer so the water was always warm. They had me up and running with a new water heater the next day.

Butter Plumbing has amazing customer service. Very communicative regarding costs and punctual regarding appointments. Every time I have needed them on emergency, they show up and do the job as expected but with added friendly, attentive service that you don't always find in Vegas. They have serviced our Reverse Osmosis Tank, Installed a whole home filtration system, and assisted with a plumbing related insurance claim denial. I highly recommend Butter Plumbing!

Whoever was driving this vehicle fails to yield to emergency vehicles. If they don't obey the law what kind of work will they do on your house? This person hauled ass passed an ambulance with lights engaged on lake mead  and Nellis. Tisk tisk.

Their Tech could not speak english.  Their Tech smelled of smoke!  Their Tech used a small little hand crank snake to try and unblock my blockage which he could not do.  Should have used more professional equipment such as a large professional plumber snake.
