Best Bathtub in Henderson NV

We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

This is an outstanding company!  After having an emergency, suspecting a water leak in my home this morning before working hours, I left a message on their website and was immediately contacted upon their opening. The customer service rep took down my info and was able to give me a same-day emergency appointment.

Jason is a superstar! He came out promptly at the beginning of the appointment window,l. He was very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. He quickly performed a thorough whole-house assessment with his detection equipment, discovered the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this company!

Alaskan Air Conditioning is a high quality company with very professional employees all around. Called at 8am, had Chris their tech at my house by 9:15am and my air conditioner was fixed with a new circuit board by 10:50.. This was with him driving to go pick up the part and driving back so quickly. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I work at a major airline and our motto is treat your customers right and they will come back, and Alaskan Air Conditioning knows how to take care of their customers! If I ever have anymore air conditioning or heating needs I will be calling Alaskan Air Conditioning.. This is by far one of the best companies we've worked with. Brandon came to our house and solved an issue for $220 that rotorooter was claiming would cost thousands. Not only did he resolve our bathtub issue with ease and kindness, he also showed us why rotorooter was wrong in their findings which was in my opinion laziness and greed. We will 100% be using this upstanding and honest company ALWAYS going forward!

Fantastic experience. Emailed them my problem which I thought was a condensation line blockage late Sunday night. Early Monday morning Troy contacted me to schedule an appointment for that day. He even came to my house after posted operation hours due to my work schedule. Troy was polite and quickly assessed and fixed my problem. Even took the time to look at another small issue and offer advice without blinking an eye. This amazing customer service is rare to find now a days. Would definatley call Troy and Thor Industries again.

UPDATE 12/2019: Once again, our poor old pipes have been misbehaving and we needed Adaven. I hate the problems but LOVE knowing I can call Jerry, comforted by the knowledge that those pesky pipes are in great hands. He's wonderful!! In the years we've used Adaven, we've never had a moment of doubt in their honesty and integrity.

Excellent service! On time and works fast. Billy is a genuine guy and shows up smiling even at 6am! It's nice to know they can come out on such short notice.

I can't say enough great things about Larry and his company. He has done tons of work for us and is always on time and the quality of work is amazing. He won't over charge and he will look for the best deals to get you the best price. The most recent time we saw Larry was today, my husband took out a chunk in our septic pipe when excavating an area in our yard. I frantically called Larry and even though he was on the opposite side of the city for work (and we live in mount Charleston!) , he came as soon as he could to fix the problem. 100% recommend!

Jason was great when they were working on a property of ours. Customer service was great and answered all my questions about the issue and the repair with out making me feel dumb or like I was bothering him. I would 100% recommend them. We will be using them again!

I used the Henderson location 702-405-6555. I was actually pleased. I called for a leak under my kitchen sink, also knowing my garbage disposal had gone bad. They gave my a window of time, and were on time. Friendly guy (so sorry I didn't get his name) replaced disposal, fixed leaks. That evening we noticed a small leak that was still happening, they came right back after I called the next day and fixed it. No hassle, still friendly, sometimes it takes a second trip to get the job completely right. I am pleased with the willingness to come right back and figure it out.

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

When they installed the water heater three years ago they did a good job.  The Ignitor switch went out today called they came by very promptly, however; Danny the owner son install a new switch left it out side the control box and did not use a connector.  Then he removed the anode and told us they need to be change ever year??? We were never told that at install? Then he charged me $20 to come out and $200 for the Anode! If you look up the parts on line the spark ignitor is a $8 and the Anode is $49 I do understand labor fee he was only here maybe a half hour.  I only received one invoice for the $20 check not happy with 1/2 hr service and nothing is cover under warranty so why have one?

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Use another plumbing company! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the plumbers sent were pleasant. First plumber sent didn't know how to remove shower handle.  Said he had to bust the tile to get to the valve. To make a long story short, plumber twice never ordered the part.  No one ever calls you back to get an update on when the part will arrive.  I had to order my own parts from a plumbing supply company after waiting over a month for Pain in the Pipe to order.  Will call another company to install the part.

I'm only putting one star because I have to.

They sent a plumber here this morning sent by property management and he was so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and a big jerk!

He came in and had an attitude the second I opened the door. I asked if he was here to fix the shower issue and he replied with sarcasm, well if there's something wrong with it then yeah. Duh! You wouldn't have been called if there wasn't anything wrong with it!

Background - we've had this foul odor coming from the drain of the shower for 3 weeks. Property management sent two maintenance guys saying it needs a plumber. They smelled the odor as well.

So I show him where the shower is and comes to me within a minute and asked what are we smelling. I told him literally smells like shit, to which he replied, you can't smell shit. Seriously?! I told him to let the water run longer than 2 minutes.

So I hear him on the phone saying to someone he doesn't smell anything. So I go there and tell him to let the water run longer as if he's taking a shower. I told him showers doesn't take 2 minutes. He said he takes 5 minute showers. (There's one problem)

So he keeps talking back and I told him we've been dealing with the smell for 3 weeks and 2 maintenance guys have smelled it. He's the only one not smelling it. Then he starts yelling and calls me names so I told him to get the eff out of my house.

He leaves slamming my door and gate! What an ass! Then he sits at the curb in front of my house for a good 5+ minutes on his phone.

If you need a plumber, get someone else with high ratings because this one experience, I will NEVER recommend Hawthorne to anyone! This ahole needs to be fired! He's lucky my husband wasn't home.

Horrible plumber!

Rakeman sent out a young man Junior, I believe... who told me to drain hot water from AALL my faucets!   ...the water was running out toooooo HOT no matter what I set the water heater on!!!!  I BEGGED him to do something other than run out ALL MY HOT WATER as I PAY for my water 4 TIMES before it runs out of the tap.  He said it was the only way...  ran out all my water and said there was nothing he could do!!!  Called Honeywell (makers of the control panel on the heater) and they referred me to Bradford White, manufacturer of the water heater.  Very professional and astute customer service and help at both those companies.  Tech at Bradford said it needs a new gas valve regulator... I told him the temp of the water running out (I measured it with a thermometer) and he said 145 degrees is WAAAAAY TOO HOT!!!    ...as I KNEW !!!!  Bradford referred me to their website where they list plumbing companies who are their authorized service people. I did that and Atlas Plumbing is coming this morning....  I am sure they will fix it.  Meantime, I am in a battle with Rakeman as I do not believe I should PAY for what that young man who knows NOTHING ABOUT PLUMBING did here!!!  :(

Extremely unprofessional staff. The owner Mr. Butter does not answer his phone and will block one's number instead of answering and handling the issue at hand. This also includes Margaret Riordan, office manager. MARGARET hung up the phone on me multiple times and will allow the phone to ring and go to voicemail. There is no business being handles through the individuals in the office.
I DO NOT recommend this plumbing service!

I never met anybody so rude in my life this business should be reported to the better business burial! Guy hung up on me in middle conversation it wasn't even a dispute just ask for quote karma is a b !!
