I have known Paul for several years now and he has done a few jobs for me! I have never met him in person as I am never home when he is there doing the work. YES, he is that good and that trustworthy. His prices are so fair and he is just a solid guy with integrity!!!

Drain Bears did an amazing job with my sewer line repair. Stoyan used a trenchless pipe lining technology that avoided jackhammering up the floors in my house. It saved me a lot of money and the inconvenience of having to leave my house during the process. Stoyan has a great work ethic ,he and his crew are kind, neat and very dependable. Fast, professional, economical service. I live in a 22-year-old mobile home in a senior community. Dan was there within an hour of my call. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Got it done as fast as humanly possible. Very reasonable price. My drain blockage was 75 feet down the pipe towards the sewer. No way I could have done it myself with chemicals or plungers. He included some maintenance tips and directed me to watch some videos online. Highly recommend his thoughtful, courteous, and professional services. Billy did a great job installing a new water heater for us.  He had had a long day but fit us in anyway!!  Will call him again if we need a plumber!

$200 for 5 minutes work to unclog a toilet. The guy was also 30 minutes later than the time he said. Their ad on Craigslist says this  ...they were so much cheaper than the other guys... If $200 for 5 minutes work is cheap I need to become a plumber. Doctors and attorneys don't even make that kind of money. He also tried to sell me on annual service plan and some kind of camera system.

Long story short, toilet issue was not fixed by this rip off company. I found someone else to correctly diagnose and fix the real issue for less than half the price that this rip off company charged.

The company then called me after the bad review and had the nerve to call me the liar. He said his guy was there for 45 minutes. I guess they count the time afterwards where the plumber was sitting out front in his truck texting as work time.

Wonderful experience. Very responsive and showed up right in time. They were able to diagnose my toilet plumbing issue quickly and provided a fair assessment. I'll certainly use them in future for plumbing issues.

We had a leak in our shower and after reading all the good reviews for Plumbing Pros we decided to call, Larry answered and was very informative over the phone. Luckily for us he was on our side of town and was able to come and check out the problem within the hour. When he arrived he found the problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Larry is a professional, honest and knowledgeable about his trade, he is very fair with his pricing and information he even told me it was something I could fix myself. Honestly we felt more comfortable just having him do it. We feel we made a great choice having Larry come out and helping us. Thank you Plumbing Pros! Thank you Larry! If we ever have any plumbing problems we know exactly who to call!

I just want to say,  how fantastic the service was with Dignity Plumbing.  They definitely live up to their reputation.  Matt answered the call and was very responsive to my situation.  He sent over Plumber Scott, the hardest working man in the business! Way to Go Dignity Plumbing!!

Use another plumbing company! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the plumbers sent were pleasant. First plumber sent didn't know how to remove shower handle.  Said he had to bust the tile to get to the valve. To make a long story short, plumber twice never ordered the part.  No one ever calls you back to get an update on when the part will arrive.  I had to order my own parts from a plumbing supply company after waiting over a month for Pain in the Pipe to order.  Will call another company to install the part.

Yesterday had Eric from Hawthorne Plumbing and Heating complete a check up for our AC units, very professional, curtious, Hawthorne please thank Eric for a job well done!!!!

We had a water pressure issue in our house the technician that came out did a great job fixing the problem. After a few days we noticed the pressure low again called a week after to have technician come back out. Their estimated time 8am-5pm is ridiculous, we're supposed to wait around all day long for someone to come out , and on top of it no one showed up for our appointment. I called after 5pm to see where the technician was they apologized and we reschedule for today it is 2:30pm just got a call from them. So much for being the first house schedule for their morning rotation. Not reliable!

If I could give them, including Shawn the owner, zero stars I would. I've had no hot water and scheduled a visit for a heater they installed in October a week ago.  After trying to tell me they'd need to reschedule for a different day, and me protesting because I had no hot water they sent Shawn.  He was rude from the moment he walked in and he said he was doing me a favor not charging me for service (I have a one year labor warranty from them according to my installation paper work).   This is after he and his office manager spoke to each other on speakerphone In front of me and acknowledged that his tech that did the original install was not competent and no longer working for the company. He tried to claim the labor warranty was from the manufacturer?  DO NOT USE, they do not stand behind their work at all.

Our air conditioning went out completely on one of the hottest days of the year this summer during the weekend.  I called a LOT of companies immediately and Alaskan Plumbing Heating & Air was 1 of the only ones would would come over to see us (on a Sunday).  Marcel Swift came over at around noon and not only told us what was wrong with our old unit, but gave us advice we could trust.  24 hours later, we had a brand new air conditioning unit that was twice as large & 10 times better than what we had at a very affordable price!!  We could not be happier with Alaskan Air and feel very fortunate to have Marcel Swift as our contact representative.  True professionals!!

Thanks Superior Plumbing for your 2021 actions that cost me $1995 for a new water heater today (11/4/22) when a flush was not possible because SUPERIOR PLUMBING put a CAP ON THE DRAIN VALVE instead of repairing/replacing!  This would have been a second reason for not using your services-the first being when SUPERIOR AIR broke off a part for the furnace that was working perfectly before your tech arrived, costing me to pay to replace his damage!

The service was good and they show up on time. The price is fare and they make you feel that your getting something and not getting ripped off.

If your looking for a honest reliable plumber, You can't stop looking! They can attend all your needs. They have great customer service. They were out here the same day and was able to take care of my problem the following day. Over all it was an amazing experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I have the highest regard and full trust in this business, as the toilet repair and replacement job was done swiftly, professionally, thoroughly and at a fair, pre-announced price. Some plumbers won't give you an estimate, but Adaven did and stuck to it. It compared favorably with 2 other quotes I obtained. Plus, they were neat, cleanly and took away my old unit as well as the packing for my newly purchased unit. This is my first experience with them, but they are my go-to plumbers for the future. Carlos was especially impressive in his knowledge, experience and friendly demeanor. Even the telephone contacts were helpful and timely as were the texts in response to my questions. You'll be impressed.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could!! DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!! Extremely unprofessional and does not know the plumbing trade! I'm not sure where he received his experience from but it isn't in plumbing OR social etiquette! A joke of a business.
