We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! Replaced water heater and the instant hot pump that was broken.  He did a great job and did a follow up to reset the pump for the times we needed so we had instant hot water.  Price was definitely fair and lower than all the companies with the nice trucks, but I got the same quality of work.  Thanks Ellie's Services!

The guys that came  to our house are not experienced plumber. Came to install my new toilet and kotchen sink  but water  leaked on the base Of toilet bowl. One of the guys said it could be drain. We have been using the old toilet and we did not have leak problem. They did not communicate well . II requested a new contractor from Lowes. I will definitely  not recommend pain in the pipe to my friends and family.

Every time I have needed them on emergency, they show up and do the job as expected but with added friendly, attentive service that you don't always find in Vegas. Our water heater started leaking this afternoon.  In less than two minutes Vegas Plumbing responded with an appointment.  In less than two hours, Vegas Plumbing had someone here and I had a new water heater.  Great price on service too! I really liked that they offer a free estimate.  Gary was fantastic and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them.

We had roots that split our drain pipe. We also had a separation from our main to the city street line.  Thankfully, Clark County Water Reclamation was responsible for that issue.  Their original markings were placed in 2015 but their crew never came back!  anyway,  after their repair and pipe replacement, I first called our home warranty folks. The crew was too limited and of course knew to get other estimates.  Had YES come out but had to have one more.  One of the CCWR folks suggested I call Drain Bear.  Jason and his crew were great.  Everything from start to finish was done well and also included the replacing our concrete driveway!!!  As for cost, for all they did, was definitely more involved for the basics only previously estimated by the other 2!

Just had an emergency and Drain Busters sent one of their plumbers right away. Nathan was very thorough and cleaned after his work. I was also given a price quote before Nathan even came based on the work that I had told them I needed done. I Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends. Happy Mother's Day now that my A/C is working again. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The technician (TL) was prompt and professional, explained everything he was doing. I definitely recommend this company.

The service from Thor is excellent!  I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and they came out the same day, fixed the leak and took care of a few other issues. Their prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other plumbing problems they will certainly get my business.

Twelve years ago my home warranty company had Hawthorne replace my water heater (50 gallon Bradford White gas water heater) and they did a competent job.  So it's time to do it again, and I gave Hawthorne first dibs.  From checking around, I know the standard price for replacing my water heater is about $1100-1300.  Hawthorne's Ivan came out and quoted the following prices for water heater replacement (using same water heater which costs Hawthorne about $400 at Fergusen's Plumbing Supply):  $2556 with a six year warranty, $3408 with eight year warranty, or $4260 with ten year warranty.  Their warranty included labor and annual checkups.  These are ABSURD prices.  Rip-off level prices.  I would not do business with a company that tries to rip people off with those prices.

Should probably give your drivers a lesson in how to drive. Especially in a vehicle with your brand on it. It doesn't make the company look good at all.

I have used Sierra air for 3 years for maintenance and a new HVAC system on a 12 year old property. They were the company my new home builder used to install the HVAC system. I have had them come out a couple of times for maintenance at my new house and the techs have always been very helpful! Recently, I went to Lowes for a new HVAC system and Lowes sent out SIerra air. They replaced the AC and heater in my 12 year old rental property. I feel like they are honest, they treat both of my properties with respect, and their pricing is fair.

Last Saturday our capacitor went out. Being that it was one of the hottest days that we have this Summer in Las Vegas, the timing could not have been worse. To add insult to injury, it was 7:00pm.
We called a number of companies that could not accommodate us until the next day. We called Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning and they connected us to a tech right away. The tech was Robert, and he not only arrived to our home quickly (he had one job ahead of us), but when he arrived he was professional, worked very efficiently, and did it all with a smile on his face! I would highly recommend Alaskan because of our experience with Robert & the fair pricing that we received. A really fantastic experience. Dennis and Izzy are amazing guys, We totally appreciate their transparency doing their business. Besides doing a great job installing our toilets, they were easy to get along with and gives you some advise and pointers on why they do things and how to care for the stuffs to make sure it serves you well. I owe a big thank you to Kurt of Superior Plumbing & Drain.  I called Old Republic (my home warranty company) and told them I needed a different plumber as soon as possible, because the previous one had been stringing me along, and after being a no-show for a scheduled appointment, I'd had enough. That was on a Sunday, so I really was shocked when I got a call just an hour later. It was Kurt with Superior Plumbing.  I gave him all the information I had gleaned from the gas company and prior plumbing contractor. But it seems all I really needed to tell him was that I had been without hot water for 2 weeks. He promised to be at my house first thing the next day. Monday morning at 8:30 Kurt arrived on time, in uniform.  He's very professional and knowledgable. After a brief conversation he went straight to work and within a little more than 30 minutes he had my water heater working! He then took the time to give me some important information about it and another situation he noticed with my plumbing.  Next time I'll save myself the hassle and request Superior Plumbing from the start.

Plumber came to do a sewer line clean up. He cleared it but left a pile of sewage he took out and left it out in the open in front of the house.  Didn't even say anything about it; just left.  Needless to say, it created a foul smell for everyone in the community.  Five star? More like one star! We'll call the Home Warranty and tell them to consider doing business with them. Refer them? Not a chance! Re-use them? Nope!
