I had a situation where the drain pipes under my newly installed sink / countertop began to leak. As usual, these situations happen at the most inopportune time. We had an open house scheduled within the next 3 hours when I called Active Plumbing. The Service Call Technician who received may call understood the situation and scheduled a technician / plumber to be at my residence within an hour. Chris was the Tech /Plumber who arrived...within minutes, he assessed the situation, educated me as to what happened, corrected the problem and was out the door! He was professional yet personable, clearly experienced and made us all feel at ease with the situation. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful service and the most excellent price! Thank you!

I am so happy I found Sierra's booth at the GreenFest event and I'm even happier that I was assigned Richard A. for my service call.  Richard was AWESOME.   He ensured that my system tune up was complete and that I understood what was going well and what items needed attention.   I will be requesting him for all my future service calls.  Sierra LLC just earned a lifelong customer today.

It was time to call someone to come check out the water heater. I'm not a pro but when the water smells like metal something is obviously wrong. We called up Vegas Plumbing Service to come over and check out the issue. They give a free consultation and if you need something done they will do it that day on your same appointment.

Michael was our service technician. He arrived promptly with his service truck all ready to go in case we purchased a water heater. He was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and didn't mind repeating the info so we fully understood the process and deal that best suited us.

Michael informed us what could be done about the water heater, listed our options: replace with a 6 yr with zero services, 9 yr with 2 services or 12 yr with 4 services (flush and new anode rod) or get a tankless water heater that lasts for 30 years (unlimited hot water). We chose the 9 yr water heater and he installed it and soldered the parts all within 3 hrs. He let us know we would have hot water within the next hour of his departure.

All in all, from the moment we called to the moment he left we had a great experience with this business. I would definitely recommend this company for your water heater needs. They also do financing if you can't pay in full right away. They also work on garages and apparently they worked on ours before-Michael noticed the sticker. We look forward working with them again in the future for house needs.

These guys came out and fixed a botched water heater installation done by the previous company in our rental.  They were sent by our property manager and also fixed a couple other items found on inspection of the unit.  Stoylan was very helpful and so was his tech Jason.  They did the job right and on time and went above and beyond.  I recommend this company now to family and friends.

Israel was very quick to respond and get us on the schedule. They did an excellent job installing 4 faucets and hooking up the plumbing.

I rarely have tire issues but when one of my tires popped, lilo was the first one to come and help me. He was walking down and saw me and immediately knew what to do. He had my car going in no time. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Charged me $750 for a water line spot repair that took 30 minutes to complete. Franklin explained that they offered the lowest charge he could according to the Nevada plumbing price book and that he charged me the minimum. He continued that the price could go up to $1500 - $2500 if there's any obstruction. Needless to say I won't be calling them again. My tenant did say he was a nice man. Vegas plumbers who charge these prices must be living large. Who else makes that kind of money for 30 minutes of labor?

This place really Likes to rip you off never call this place they tried to charge me 700 to fix my ac and I got it done somewhere else for 200 total rip off I wish I can put negative stars on this company

This is by far one of the best companies we've worked with. Brandon came to our house and solved an issue for $220 that rotorooter was claiming would cost thousands. Not only did he resolve our bathtub issue with ease and kindness, he also showed us why rotorooter was wrong in their findings which was in my opinion laziness and greed. We will 100% be using this upstanding and honest company ALWAYS going forward!

Called Thor Industries this morning as my water heater started leaking last night.  I spoke to Troy who was able to schedule me in the afternoon of the same day for a very reasonable price.  Keith arrived promptly at 4pm which was on the early side of the window given to me (4-5pm).  He made sure that water from the pan did not spill over to my garage walls.  He completed the water heater replacement efficiently and cleanly.  I am definitely going to use them in the future for my plumbing needs and consider them for HVAC services as well.

Super fast and great work! Could not recommend enough for water heater replacement. On time, reasonably priced, and super friendly.

We did a bathroom remodel (just finished this week) and hired Joe and Pain in the Pipe Plumbing to do all the plumbing work - including moving the shower drain location and repairing a couple leaks we found.  The work was perfect and, perhaps as importantly, he showed up exactly when promised.  Doing the remodel was a little like putting a puzzle together in that it had to be done in a couple stages as each sub did their thing.  Joe showed up timely every time it was his turn to do work.  I highly recommend Pain the Pipe Plumbing.

I've called Rakeman Plumbing several times in recent years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service and their on-site service personnel.

Zero stars!!!!! Don't let these scammers get in your house especially your elderly parents home!  Charged over $500 to replace and install a garbage disposal because they were in their 80's and didn't know better. Receipt didn't even breakdown the prices because they knew they were ripping them off!  I will be reporting them to the BBB for elderly abuse. Shameful!!

FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED  350 for a for a ten minutes job of installing  a wax ring on my toilet and 600 dollars for draining  the outside sewer pipes which only took ten minutes at the most.
