We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

Writing an update for Active Plumbing.  Out of the blue a week or so ago I received a call from Carl offering a FREE flush of the hot water that they installed back in December 2011.  I advised Carl that we had moved, but still own that property.  Carl then offered me a free flush for both units.  After setting an appointment for our new property, Chris showed up on time, in fact a little early.  Chris was very courteous and professional, going over each step.  He found our anode rod very worn and went over why.  After replacing the anode rod, Chris made sure all the faucets and toilets were good to go.  I asked about our rental since we had to reschedule it before...NO Problem!  I checked with the Leasee regarding his availability and BAM, appointment set.  I would not hesitate to use Active Plumbing again.  A-1 people and service.

Our grandparents and parents used Sierra for years. My wife and I have had the pleasure of being served by Sierra for the past 5 years. There is nothing like their 5 star service they provide each time we have maintenance performed! There is never a sales pitch and they are always honest! When Daniel arrived at our home, he inquired about how our system was operating. I explained some concerns I had and asked if he had any suggestions. After completing our unit's maintenance, he met with me and took the time to write down several different options regarding my concerns. I was amazed by the amount time Daniel took explain everything! I now fell at ease and know that the issues I brought up can be easily fixed. Walked out into my garage today, saw water everywhere from a leaking water heater. Got a SUPER FAST reply to my quote request through Yelp!, and, even though it was 4pm on a Sunday, they sent someone over almost immediately (2 hours earlier than expected, clearly, they know to underpromise, then overdeliver). Matt showed up, COVID mask on, BTW, quoted a great price, then knocked it out immediately. New water heater, PLUS all new lines, a catch pan and sediment filter I didn't previously have, a full lesson on how to extend its life, just a great experience. 3 hours from Holy Crap! to All fixed!. And upgraded for the future! I told Matt I was storing his number in my cell, these guys are my new plumber for everything.

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening!  He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm.  Ow, that's what I call incredible dedication!  Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services!  You'll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.

Troy, Owner of Drain Buster took care of a faucet with no water pressure, water just trickled out.  Had another professional checking it who advised to replace the faucet which meant all have to be changed to match.
Troy came, took the faucet off, found it  blocked deep inside. Recommended to soak it in CLR overnight which loosened what ever was blocking it. He came back the next day to re-install and it works perfect. Saved $195.00 the cost of replacing both faucets.

We tried everything we could possibly do to unclog our toilet. These guys were in and out in less then 15 mins. They get the job done fast and right. I would recommend them for all plumbing needs. Quality and efficient work.

My air conditioner stopped working and I called to see if someone could come out right away. A Tech showed up the same day within the time block given to me. Robert checked out my unit and found the motor had gone out. Instead of trying to sell me on a new unit, we discussed options and decided to put a new motor in since the rest of the unit was in good working condition. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. He worked on the roof in the heat and I had cool air blowing again in no time. I would definitely recommend this company and give 5 stars to the technician Robert.

The only reason I'm giving these guys four stars is because I didn't get a confirmation call saying they were coming out. I had to call them.

Knick was sent to my house and he was great. Very polite and friendly. He told me what I needed done and he fixed the problem very quickly. I think I just found my new plumbing company.

Last Friday my guest bathroom toilet backed up. I checked Angie's List and came up with Thor Industries. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Two properly masked employees came around 4 PM and I showed them to the guest bathroom. To my chagrin the toilet had magically fixed itself! They checked it just to make sure and pronounced it fit for duty. I asked them how much I owed for the service call and they wouldn't accept a dime! Needless to say I will call them next time we have a problem...

Everything went great! I was contacted right away about my problem. Appointment was scheduled for next day with no delay and the problem was assessed with a reasonable solution. The problem was completely taken care of within 3 hours repairs completed. Excellent service!

I have an angel and his name is Joe.  He is the owner.  All I can say is this man made me cry today.  They got here this morning as promised right on time.  They immediately saw the problem even before they rang my doorbell.  Anyway, after no less than 3 1/2 hours of digging, they finally found the problem about 3-4 feet down.  I might add that the digging was done by hand with shovels due to it being so close to my foundation.  Let me start by saying that we are in the process of fixing items from a home inspection.  There wasn't many items, however, all of the items could have been very expensive.  At the same time my dishwasher went out, my dryer went out, the air conditioner decided it didn't want to cool along with many many other minor money draining things.  So a plumbing issue was the last thing I needed to add to my hemorrhaging money issues going on.   At about 1:00, my angel rings the doorbell telling me they were done.  I was expecting, due to the time, and labor that was involved, also due to my past experiences with plumbers, a bill in the area of $2000.  Imagine then being handed a bill for about 1/4 of that!!  I don't understand how this business does not have 5 stars across the board.  I will NEVER use another plumbing service again after the awesome customer service and a business owner who could have gouged me, but actually has a conscious and a heart.  Its like he said, I need to be able to look at myself in the mirror everyday. Not many business owners left like this in Vegas anymore. Thank you Joe.  You have no idea what you have done for my family today.

Had a pinhole pipe leak at house side of water meter located by the street.  Water bureau inspected and indicated that the pipe to the house was good except for where it connected to the meter.  Needed to disconnect the meter and pipe, cut about 3 off the pipe,  splice and reconnect.  Since some cleanout and digging was involved I figured maybe 3 hours and $200 to $300.  Hawthorne came in with a bid of $795 and when I said I would have to get another bid they hit me with a $69 estimate charge.  He took 5 minutes looking at the job. I called another licensed, experienced plumber and the job cost me $300 including a tip. Excellent work ,  with warranty and cleaned the area spotless when he was done.
I agree with others who think Hawthorne are rip off artists.  They may do good work but so do a lot of others and at reasonable prices.

We have used Rakeman Plumbing several times, and love the service provided. Our favorite plumber is Corky, an old school plumber who doesn't upsell, is conscientious, fast, and cleans up the area well after the job is done. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Very service oriented, and we would now never go anywhere else.

Our hot water heater went out after regular hours.  I called Butter and Rocky came out to assess what needed to be done.  Came back the next morning on time and replaced the water heater.  He was patient, organized and very helpful.  He went above and beyond!  
Will be calling Butter to take care of a couple of other plumbing changes/issues that are not an emergency but need to be done.
We used Butter on 2013 to put in a water softener. Great service then as well as now.

Horrible!  Rude tech!  Was rude to my daughter and then got on the phone with me and said he wasn't rude to my daughter.  He was being rude to me while he was telling me this!  Incredible! We hired another plumber who actually fixed our issue in one visit AND didn't charge us.  This dude came out twice and didn't fix a thing.
