Dan was able to come out about an hour after I called, which was a day earlier than promised!  Took about half an hour to clean my kitchen drain line while simultaneously educating me how to keep it clear in the future.  Very fair-minded, competent and well-informed.  I highly recommend.

Had an issue replacing a bathroom drain.  Contacted drain buster and they responded to my msg and then scheduled a same-day appt.  Steve was the plumber that responded and was amazing.  Very personable, and best of all, very knowledgeable.  Steve had to do some tricky work, but it was back up and running in no time.  Best of all, their prices were more than reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

The service from Thor is excellent!  I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and they came out the same day, fixed the leak and took care of a few other issues. Their prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other plumbing problems they will certainly get my business.

Excellent plumbers! Highly recommended! Drain bears did a great job of unclogging my drain. Plumber was timely, polite, and professional. Pricing was fair and the plumber cleaned up after himself. The equipment was modern as is the scheduling and billing system. Plumber wore a mask and shoe covers without me asking. I've had two plumbers come during covid for other tasks and drain bears is by far the most professional and the only plumber I've used so far that respected covid precautions.

Friend of my refer preferred plumbing to me , I had a water leak in the walls coming from my second floor laundry room. I spoke to Dennis and he send Tom to my home few days later. Tom was very professional and did a great job looking for the leak spot. Also Dennis charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

I have the highest regard and full trust in this business, as the toilet repair and replacement job was done swiftly, professionally, thoroughly and at a fair, pre-announced price. Some plumbers won't give you an estimate, but Adaven did and stuck to it. It compared favorably with 2 other quotes I obtained. Plus, they were neat, cleanly and took away my old unit as well as the packing for my newly purchased unit. This is my first experience with them, but they are my go-to plumbers for the future. Carlos was especially impressive in his knowledge, experience and friendly demeanor. Even the telephone contacts were helpful and timely as were the texts in response to my questions. You'll be impressed.

Excellent service! On time and works fast. Billy is a genuine guy and shows up smiling even at 6am! It's nice to know they can come out on such short notice.

We had the water main pipe replaced from the street to the house. The work was done in a timely manner and did not have issues with the HOA.

 
Update---   It's been about 6 months since we had the repair.  I discovered a leak in the irrigation line to the backyard.    Larry responded and fixed the problem the same day.  He exceeded my expectations to say the least.  Thank you for your prompt service.

I purchased a water softener via Lowe's & Pain in the Pipe was their installer. I noticed a water leak in 3 ceiling spots a couple months later. I had a third party plumber access the damage, who advised the leak source is a pipe behind W/D that is not connected. I called to have the leak fixed as their installer was in the area/closet where the leak is & did not advise me of any issue prior to leaving installation & did not ensure no leaks were present or evident to begin after install. They refuse to complete repairs stating the home builder is to blame (home built 2005). The installer was negligent at installation & should have seen the pipe not connected & should have advised me of the issue to have the repair completed prior to using the
installed water softener. The installer installed the water softener left site without testing install to ensure no leaks would occur in future. If the installer did his due diligence and was not negligent in his install, this the repair could have been made up front and this whole water leak issue could have been avoided. Now I haven't been able to use the water softener for over 3+ months due to the property damage.

We are very happy with our service on a leak from our Well unit.  They responded very quickly, detected the leak and the next day Ivan and Justin came and fixed it for us in a timely manner. They also put back the landscaping back better than when they first started.  Communication from the office to their technicians is on point. Highly recommend this 5 star company.

I called another plumber but they couldn't come out so they recommended this place. I called them first thing in the morning and they came within several hours. They told me they would be there ASAP and then told me their service man was on the way. I wish they gave me more specific times.

They fixed my leaky shower in about 30 minutes. The plumber had the part in the truck. He was polite.

After he left, I Googled the part and found that I was charged about double what it was online (even after the teacher discount). I am a little upset about that but otherwise they did a fine job.
