I wish there was an option for six stars! This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had! From the time that I called yesterday to the moment my sink was fixed before 8:45 this morning! I spoke with a very kind friendly polite woman who was clear as to what to expect. Then I got a call from her this morning letting me know that Dan would be there within 30 minutes. About 10 minutes later, Dan called to let me know he would be there in 10 minutes. And he was! Dan came and explained everything to me before he did an exceptional job. He only charged me $49 to fix my clogged my sink. He was informative professional and in and out within 20 minutes. I believe this company to be the most professional and dedicated of any that I have seen. Not just plumbing but of any service company. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to residences, businesses, people who own properties should definitely use Dan and his company! He owns his own equipment which tells you his level of expertise and commitment.

I was totally impressed with Troy of Drain Busters last week (11-15-18). He fixed my toilet leaking issues in a fast and inexpensive way. He was willing to give me some range of the job costs before coming out. He even reduced the total charge because it turned out to be an easy and timely fix for him. How many pro's do that nowadays? I purchased a new stove and needed the gas line moved to accommodate the deeper stove. The crew of two arrived on time and the entire process took about half an hour. The price was reasonable and work was exemplary.

Did have water pipe burst repaired it over midnight.

My wife and I decided to upgrade to a 48 range when we purchased our home. We opted for a 48 Zephyr Tempest II with the 1200cfm blower kit. This was quite an upgrade from our existing unit which meant that we also had to enlarge the 6 duct to a 10 duct. Like many home owners, cutting large holes in your home is not for the faint of heart. In addition you will also need to obtain a permit from your city. At that point we decided to call the professionals.

We requested a few quotes from multiple companies. Within a matter of minutes i received a message from Chad requesting more info on the project. I then received a call the following morning from Chris to go over the details including the permit. I spoke with the receptionist and scheduled the appointment.

Tyler called me 30 mins prior to the appointment. When he arrived he immediately put on shoe covers before entering my home. We spoke about the project at which he took measurements and started working. Within an hour he had cut the hole, sealed the opening, and installed the 10 exhaust cap. After all the work was completed he proceeded to clean the area.

My overall experience with Alaskan Heating & Cooling has been nothing short of phenomenal. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I have yet to use them for A/C work but I know that I have a company I can call to take care of it.

Broke the handle off of my angle stop and called these guys right away. fast response and they were able to change the stop without any issues! Had my own angle stop which they used and saved me money! would call them again!

Drain Bears did an amazing job with my sewer line repair. Stoyan used a trenchless pipe lining technology that avoided jackhammering up the floors in my house. It saved me a lot of money and the inconvenience of having to leave my house during the process. Stoyan has a great work ethic ,he and his crew are kind, neat and very dependable. Friend of my refer preferred plumbing to me , I had a water leak in the walls coming from my second floor laundry room. I spoke to Dennis and he send Tom to my home few days later. Tom was very professional and did a great job looking for the leak spot. Also Dennis charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

The service they offer at Superior is just that Superior we have used them for A/C repair as well as with our kitchen remodel .. Gary was the plumber that came everyday, and on time to move drains and retro fit new hardware in our new kitchen!! I definitely recommend them for any and all remodel and /or repairs!! Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Billy and his guys are just all around quality people that are a diamond in the rough here in LV/Henderson and rarely found!!! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I let very few contractors in my home w/ out supervision and WEB is one of the limited few I trust to do this with. I have used WEB on many projects/repairs over the past 10 + years, and 5 stars isn't praise enough for the company and their integrity based way of doing business!

My wife and I called Plumbing Pros LV to diagnose and resolve a continually running toilet. Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with. He had warned me that if he needed to replace the guts of the cheap toilet installed by the builders of our house, we would be better off just buying a new and better toilet -- but he found that the only problem was a leaking flapper valve, which he quickly replaced.

I talked with him about the high mineral content of our local water supply, and after some Internet research, we decided to have him install a water filtering and conditioning system to reduce scale and remove existing scale deposits in our plumbing system. He sent me information about the system he recommended, and once we decided to have him proceed, he was able to order the system components and get them delivered within just 2 days! He installed the system in our garage today and did a neat and thoroughly professional job.

We are very pleased and will undoubtedly call Larry to have Plumbing Pros handle any plumbing-related tasks that may arise in the future.

Dignity Plumbing AKA Thomason Construction completed a job three other plumbers could not do without busting out a newly tiled shower enclosure or a freshly painted kitchen ceiling. They replaced and installed an outdated Roman tub fixture. The fixture was 25-years old and extraordinarily difficult to match up. The other aforementioned plumbers offered to install a new fixture but it would have entailed accessing the tub panel and I had just re-tiled my shower enclosure and painted my kitchen ceiling (two access points) so those were not options. Multiple trips to Lowes, Home Depot and boutique plumbing stores throughout Las Vegas by earlier plumbers failed to find a match. Dignity had a match and a reasonable installation quote within a few days. I was very impressed with the speed and commitment to this challenging project. John and Scott at Dignity pledged to see this job through to the very end and they delivered as promised.  

I am so happy with the quality of Dignity Plumbing's workmanship and their utmost professionalism in scheduling and communication. This is a first-rate plumbing company and I am pleased to offer my highest recommendation. I would re-name them Miracle Plumbing!

Always satisfied with the good service and excellent work by Hawthorne. Jake Godzak the plumber and Kyle Cosby the A/C - heating serviceman are both extremely reliable and professional in their work and attitude, as are others who are needed to assist. They maintain our whole plumbing, heating and A/C system and fix problems when required. People in the office, from Angel to Sandy, and in-between, are always helpful, quick to respond and friendly. I highly recommend Hawthorne.

I called another plumber but they couldn't come out so they recommended this place. I called them first thing in the morning and they came within several hours. They told me they would be there ASAP and then told me their service man was on the way. I wish they gave me more specific times.

They fixed my leaky shower in about 30 minutes. The plumber had the part in the truck. He was polite.

After he left, I Googled the part and found that I was charged about double what it was online (even after the teacher discount). I am a little upset about that but otherwise they did a fine job.

After coming home to a flooded garage from a leaky water heater, I called Butter and they were here within 20 min. and completely  installed a new one in 2 hrs.  Ura was very professional and pleasant and explained everything  beforehand. Butter had been recommended to me and am very satisfied with the service.

Old shower cartridge stuck badly, noway to get it out! Robert respond runaway and fixed it and replcae it within just an hour after i call him.
