Best Pipe Installation in Henderson NV

My property manager has a contract plumber team, but they are never available when it's an emergency. I was looking online yesterday and went down the page and called 4 places before I got to LV Rooter Dan and all 4 gave me the ooo well the earliest I have is Wednesday or Thursday after I clearly explained that their was water coming up my shower drain, which I didn't think it was supposed to do. Lol so when I called there I forgot the lady's name and I am sooo sorry, but she was AWESOME she helped me and gave me tips until she could get someone out to me and even called my property manager to get it all set up so they would pay the invoice. Dan was helpful and informative about my old house and he was funny. When I'm stressed I need all the humor I can get, I am very appreciative of them and know that if I have an issue I'll be making my property manager call him..!

Can I start with saying how it almost feels like family calling this company! The girls in the office Rachell, and Samantha are so kind, and down to earth. This was my first time using this company for a clog, and the price was very fair, plus the technician Nic was kind, skilled, funny, and he took care of my problem immediately! I normally don't write reviews, but this place has earned my business! Special thanks to the office manager Whitney for fitting us in so quickly! I think it's amazing that the manager answers the phones and is willing to work like employees, you don't always see that!! Amazing job Drain Busters! You can send Nic out to my house anytime! I may just make a clog!!

I bought a TRANE AC UNIT in 2017. It runs perfectly; and I wanted to keep it that way. Marcel came and did the AC UNIT inspection and did an excellent job checking all aspects of the AC UNIT. I was impressed with Marcel's level of expertise in the way he went about conducting the inspection. By Marcel's precision in doing the inspection; I could tell he was a TOP OF THE LINE AC UNIT TECHNICIAN. Marcel left with my AC UNIT operating as efficiently as before he came; which is all that I expected.

My husband and I have been without our master bath for over a week now! This is the second plumbing company we have called to come and diagnose where the major leak is coming from. Set an appointment with Thor to come and find the problem and give us a quote, they told us they would be here 7.23.18 between 5pm-7pm....no call and no show! Extremely disappointing.

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening!  He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm.  Ow, that's what I call incredible dedication!  Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services!  You'll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.

Dennis and Izzy are amazing guys, We totally appreciate their transparency doing their business. Besides doing a great job installing our toilets, they were easy to get along with and gives you some advise and pointers on why they do things and how to care for the stuffs to make sure it serves you well. They take real pride in their work and followed up with us at no additional charge.  We had to have our hot water heater replaced which was a very big project because our home is heated using the same water heater as the one that heats the water for our home. Our water heater gave up one morning and leaked all over the garage. We needed help fast. Larry was great. He was installing a new one within two hours of my call. He did a great job bringing everything up to code and we are very happy.

Fast response when I inquired about a quote. Came right out the next day. Scott was professional, polite. Will definitely use Dignity Plumbing again in the future!

Zero stars. Had a 19 y/o 75 gal WH b/c my condo used to use hot water for heating. I now have an electric heat pump and the old WH is dying so I needed a run of the mill 50 gal put in. Bought a nice one at Lowe's and they use Pain in the Pipe for installation. Had to pay an extra $40 for Pain to come detail the installation. I explained that I now had a heat pump. However, they told Lowes I needed a WH powerful enough to heat my condo (I don't) and Lowes doesn't sell them anyway. I told Lowes that Pain was wrong, Lowes contacted Pain, and Pain then refused to do the job. So I am out $40. Contacted another plumber recommended by a neighbor. He agreed with me, saw no problem with the installation, and my new 50 gal Rheem-Ruud WH will go in tomorrow - for $100+ less than Lowes + Pain. So pick your plumber not your WH, and only get a WH at Lowes if you're installing it yourself.

Seldom do you find a company that is honest, courteous and helpful. From the first phone call till the job was done it was nothing but a professional and pleasant experience. Customer service was outstanding from the gentlemen that took my first call and set up the appointment to RJ,the technician that performed the repairs. RJ was exceptional ,his kindness and concern was unbelievable. He diagnosed the problem found the leak in my A/C system and had my air conditioner  up and running in short order. I have nothing but praise for him and the Hawthorne company . I highly recommend to all how need quick and professional repairs at a reasonable price to call them first. The were my second opinion after calling another company that only wanted to sell me a new A?C system for several thousands of dollars. They even told me if they tried to repair it wouldn't do much good a new system is what I needed. Hawthorn (RJ) in particular save me thousands. You can be sure when I do have to upgrade to on new A/C unit. It will be Hawthorne that I call.   Great Experience!!!

Yesterday Jan 10 2020 between 3:30 & 4;00 pm one of their employees pulled right out in front of me on Las Vegas Boulevard South & Ford Street.  I drive a small Fiat & it was a good sized work vehicle, I could have been killed!  Please teach your drivers how to drive safely!!

I want to thank Jeremy, Margaret, and Sean from Butter Plumbing for the great work setting up appointments and installing plumbing and a gas heater. We have been dealing with an unethical company we hired to build a pool (our first pool). With no concern, they destroyed our beautiful backyard and installed the wrong pool heater for the Las Vegas climate (they installed an electric heater that works in a humid climate, NOT a dry climate) and in the wrong place/did not follow city plans.

Butter Plumbing has been picking up the slack left behind. We are still working on getting the backyard to its original beautiful stage. It has been a nightmare. Butter Plumbing explained the job in detail and no shortcuts, friendly and professional -- price upfront. They also offer military discounts.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
