Best HVAC System Maintenance in Henderson NV
After waiting ALL DAY for service to arrive on a super hot day to repair our AC unit, and verifying 2x that they would get here. 5 minutes before arrival they canceled claiming they can not work on my unit. They knew in advance everything about the AC unit so there reason for canceling was flawed. Never use this horrible company unless you have time to waste!!! We

Although I was not happy that I needed a new water heater, Pure Plumbing made the process very simple. It first started with my phone call to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was really helpful and pleasant. She even told me that I would receive a text message when the technician was on the way. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Tyler was my technician and he was both professional and knowledgeable. He even had a brand new water heater with him already so there were no other trips he needed to make. I would totally recommend Pure Plumbing and would use them again in a heart beat!!!

I really wish I would of looked at the comments before I had Hawthorne come to my house. I never would of never called them. Kyle was the service man. Very nice and pleasant young man. However he totally misdiagnosis what was wrong with my ac. He gave me an estimate from 2, 785 which was only a temporary fix not under warranty. He had stated we needed a new flex duct. Plus sealing of all the orher ducts connections. The other option were from 8 thous to 10 thous. Under warranty. .. replace ac unit.. . When my husband got back in town I told him what he said.. My husband frustrated decided to go under the house. We were confused. How could we need a new ac. Because it was blowing ice cold. It just had a flow problem. What my husband found really upset me. We didn't need a new flex duct.. it wasn't connected. . After my husband connected it boy was my air cold.
The ac is fixed. I can't believe it..please beware, or cautious.. we saved 10 thousand. .

Would be ZERO STARS IF THIS WOULD ALLOW! SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT USE!! I had Air squad come out to my house through a warranty company at least 3 times... every time they came out I was given the same story.., Oh we replaced the part.. it's blowing great as they pointed that little gun up at the vent and fed me more bs... And then in a few days the same problem blowing warm... this happened multiple times! Because it was through a warranty company I had no choice on who responded to the call. One of the techs didn't didn't know how to fix the issue after multiple attempts and even had to call another person to help. So multiple charges.. the last time I'm November I was told I had a leak and that I had to pay $810 out of pocket even with the warranty company covering the $4000+ job. Now, I turn on the central air for the 1st time and surprise surprise... it's blowing hot air not cool! Look inside the breaker box and the circuit was turned off!!! So why they turned it off is beyond me! I call the company and am told by the owner ARMOND since you no longer have the warranty the company only covers repairs for 30 days.. I tell him repairs from any reputable company normally carry a one year guarantee... again I am told they won't cover anything if you had paid out of pocket then it would be covered for a year but you only paid a small portion of the cost. Owner also said if you want a nee unit I'll do it for $4000 cash in pocket... so I guess they prefer to rip people off u til they break down and give them TAX FREE BUSINESS. Now he refuses to answer my calls and I can tell ANYONE ESPECIALLY WOMEN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND SCAM ARTISTS AND DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! You couldn't fix a simple leak on a minimum of THREE VISITS AND YOU THINK ID PAY YOU TO REPLACE THE UNIT OR TO DO A 2 DAY PRESSURE TEST FOR $2000 but I'll charge you $800 for the test and another $3000 cash paid to me!! SHADY BUSINESS PEOPLE DO NOT USE THEM!

This was the first we used mechanical express, our house AC went out on one of the hottest days and a call was made before their opening hrs and a message was left, they returned our call ASAP and made sure they had technicians onsite within approx 2.5 hrs and diagnosed the problem within very short and gave the ESTIMATE to our home insurance and returned back with the compressor and parts needed and completed the job making sure we had AC before they ended the day. The Technicians are very professional and went over anything, bottom line they will have all of my business going forward. Thanks to the entire Team and Cameron and his partner.

AC unexpectedly went out and called ICE (used them before when they were Fast Response). Despite the extreme heat, they were able to dispatch Jason within a few hours, which was a great relief! Jason quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a reasonable price quote on capacitor/condenser fan replacement with membership. Jason performed the work quickly and professionally; answered my questions and gave me information if I need to replace my units in the future. Great service all around!

Had an amazing experience with Mike Scavetta! Had a neighbor alleging that there was a leak coming from my unit making an HOA complaint. He inspected my unit not once but twice and helped me refute the false complaint. He was also courteous and professional. David also helped me with my quality check for my A/C unit. The experience I had was great. They didn't pressure me to make a decision and allowed me the time to shop around. The other companies that came to my home were a bit pushy and wanted to charge double what nationwide estimated. Their estimate was on point and they fixed my water leak in a timely manner.

I called Sunday and spoke with a customer service agent to schedule a plumbing service. She said that Monday she had a slot available from 10-12, advised of the $59 diagnostic fee, and said that someone would call about 45 minutes before they arrive. I confirmed my address, phone number and name and we were all set.
Monday (yesterday) rolls around and no one shows up. No phone call, nothing. I called around 12:30 and spoke with Megan, who I believe was the person I spoke with on Sunday. She advised that I did not have anything scheduled, and there was NO record of my call. What?
I confirmed that I called from the same number, and was almost certain I spoke with Megan on Sunday as well. Megan proceeded to tell me that I didn't call on Sunday, and that there were zero notes on my account indicating that I didn't call.
Can you imagine how frustrating it is to be gaslit and told that you didn't do something when you in fact DID? I'm including a screenshot of the date and time stamp when I called. Your customer service agent dropped the ball and apparently didn't do their one job when I called on Sunday, and now the service I needed done is delayed.
Word to the wise - get your appointment confirmation in writing. I rescheduled the service and requested a text or email before I disconnected the call.
Word to management - do a better job with your customer service agents, and I recommend recording your calls as well for verification. This was a huge waste of time and left a really bad taste in my mouth.

So we called Goetll.
3 service calls and a week later, we were told the installation was complete, but we discovered that the new ducts were left unsealed, and half of the house's ductwork and insulation hadn't even been done.
They fully intended to charge us full price for half a job.
Took several additional teams to finally finish all the work, and the final insulation team left a HUGE mess inside our house, and left behind trash and tarps in the yard....and after all of that .......our A/C still
DID NOT PASS INSPECTION
because the outside seal on the AC unit wasn't water tight.
Very unhappy about paying way more than average, only to receive less than average service.
Would not use again.
