Mark Williams is great! He responds fast, figures out the problem, gives a fair price and gets the job done. I've dealt with plumbers before and some of them can be late or never show up or give what seems like really high pricing. Not Mark. He'll work hard for you and won't leave till you're satisfied with the results.
Our main sewer pipe to the street had been crushed by tree roots growing around it. He replaced the drain and laid in bags of road salt (not ice melt) to keep the roots away. It's been 11 years and still no problems. He's also installed a faucet, a sink and a dishwasher for me. Call him, you won't regret it!

I will absolutely be calling Able Plumbing again with any plumbing issues. We just closed on a house a week and a half ago, and wouldn't you know, the pipes started backing up yesterday. These folks came out promptly first thing in the morning (they would have come out yesterday afternoon when I first called, but we determined it could wait until morning, since nothing was flooding yet). Our plumber was informative and helpful - he let us know where the house-side cleanout was, gave us some tips are preventing this from happening again (though most of the issue seems to have been things the previous owners sent down the pipes), got everything snaked out, and delivered the best news - no roots in the pipes! He was super professional and friendly, especially for 9am. :) We will be calling Able again (though hopefully not too soon... ;) )

Wow!!! All I can say is super great friendly fast service...
Had a appointment between 11-1 pm they called at 830 and asked if it was ok to come early, got here replaced my shower cartridge insert on my shower. Stopped my leak. Cleaned up after himself, even though I said it was ok. Was here maybe a total of 20 min. Shower stopped leaking and price was fair price. Cause I know if I would have tried to do it I would have caused a bigger mess and more expensive cost for a simple fix by professionals.
Super great job and I would recommend this company. And I will be calling them if I ever need anymore plumbing needs!!!
THANK YOU!!!

I called to report a badly clogged toilet. When the technician arrived, he actually lectured me about the correct way to use and flush the toilet (!!) Like everyone else in this country, I have been flushing toilets all my life, I'm not doing it incorrectly, and all I wanted was for him to FIX THE PROBLEM! I did not appreciate the editorial comments, which he seemed to think were funny. Will not use this company again. There are better options!

VERY OVER PRICED! A house guest called to get the toilet fixed without my knowledge. The guest told me after the fact, I was upset at the guest and the fact Johns never called me, but figured I would pay the bill when it came in.
THEY CHARGED $400 TO FIX THE TOILET! The part should of been $20 plus there mark up but they said it cost $90 because the part was special order but it was only the model number on the toilet that changed names and so did the part number. I found it on the manufacturer's website in 10 minutes.
They charged me $60 to find the part as well, when I asked them about this they said it probably took 30 minutes to drive to get the part, I said that's $2 a minute! He responded Plumbing's Expensive.
They are expensive when they are not overcharging the time, or for products but when they do both it is ridiculous. In the end they charged me $65 service fee, $63 to work on the commode and find the part, $135 for the part and shipping, and $135 to install.
They knocked some off the bill so at least it would of cost the same amount to buy a new toilet and have it installed but still over-priced. I told them in the future not to do any work until they talked to me. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN!
