Terrible plumbing work and owner is very disrespectful. Find any other company to work with, this one is not worth the headache.

These guys are great!  We have a basement that will flood if our drains are not kept clean and as much as I'd love to have an indoor swimming pool, a flooded basement is not my idea of fun.  Vortex has cleaned our drains numerous times, sometimes as routine maintenance and once or twice when the pool was filling up. They are quick to respond and get to your house.  They are very friendly and professional as well.  Vortex are not plumbers: they clean drains and sewers.  I love supporting the local guys, especially when they are reasonably priced and do great work!

They always show up and get the job done! Their prices are very reasonable and they are very dependable. I work in Property Management so we call fairly regularly.
