Since they are a small business, response time may not be as quick as the big boys, but you will not be disappointed when giving CLW a chance to earn your business.

I need a gas control valve replaced on a water heater that just passed it's warranty period.  Don asked me questions to provide an estimate and also to figure out if a replacement of the entire water heater should be considered.  He was up front about his schedule being booked for the day, but I appreciate he took the time to make sure I would be making an informed decision.  Don is the owner and the one who does the work.  I felt he really cares about his work and I can trust him.

When I placed a call I got a plumber the same day to fix my hot water heater.  I got top notch service from Manny.  He kept me informed and showed me the problem. He decided to replace the entire hot water heater since it was still under warranty.  Kudos to Manny.  I heartily recommend him.

Billy from Imagination Plumbing is an exceptional handyman. I needed some drywall done, some wall patching, towel and toilet paper holders fixed, mirror hung up, closet painted and fixed for a new custom closet install, and we just prepped and sanded and painted my old oak cabinets. They look incredible! He is a plumber by trade and has done some plumbing work at my home as well. I called 3 other handymen and not one responded and Billy did within minutes to tell me when he could come. He's very skilled at a lot of things and he's my trusted handyman. He charges a very fair price and is reliable. He's my go to person for anything that needs fixing in my home!

Called Next LVL sewer specialist and they answered the phone right away. I was put on their schedule the same day. They were able to find out our major issues and gave us a long-term solution by rehabilitating our sewer line and shooting an epoxy liner all the way to my city saddle by digging one hole. As a result, they were able to save my landscaping from being torn up and avoided digging up the city street.

I strongly recommend Ascend Plumbing. They have completed two jobs for me and have been very responsive and completed excellent work. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all of my questions. Im thankful that he was willing to work on a holiday weekend when many other plumbers weren't answering their phones. Thanks to them I didn't have to go without a shower for 3 days!

Matthew came out quickly after my message and was able to fix my problem for the agreed upon price and didn't have to tear down a wall like our first quote said, which saved a ton of headache. Steadfast was responsive and professional. Easy to work with and now I don't have to reschedule our appliance delivery.

My family had a problem with the water not working in one of my upstairs shower/bath, they came out and gave a fair quote. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend. I will also be reaching out if I need anything else done.

This is probably the most outrageous pricing I have ever encountered to replace the guts on a toilet. Yes they where quick in there response to get here but for $159.00 dollars to do the job luckily I had a coupon for $30.00 off yet $129.00 is way too much. I will never use these people again and if you do check your pockets... Your getting robbed... Legally

What a great way to start the month of September!  My daughter needed a new water heater before the holiday weekend. After reviewing three bids I selected Paradise Plumbing and Gas LLC. and Ron the owner came out with his crew and did a great job. They were punctual and professional with their installation. Ron was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise plus took the time to explain what needed to be done. Ron and his crew left the area spotless. We will be definitely be using Paradise Plumbing & Gas for any future projects at my daughters home as well as mine. I highly recommend this company if you need any Plumbing service. After talking to the mfgr of our hot water heater Proskill has taken care of us and fixed the dark water that was coming out of the hot water faucets. They have promised to come back in a month and check again and if still a problem replace water heater under warranty. Thanks Proskill...

I finally figured out that the buzzing sound echoing through the water pipes in the middle of the night was coming from the back-flow prevention valve when one of the irrigation zones was on.  A little research led to the Phoenix.gov listing of companies authorized to to test and repair such valves.  I cross-referenced that with Yelp ratings and came up with Forrest Anderson.  Not a lot of reviews, but all 5-star and all looked legit.  Actual service was beyond expectations: fast, courteous, knowledgeable.  E.J. found the problem and REPAIRED the valve, replacing an internal part rather than the whole (expensive) valve.  How rare is that these days where most shops can't fix something as simple as a cracked side-view mirror without replacing an entire $600 module.  He also provided some help and advice with a situation our cabinet installer encountered around the dishwasher.  We are impressed with both E.J. and with the way the company is run.  They are now at the top of our list for any future plumbing issues.

My parents have used this company for many years without problems, until they recommended Steawart Sheridan. I am not sure if he's a current employee or former but he is clever so if he is sent to do handyman work for you be very careful. He will do work you have not requested in order to make the bill higher. He did not complete work on time despite being told for months of the deadline. His work is poor quality. He was remodeling a vacant house for my parents and moved into it without permission, only to live there 3 months with free rent and utilities, and not do anything they wanted to be done. Document everything if you hired him or Senior Plumbers. Update- My dad was contacted by the owner and he apologized for ever hiring this man. His business is now closed in large part to Steawart (Aka Stu and Stewart Sheridan)
