Louie Fennig replaced our old failing furnace & air conditioner back in 2005 one cold October day. Fast forward to Decembet 2021 and the furnace stopped working. One call to Fennig Heating and Louie was on his way to our house at 7pm! He accurately diagnosed the problem and got the furnace running with a little work-around. At 10am the next morning he called back to let us know that he had the replacement part in hand. An amazingly quick visit - and before noon we were back to 100%.

I highly recommend this amazing service company.

Had problems with my well pump, so called Nels Anderson. They came out the next day at the time they told me. Ryan was very knowledgeable and told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable. He was able to do the job right away, and 2 hours later it was all fixed. Great service!!

In need of a water heater, with a unique need, I began calling plumbers. Steve at USA HC&P discussed my application, made a suggestion and asked for some more information from me. I provided the requested data and scheduled an installation date.

Mike just left after couple of hours. He did a professional, excellent installation for me that is also cosmetically appealing even though it's under the basement steps and won't be seen by anyone but me. Mike also cleaned up the work area and took all the debris. The price was more that fair and very competitive. By the way, Mike is a very personable guy and was a pleasure to have working for me!

I cannot speak for the HVAC since I haven't utilized that service - yet - but if I must, based on my experience today, USA will be my Go-To contractor.

If you need plumbing, USA is a sure-fire solution!

I wish there were ten stars to put here. I was soooo impressed with the response time and professionalism of this company, that I want to give it ten stars.
We were introduced to Building Waters, when we called our home warranty company to file a claim for a water heater that did not work. They said on Sunday, someone would be contacting us to fix it. (Cudo's to Universal Home Warranty, by the way, for their excellent customer service.)
By 6:45 a.m. Monday morning, Building Waters was contacting us to come and do the work. By 8:15 a.m., an hour and a half later, we were met at the door by Ted. He treated me with total respect and had wonderful manners. He was completely professional and went right to work. An hour and a half later we had a new water heater, and the job was completely cleaned up, with the old water heater removed.
Ted's skill and workmanship was 100%. Everything worked perfectly.
In this world where customer service is lacking, everyone involved at Building Waters made sure we were not without hot water, if they could help it!!
I understand they not only do plumbing and heating and a/c, but also have a division for home building projects. You can bet they will be on my list to call next time I need any of that done.

Steve is a rockstar.  My sump pump had been running much more than usual for this time of year, so I contacted the Village utilities and they came out to my house to check on things.  After doing some minor evaluation, they came to the conclusion that I had a leak in my main water lateral.  I would be responsible for the cost.  I contacted Steve and he immediately began troubleshooting things over the phone.  He then came out to my house in a very timely fashion and ran EXTENSIVE testing including a pressure test on the entire system with very sophisticated equipment.  He discovered the problem was actually in the street and I am not responsible for it.   Steve was kind, direct, knowledgeable and professional.  He saved me tons and I am extremely grateful.  I would recommend Steve with enthusiasm.  Thank you Steve!

I had a problem with a gas line that connected to my store. The stove delivery installer ruined the gas line. I call Faust and the call was answered right away. I got an estimate immediately. They were able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. I called many other plumbers around Milwaukee and West Allis for the same estimate. Faust was by far the most reasonable and quick to send someone out. Highly recommended

I'm pretty good with tools and have installed one water heater before. For me the whole job turned into a total nightmare. After been without hot water for an embarrassing length of time I gave up and called this 100 year old company. The technician named Rod came in and the job was completed in record time. Rod was not only very knowledgeable but also gave a detail explaination of the problem.  The bill was very responsible. Any plumbing problem I have in the future is now a no brainer who to call. I give my best recommendation to Borkenhagen Plumbing & Heating. Thanks Rod!

We have used Rick's a few times in the past and I would always recommend Rick's to anyone!  This time they needed to add pipes to add a second sink to our bathroom counter.  They removed an old sink, added 2 new sinks, pipes and a faucet.  One of their newer employees, Andrew, did the work and he was so polite, knowledgeable and finished the work in record time which made our bill much lower than expected.  I love using local businesses for any work we need done so Rick's is the best plumbing choice in the Hartford area!

Rheem water heaters? Pieces of junk. Am on my third one in five years. Many neighbors and friends have same experience. Try calling Rheem. They don't answer the phone or emails. Would not be surprised if class action suit is pending.

We needed to update our water it pump. The old one was 60 years old so it was time. Unfortunately when connecting to our Well they discovered it was so rusted there was no way to put a weld on it. That's not news any home owner wants to hear, but they were very empathetic about the whole thing. Within two days they got a partner company out to dig a new Well. They hooked up the new pump and everything ran great.

We did have a small leak through the new connection when it rained a lot. I think everyone makes mistakes, so I tend to judge a company by handling these situations. I called and let them know. They made no excuses and said it wasn't right. They sent someone out that day to redo the connection.

We now have good clean water with fantastic pressure with a neatly installed system.

Best Price did all the plumbing work on a new home ~5 years ago.  Now we're having multiple leaks due to pin holes in valves and copper piping and poor connections resulting in 20k+ of damage.  And as you'd expect - it's never their issue!  I'd recommend finding someone more reliable with better quality than Best Price if you're doing a new build or remodel unless you want a pay for it twice.

We have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, and there was not much done. Here is our report to the BBB. Beware, and avoid at all costs.

I called this Company due to water backup issues I was having in my basement. They came in on August 5th and informed me that I was having problems due to tree roots. The service guy proceeded to pull out a small amount of tree roots that he left behind in a bag using a 65 foot augger. 19 days later, water was backing up in my basement once again. I called them back and informed them of the issue, at which point they told me that I had a much larger issue and that they would have to bring in one of their cameras (for approximately $200) to see what the issue was. I became a little suspicious of this and instead, I called in another Company through a referral. They came in and did the exact same service (using a 65 foot augger) and there were a ton of tree roots that had not been cleared by Discount
Drain & Sewer Cleaning. After the second company had finished their service, I informed them that I had had this done less than a month prior and they were shocked that anyone had even done anything based on how much effort usd and roots they had to clear. After hearing this, I called Discount Drain & Sewer Cleaning back to inform them of their poor service and what the other Company had found. Upon telling them this, they told me We'll make note of it. I then said, Really, because you didn't even ask me for my name or location. I was then hung up on.

Seriously, go somewhere else. Not worth it.

My basement flooded so I called this company after recommendation from my sister. They were able to come out about an hour after I called and had the problem fixed within an hour. The plumber that came to the house was very professional and nice. My cat tried to go to the basement to assist him and got passed me. The plumber nearly dropped his equipment and fell over trying to save my cat from entering the sewer water that was backed up. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future. Prices were a little high, but worth the money.

My basement drain became backed up. I called Rooter-man and explained the problem and immediately received a quote. I asked when they can come by to do the work and was told they can come the same day! They arrived within 3 hours. Everything was fixed within 20 minutes!!! Two gallons of water went down the drain without any problem. I paid the exact price that I was quoted. Great service!

We called in a claim to our home warranty company about our tub leaking into our floor and were paired up with this contractor. They came out to look at our bathroom on a Tuesday and they didn't have the parts to fix the tub and we arranged an appointment time window for the Wednesday of the following week to have the work done.  I paid them $ 100 bucks deductible that is required at the time of arrival. They would call an hour ahead of arrival ( guessing it would be around 3pm ). No call. I waited until after 4PM to call to see what their ETA would be. A lethargic person answered the phone and said he would call the van to see when then would arrive. I hung up and waited about ten minutes for the call back then attempted to get through on the phone. No one picked up. I tried a few more times and figured no one was going to answer.
   
    I called on Friday to see what happened and the same lethargic person told me there was a note to reschedule. I said no one informed me that they weren't going to be there. He blamed a secretary. The only person I have spoken to on the phone there is lethargic lad. No secretary. He said we would reschedule for the next Wednesday same time, same call ahead by an hour.

I received a call at about 4:30 pm saying they needed to reschedule and made an appointment for Friday at the same time.Guess what? No call, no show.

It has now been three weeks since the initial appointment were these guys gladly took $100 bucks for doing nothing. I know that's not a lot of money in the plumbing world, but it's my hard earned cash that they took. Our bathtub still leaks and we are seeking professionals outside of the warranty to fix the tub. We really can't trust the contractors they supply to get a simple job done in a timely fashion.

Unprofessional. You see, we may only have a warranty for the first year of our new home, but I imagine we will give all of our business to someone other  than these clowns moving forward.

They called a week later, left a message to reschedule for the following week. We ignored them because we already had a professional come in and fix the problem. If we had scheduled for the next week it would have taken them six weeks to actually fix a simple problem. Ridiculous.
