We need their help because a pipe burst when you left the house over the winter and they came out and did a pretty good job I think the only issues were that it caught end up costing a lot more. Look around and get someone better.

Drains R Us saved the day. I was having sewer issues, they went out of their way to make room in their schedule and take care of me. They really know their stuff. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best. They were on-time, professional, and left everything clean, even after pulling horrific sludge from my sewer pipes. If you need a plumber that is going to get it right, call these guys. I've saved their number in my phone and put their magnet on my fridge.

Friday around 1:15pm I had one of Ingrilli's vans go straight from a right turn lane and cut me off. I was at the light, south bound on Tosa Ave at Harmonee, out in front of the church. Now weather he was in the wrong lane and didn't want to go around the block or if he just didn't care, he decided to go straight from the right turn lane and cut me off. I have found from my forty plus years of being a contractor and hiring sub-contractors during that time that peoples personalities are always the same. By that I mean, if this is the way he drives...then this will be the type of work he will do inside your home? Once the damage is done, it can't be undone. Please be careful who you hire to do work on your home, you only have one. Thank you.

Contacted this company on the recommendation of a local plumber. They did clear the drain problem using a snake thru the trap/pipes however the trap appears not to have been appropriately reattached (or was damaged) resulting in drywall damage under the drain to the ceiling below. Company did not respond to several attempts to reach them for correction of this problem including use of their insurance to repair the drywall damage. Would not recommend this company. If they correct, will change review.

Had a rain shower head installed by fox plumbing. See attached photo which shows quality of their work. Will they come to fix it? Nope. Worst plumbing company period.

In the past year I used Lee Mechanical for plumbing issues several times. The first occurrence was for new bathroom plumbing. The Lee technician quoted me a price and when it came time to pay it was higher than quoted. I requested a detailed bill and what I found was he charged me for an additional hour. He corrected it and I accepted it as human error.
I had a couple of visits after that for small issues that I felt were handled well and priced right. In December of this year it became clear that each Technician charges as he sees fit. Some choose to be honest and others will take advantage. The tech was here for one hour and charged me 500.
I asked him for a detailed bill he said it would be emailed to me. I assumed the parts would be outlined - as well as the labor. The invoice I received was not detailed. It simply said provide and install hose bib. I called and requested a detailed bill and also asked what they would normally charge- I was told 200-300.
I have repeatedly emailed requesting the itemized bill- I have not received a response.
I have to assume if the job and pricing were accurate I would have received the itemized invoice. Kenosha Plumbing here I come.

I read the other reviews for this plumber and decided to call two other plumbers first, got voicemail for both and neither of them returned my call. After waiting a week for a call back, I decided to give Sterling a call. They actually answered the phone and set up an appointment around my schedule. They did a fantastic job and they were fast courteous and very professional.
Next time I need a plumber they will be my first call.

We had Complete Handymen at our home to do grout work. The worker was dropped off at our house by the manager, Jeff, and had to sit and wait to be picked up. When Jeff came, he commented that some of the area had been missed and needed to be redone, which we appreciated. However, it is now 4 days later, we have contacted Jeff at least 3 times (with no return response), and he has made no indication of when he will come to fix and finish the job. We are extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this service provider.

He is supposed to do warranty work for state water heaters. He was lazy on the repair. He swapped out a part on the water heater and couldn't be bothered to reset the error code and make sure the unit was operational. Then when called for a correction he was too busy to actually finish his job. Doesn't stand behind his work if he isn't getting paid what he thinks. Also charges for a service call in addition to the hourly fee. Do many people bring sinks into the shop for unclogging. Straight money grab and con.

The only reason I am writing this review is because I reached out to John without getting a response. In September I paid John $175.00 to weatherize my windows, he went around with a caulk gun and put caulk around my windows. Not knowing if that was what weatherization is I paid the man. Fast forward, all my windows still have the same draft coming in that it had the previous year. I texted the numbers I used prior to the so call work being completed, to let him know I still have a draft. No one has tried to respond to my concerns. I will tell everyone do not use Handyman John!!!

One of this companies service pick-up truck's purposefully encroached on a bicyclist this morning on South Lake Drive in St. Francis. The driver positioned his truck within inches of the left hand side of the bicyclist and clearly shouted something at the rider.
South Lake Drive between College and Howard has very little traffic in the morning and has 4 lanes to support traffic.
Bikes have the same rights on the road as automobiles, horses and tractors. WI law requires automobiles give at least 3ft when passing a bicyclist.
I wouldn't want this guy in my house working on my heating or cooling.

An absolutely horrible experience. We had flooding in our basement from a clogged drain line. The two plumbers who came determined that the line had to be cleaned with a rooter, but due to the age of the house and no access to a cleanout, they needed to remove the toilet as the only way to access the line. They were able to successfully clean the line; however, as they were replacing the toilet, they dropped and destroyed the base of the toilet, making it unusable. Now, it's one thing if it's an honest mistake and they own up to it; however, instead of taking responsibility, they charged us a full repair rate, and said that if we got a new toilet, that they would install it for free (they expected US to provide the toilet at our expense - they did not offer to pay for the one they destroyed). They promptly left, and after calling them to discuss it further, they upped their offer to $20 (the toilet itself likely costs over $200). My father and I ended up having to get a toilet and install it over a weekend, and there's still follow-up work we have to do because the new toilet doesn't fit well in our smaller bathroom.
If that wasn't frustrating enough, it got bizarre later in the weekend. The plumbers had my fiance's number from the initial call, and late the following night, one of them left a voice mail that sounded like he was trying to call someone else from the bar. It's largely incoherent, but it contained a couple profanities.
A complaint was filed with the BBB which they have not answered. Just totally unprofessional - they destroyed our property, skipped out on responsibility and then further compounded it with a drunk dial! I'm out $375 for a repair, and at least a few hundred more bucks to replace a perfectly good toilet. Avoid - there are far more better choices then these guys.
