Hero Plumbing was contracted to complete our new service line with the City of Milwaukee to replace a lead service line.  They were prompt, efficient, courteous, neat, and took the time to answer everyone one of my questions.

Great service from start to finish.  Mark, the Service manager showed up on time, walked me through what he would be doing and approximate cost.  Pricing was very competitive and didn't feel like I was being gauged at any time.  They did have to do some additional work and moved around things to fit in the timeline I had to have the project completed by.  Debbie in the office was great to work with and followed up with everything I needed right away.  I would highly recommend Pro Serv to anyone

As a business owner I often see so many reviews that are negative without the whole story. Did they first reach out to the salon, manager or owner to get resolve to their gripe?

When we moved our salon from Brady St to Downer Ave, they took great care of us working with out budget and what we needed.

We had an on going problem with an air unit that would cause some hiccups in a service room. (Leaking water) Recently I asked the owner about the reoccurring problem and he jumped to action.

Problem solved and if you need reliable service, use this company!!

I had a new water heater installed today at my house.  The install went great, the technician(Dave) was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job.  They delivered a quality product at an honest price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Honest and trustworthy service. No hard sell or high prices. Just good old fashioned, the way service is supposed to be, plumbing. Great job, Mike. You've earned a lifetime of service from us.

Another plumber was unable to come out and asked Mike of Plugged Pipes to take the call.  Mike arrived at the time he said he would.  He and Nate went to work without wasting any time.  They got the sewer pipe vent pipe cleared in no time.  They was very conscientious about keeping the space and surrounding areas clean.  Then the bill was very reasonable. Thank you so very much

Tony was very prompt in responding to my request and continued to communicate with me throughout the project.  He was on time each day and did great work on framing my basement egress window, drywall and taping.  Tony is very talented and I will use him again in a heartbeat.

Set up an appointment to get a garbage disposal replaced.  Plumber called right before the appointment and said he was looking for parking too long to make it worth his while.  Apparently, he doesn't like jobs downtown.  Don't let this guy waste your time like he wasted mine.

We've had work done several times by them.  They are on the pricey side but well worth it.  Will use in the future.

Master Services lost my business due to a dishonest employee after a recent repair.  Be careful when you use them.  I am disappointed that they lost a good customer because of one person.  They have some great employees but one person can ruin your reputation.  

Update:  The General Manager followed up with me on this issue and assured me this will not happen again.  He took responsibility for their mistake and they sent someone out to test my AC to ensure no damage occurred.  They will stand by their work and apologized for the issues.  I appreciate the follow up.  Thank you, Serhij.

Made appointment and they never showed up. Didn't return phone calls or texts. I had to miss work for absolutely no reason. Incredibly unprofessional.

I was quoted a 10am to 1pm time. Guy shows up at 3:45. After I say, uhh you're a little late aye, he replies, the office should've called you and told you I wouldn't be here til 3:30....even if that was the case, the tech still showed up late. Stayed no more than 10 minutes. Asked me if I knew how to work the heater or where the instruction manual was. The quote that was provided was way over retail prices; I could have bought 4 water heaters at Menards for the same price quoted, even accounting for labor it doest make sense.

My home water heater broke and I called Blau for a quote since they are not far from my home.  Not only did they quote me $700 more than two other companies, but they tried to tell me that I'd need to get a plumbing permit to do the work because of the type of water heater I needed.  When I tried to explain that I had already spoken with the City of Wauwatosa and they said I did NOT need a permit, they took it upon themselves to send the City's inspector to my home after I said I was going with another company!  Talk about incredibly rude and unprofessional.  I will never use this company for any service.

Avoid Blau at all costs unless you want a heap of trouble and want to overpay for service.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They do not pay their bills. We supplied them with tools for rent for a job and they called us up and stated they were NOT paying the bill and that if we pursued them they would write negative reviews on us on Social Media!

They claimed our tools did not work - but they were trying to run an air pump with insufficient flow and psi. When our rep offered to come to the site - they said they were not ready! Next day at a moments notice they demand our rep. show up - but he was already on another job.

The owner will not pay! The owner threatens with negative reviews if we require him to pay!
