They did an excellent job.  I would most definitely recommend this company to others.  The price was perfect and the quality of work performed was just as good.  If we need additional plumbing work done in the future they will be the first we call.

Grezinski Plumbing made our pluming failure a lot less unbearable. After speaking with large commercialized companies and finding that they contract everything out so you have no idea who will be arriving at your home , it was more than refreshing to know that the gentleman that answered the phone,  Michael was the one actually coming out to do the work. Unlike the big 1-800 companies he was polite and empathetic to our situation. He came out the day we called, even when we called late in the afternoon and his pricing was more than fair! He made sure that we understood every part of the procedure and was extremely thorough. We cannot thank you enough! You truly made this disaster less traumatic, it's great to know that there are still decent businesses out there that aren't out to rip people off. We have found a plumber for life!

Bret our water adviser did a great job in explaining our type of water and what we needed to do to get it just right! He wasn't pushy just very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving him a call for all your water needs. Looking forward to our new Iron Curtain and soft water softener in our new condo! Thanks Bret for your professionalism!

Had multiple drain issues, couldn't solve them ourselves, the two guys that came out were awesome! Did not overcharge at all on a holiday! I would recommend these guys for anything you need.

I have used Clear Flo Plumbing twice in the past five years. The first time, Bryan arrived the same afternoon I called, right after the water heater stopped working. He replaced a heating element and the charge was extremely reasonable. I was so impressed that with his promptness, work, and price that I made a note to use him exclusively,

This week the water heater stopped working again. It is 15 years old and the life expectancy of water heaters is 10-15 years, so I thought I would have to replace it. I went to Home Depot which referred me to a service company 300 miles away. They said an electrical permit and an electrician would be required -- true, if it is a NEW installation. The extra $450 made me balk.

I decide to call Clear Flo again, figuring there was always a chance that it might be something that could be repaired. Bryan made an appointment, called to say he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he immediately checked the circuit breaker (my first guess, too), then removed a small panel on the water heater, pushed a red button, and the problem was solved. Total charge: $0. Fantastic. I only wish I had more problems for him to solve

Courteous and competent. Very happy with the service provided, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Last year I was told the hourly fee was $85; time and a half on Sat. is $127.

We were charged for travel time to our home and charged for main man having apprentice with him (even though not needed) just because he was on other job with him so decided to bring him with (charged 1/2 his hourly rate).

I called to speak with owner twice and was told he would call me back and he never has.

I definitely believe they were trying to take advantage of us.

I had a shower leak and couldn't get ahold of our normal plumber.  Knight Plumbing scheduled quickly and with good support.  Their plumber was professional and she she instilled confidence in her work.  I will use Knight Plumbing again.

This is my first review. I hate to do it, but this nickel and dime for bad service needs to be known.

I had the pipe to my hose burst in my backyard. I called Debelak and they sent Todd out to fix the issue. Todd put together a pipe, covered it, and told me to test it after 6 hours, receiving about $400. After 6 hours, I tested it and did not have pressure to any other hose. I let it leak for a couple of days and observed around the surrounding area of the pipe that Todd installed, it was flooded. I called the receptionist and told her that I was not paying for the same leak and she told me she understood and sent Todd back out. Todd dug up the area again and this time... turned the main valve on to actually check for the leak (he did not do this last time). He finally checked the pipe and everything looks fine. Afterwards, he presented me with another bill, claiming this was not a return visit and that he should be paid $260 for his services. I told him the receptionist told me she understood that I wouldn't be paying for the same service. He argued. He left.

Do not go with this business and expect not to be nickel and dimed for the same project. I do not recommend Todd or this business to anyone.

I renovated my kitchen last year, and I had Roman Electric do the electrical.  That went very well, the gentleman that did the work was great, personal and friendly.  He also no longer works for Roman Electric and I know why.  Then came the exhaust fan.  I didn't have one, so it had to be installed.  Someone else, within their company, did that, and needless to say, this past summer, whenever it rained, it rained on my stove.  I should not have to put a bucket on my stove to keep it dry when it rains.  Roman Electric sent someone out 3 times to fix it with the same result.  I still have a bucket on my stove when it rains.  The last guy that came out, also broke the housing around the fan.  I called today to find out what was happening, AGAIN, I was put on hold, transferred to voice mail 3 times, and put on hold AGAIN for 15-20 minutes.  While on hold, I used my landline to call the company, and was put straight through, while my cell was still on hold.  When I told the project manager, that I spoke to today about the plastic housing around the fan, she told me oh, that's just hearsay, and you're making up stuff.  SERIOUSLY!  She proceeded to tell me that they would refund my money and to find my own repair.  So now I have to find someone to fix their mistake  I would never recommend them to anyone.

Total hustlers. I spoke to Roy on the phone, and he quoted me a price. When I called back to schedule an appointment, I spoke to a girl, she said she would talk to roy about the price quote. She called me back and said that Roy actually quoted me a higher price. I would not trust them, price they say might not be price you pay. Plus lot of bad reviews on the work they do!!! Stay Away!!
