We had a great experience with Professional Drain & Sewer cleaning.  They were beyond helpful, very straightforward, reasonably priced and went above and beyond. We were having issues with water backing up to our basement. They were able to diagnose the issue immediately and had the problem resolved within 1 hour. We highly recommend and will be using them again for any issues that come up.

I had a couple different companies come by and test our water and quote me a water softener system, and Soft Water was the most knowledgable and helpful. These guys know their stuff. They have a nice rent-to-own setup to get you set up with a system for around 20 bucks a month, with the option to purchase later.

The installer went the extra mile and gave me some valuable pointers on how to clear debris out of the lines and get some extra water pressure at the faucets.

They have saved us twice on a weekend now. They came over fast, fixed the issue, and cleaned up after themselves. Talked to us about maintenance and how to prevent issues as well. Dan is a lifesaver!

I have used Clear Flo Plumbing twice in the past five years. The first time, Bryan arrived the same afternoon I called, right after the water heater stopped working. He replaced a heating element and the charge was extremely reasonable. I was so impressed that with his promptness, work, and price that I made a note to use him exclusively,

This week the water heater stopped working again. It is 15 years old and the life expectancy of water heaters is 10-15 years, so I thought I would have to replace it. I went to Home Depot which referred me to a service company 300 miles away. They said an electrical permit and an electrician would be required -- true, if it is a NEW installation. The extra $450 made me balk.

I decide to call Clear Flo again, figuring there was always a chance that it might be something that could be repaired. Bryan made an appointment, called to say he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he immediately checked the circuit breaker (my first guess, too), then removed a small panel on the water heater, pushed a red button, and the problem was solved. Total charge: $0. Fantastic. I only wish I had more problems for him to solve

They installed my Dishwasher in my new construction home. Very prompt, professional, knew there stuff and were done in no time. Explained everything they had done and functions we didn't realize our new dishwasher had and what to expect with first run or two being a new appliance. They followed up later to see if everything was in working order. I highly recommend them.

Well Mr David Knight I do appreciate the feedback. But unfortunately you are wrong sir my daughter did not make the phone call to your company. I just needed to make sure someone was there of age to let them in. Lesson learned it would never happen again to not be present goes to show you how you can feel for being taken advantage of. But please don't spin this and say I challenged you or your company. Trust me my skin is very thick and can certainly take belligerent comments when someone is told they may have done something that was not  right or appreciated. To spin this and say I challenged you and the only thing that was separating us was the phone is a load of crap and don't appreciate it at all. I hope in the mean time you take some anger management and accept the fact of some constructive criticism and don't fly off the handle when someone questions you in your line of work.

Recently experienced furnace problems so I called Joe Debelak Plumbing &  Heating rather than Rozga Plumbing & Heating which had installed the furnace.

The service rep (Doug) from Joe Debelak informed me that my Trane furnace that Rozga installed was not wired properly - the Trane furnace is a 2 stage furnace and Rozga wired it so that it would only go on low heat and the high heat/high fan didn't work. In addition, they wired up the central humidifier into the furnace incorrectly.

Doug from Joe Debelak quickly diagnosed these problems and also replaced a faulty part and reduced his service fee because he felt bad that another HVAC company did poor work as it reflects bad on the industry.  Furnace now goes on low and high heat and humidifier works great.

Very overpriced!  I was in a bind needing an electrical outlet installed on the outside of my house for a radon mitigation system that was being installed prior to selling my house last month.  Had I not been in a time crunch, with closing already having been postponed once, I would have told him to forget it.  The most frustrating part was that they were unable to give any idea of cost over the phone when I called.  I was told there was a $40 diagnostic/trip charge in addition to the cost of the work.  When I received the invoice it states they have straightforward pricing.  The invoice shows 10 levels of service each with different services listed underneath and a dollar amount next to the level.  My service of an outlet installation was just circled on the form with the dollar amount circled as well.  There is absolutely NO reason why they could not have told me that over the phone.  I would never have had them come out to give an estimate or do the work.  I told the electrician I thought it was a ridiculous price and that I thought it would have been about 50% of his cost.  He gave me a 10% discount as he didn't want me to feel like I was being ripped off.  TOO LATE!  $700 after discount for one little outlet.  Never again will I use or recommend Roman Electric.

If I could rate this company a zero. I would. I called Roy's Plumbing for a clogged toilet on 3/28. The guy came out and claimed I needed a new toilet and charged me $65.00. On 4/4 I purchased a new toilet. They sent Stan to install this toilet. HE TOOK FOREVER TO INSTALL A NEW TOILET. I was charged $396.00 plus the cost of the new toilet. The toilet doesn't flush. I called back. Oh that might not be the problem. After $576, my new toilet doesn't work. This company is a rip off. If you want to flush your money down the toilet. Give them a call. They are such a disgrace!!!  

Essie told me everyday for 1 week that someone was coming back to fix it and no one showed up.
