The owner is always very professional, always gets to my house when he says he will, and does a great job.  His rates are very fair.

I bought an old house with a ridiculous amount of complicated plumbing. I have had several others in here before I found these guys. They are an absolute treasure to work with with a deep knowledge coupled with a strong desire for customer satisfaction. They will never be the dirt cheap solution but who wants to skimp on plumbing?  If you want the job to be done right the first time with complete confidence, look no further.  If I could post 6 stars out of 5 I would.

Wally Blanton Plumbing and Sewer are AWESOME!  They communicate every step of the way, are professional, know their stuff and their pricing is more than fair.  It's harder and harder to find service providers that execute customer service well and everyone at Wally Blanton has it down to a science.  Thank you, Debbie and Codey!  If we have another plumbing and/or sewer need, we'll be in touch!

I've used their service in the past and they have always been reasonably priced. Their trip charge is in the middle but they are very accommodating. This time I called them at 2pm for my hot water heater. At 3:15 they were in route to my house and hot water by 4pm. I called a couple others as well. Trip charge was less if they came out on Monday but double if they made it out today. The other was more and they could come out the next morning... Thanks Malone for being friendly and freaky fast...

Joe is one of the best.  He cares about the customer as well as a job well done.  He is very reasonable with the prices.  He was here and could not fix the clogged clean out, but did tell us what our next step needed to be.  The next day he called us to check up and offered to come back and give it another try.  Well the second time was a charm!!  He was able to finish the job and I could not be happier!  I should mention that we called him late in the afternoon on Friday, he came over on Saturday and he cared enough to call us and come back on a Sunday.  Like I said, he cares about the customer, truly cares.  He cleans up the entire area when he is done, it looks just like when he walked in.  I highly recommend Joe.

Dave Burns is always available for same day service. They do a great job, clean up after themselves, and talk through what needs to be done in detail before proceeding with the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

In the summer of 2017 we found out that our boiler that was original to our 1925 home was leaking gas. We contacted several heating and air companies throughout the Milwaukee area to find out if our boiler could be repaired or what the cost would be to do a complete overhaul of our heating system. My husband has OCD when it comes to home improvement projects. He will call out several companies, grade them on various items (call back time, customer service, estimate experience, etc.), and weigh all the pros and cons. We had about 10 companies/services come out concerning our boiler and although most of them agreed, it made most sense to take the boiler out and put in a new furnace and possibly AC (which whoooo hooo we had been using window units), some companies didn't call us back with estimates when they saw the scope of our project.

Seider was fabulous from day one. They sent various estimates with multiple options to us quickly. I think my husband initially dealt with John for the estimates and he was in constant contact with us. We found out during this project (from more than just Seider) that it also made economical sense to get rid of our 20 year old water heater as well since this would now be the only system running through our outdated chimney. Seider worked with us to determine where we wanted the exhaust and intake pipes on our home and suggested we wait a few weeks extra to start for some of their more seasoned staff.

It took one day for all of our pipes, radiators, the boiler that was cemented into our basement floor, and our old hot water heater to be removed. Then it took the next two days to build the vent system for the new furnace and AC, the install of both those units and the hot water heater. The main team for our job was Pete and Bobby and they we also really great to work with. I initially owned my home alone and I can't tell you how many creepy service people I've had out. Pete, Bobby, and anyone else that happened to come on by, were all professional and warm. I was about 7 months pregnant when all of this was going on and it was nice to be able to work from home with them in the house and not feel unsure or unsafe with basically strangers around.

Once the job was done Pete did a great job of explaining how to apply for energy credits that we qualified for and walking us through how the new system worked and how to maintain it between service calls.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We literally cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Our neighbors also noticed how much work was going on and were very complimentary of the staff and their efficiency.

They came at the time they said they would and they did a great job!! I would gladly refer them to others.

Terrible service. They made the problem worse and made false promises to hire another plumbing company to fix it, but never followed thru.

This guy is a zero.  I paid him 1/2 so far to fix a broken window.  That was a month ago. Window not fixed. Does not return calls.  I want my money back.  I need to find someone else. Do not use

Had a problem with out main toilet and company was coming over the next day; figures. They were able to get a plumber out the next day in the morning and got it fixed; Yeah.

They told me about another issue I could have with the toilet and could fix it while they were there. But I declined and said, thanks but no thanks, I'll take my chances. Sure enough that problem came up; But rather than saying I told you so, they wanted a happy customer and  came back fixed it at NO CHARGE!

I wanted to do business with a local company which why I called them and I'm glad I did. Thanks for a great job and I WILL be using you in the future. I recommend this company as they are solid!

Quick and effective. Solved my problems and gave me great peace of mind. Wonderful to work with and quick to call back when there was a small change in arrival time.

We had a problem that the big guys could not track down. They thought it was a vent issue and cited very high costs to repair. We wanted second opinion and Eric of Hagen Plumbing came out. Looked it over said he had seen this before snaked the drain and all is well for a trip charge compared to the big guy. Yes, I would certainly recommend Hagen Plumbing, Clean, fast, and cost effective.

One star only because I couldn't give it no stars! This man was sent out to fix a plugged toilet by the Amazon Home Warranty co. Turns out it wasn't just a plugged toilet but the cast-iron pipes needed to be replaced. $800 later I discovered 2 weeks after it was fixed that every joint was leaking. This man wouldn't answer my phone calls and even the Amazon Home Warranty company couldn't get him to come fix the problem. In addition the toilet plugged up again. Now more that 2 months later I finally had a real plumber fix the problem. This man, Alan Barr, is not a licensed plumber or a contractor. Why the Home Warranty company would use an unlicensed plumber is beyond me. The haven't heard the last of me yet!!!  He even was on Fox 6's Contact 6 in 2016 for basically the same thing. Taking money and not doing the job.
