I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint! Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

Jon came over this morning to give me an estimate on a new A/c unit, but first checked my old unit to check any issues. In the end he found that my unit works great with zero issues, I just needed to change out my air filter on my furnace. Will not use these guys again. Tech was in and out of a rental property within 15 minutes, to snake a toilet. Got charged for 1 hour of labor, twice, for both a toilet adjustment and for the snake. Price was exorbitantly high. My fault for having gone through with it after they quoted it but even after escalating the matter the management stood by their pricing. Look elsewhere first.

We like to buy local and Maas & Sons seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Their billing dept., however, has much to be desired. They lost our check and then said they found it. Since they did not cash it for another month, I called as they were now charging us finance charges. They said there is nothing they could do and I owe the impending finance charges on their mistake - very poor customer service.

Great service with Budiac Plumbing. We had them inspect our sewer lateral when we were first buying our house and the office admins were excellent in speaking with us and getting us scheduled for this.

It was easy to get them scheduled and both Mary and Margie were very prompt in replying back to us if we had any questions.

We had Budiac's services multiple times. The first time their contractor came in and did a great job with the sewer lateral and explained it to us very well about all the challenges. He even wrote down a detailed report of what he saw which we could share with the sellers.

We later had them over again to inspect it. They also provide other services related to plumbing such as gas line installation amongst others. We definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again!

Hopefully you'll read this BEFORE letting Richard Hale into your house. He might be a decent plumber (decent at best) but he seems to have his kid do the work and his kid (also named Richard) has virtually no idea about how to do a good job and clearly has no pride in his work.

I used him because my father-in-law had him do a small job. Richard Sr. had to return several times to fix the shotty work his kid did. Both bathroom P traps were mounted below the joists so the drywallers wouldn't have been able to install (picture 1). One main run from the first floor to the second stuck out of the hole and into the hallway by about an inch and a half and the best he could do was cut the floor? (Picture 2)

I had some plumbing supplies at the house and was going to return them only to find some were missing. I asked him if he took them and he stated he hadn't but upon pressing him, he offered to pay back. My guess is he sent his kid back to fix the work and he decided use the products I purchased from H.D. (the receipt was even in the bag)

The worst part though is that he never shows up on time and never communicates! Why? I skipped a bunch of family weekend events to get my bathrooms ready for him after he yelled at my wife that he would be there to complete the job and stated don't call or text my anymore, I'll be there. NOPE, never showed, never called or sent any follow up. I understand that people get behind in jobs, I've been there, but you explain to people why, it is just the right thing to do.

Even though he's done about 1/3 of the works he's only going to reimburse us $500. He's a complete waste of time and an utter disappointment.

The only good news is that I've learned how to do plumbing and will never be at the mercy of a crackpot like Richard Hale. Stay away! As other reviewers have stated, I'd give him a negative star if I could.
