I had an old basement utility sink with corroded pipes and valves, which wouldn't allow us to turn off the faucet. They serviced our emergency request to avoid a high water bill (since most companies weren't available including our home warranty). They were able to find a plumber for us and they arrived within an hour and it was fixed within the hour. Great service and great value all around considering our time crunch. Big thanks to Linda and Andy.
So I called knights plumbing and the secretary was short with me and didn't seem like she wanted my business, they were going to charge me 100$ to walk next door and give me an estimate for my plumbing problem.... I am a few doors down, the plumbers I saw were rude to me as-well, they are right next to my house but I would not let them do my plumbing! I hired someone else, knight's plumbing is not reliable

Knight Plumbing performed at high level quickly fixing a serious leak affecting our hardwood flooring. New plumbing and bath fixtures were completed without damage to floor. Staff left site clean and free of debris.
Knight rates are competitive and I have been able to consistently trust in their problem solving and implementation of effective work plans correcting our issues. Kudos to Knight!
Knight came out to fix a sink leak that traveled to the basement as well as repair water coming out of the air gap from the dishwasher. Technician was friendly and fixed the issue. Fast forward 6 months, water started spraying out the air gap again. I called Knight and asked if I could connect with someone about troubleshooting the issue. The receptionist was a little snarky saying I can't talk to anyone because 'plumbers are too expensive to be in the office, they need to be in the field.' That's fine and understandable. However, she said they definitely stand by their work... if your issue resurfaces within 30 days.
She then argued with me that I was blaming them the pipe was clogged. Nope. The technician said he installed a larger tube so the issue shouldn't happen again. I am looking for someone to come out and determine if the issue is the same and stand by what they said when assuring me it wouldn't happen again. I'm not going to pay the $99 to have someone come out and tell me it's the same issue. Will gladly pay if it's a different issue. Maybe I'm in the wrong for thinking businesses would do this, but either way, I am going with a different plumbing company, all factors of the interaction considered.
This has been an all around positive experience.
From the dispatch secretary George answering our request promptly and with energy and kindness to our plumber Bradley who came prepared and took great care while doing the work.
We needed a water heater replaced. Bradley came with mask, gloves and booties (for shoes- not covid required:) He gave us a fair priced quote and we accepted the job and he started right in.
They charge $99 for the diagnosis which then is applied to your job if you accept.
He completed the work with care and efficiency and was easy to communicate with. Sometimes the guys don't really like to speak to us women about technical things like this. But he explained everything clearly and with a good attitude. I appreciated that.
We will be having them back for some other projects because we were impressed. Thanks knight Plumbing. Your purple truck made us smile.

I've used this company in the past. The dispatcher was responsive. The service was decent, however the amount I was charged was substantially more than what I was quoted. Additionally on one occasion a piece of pipe broke as the plumber was fixing it and so the charge was again inflated to restore it.
They came out for a leaking bathtub facet. Rather then trouble shooting first they wrote me a quote for $500.00. I am told them that is way out of line. Spent less than 15 minutes and had to travel 8 miles to my house and charged $99.00. I not recommend them because of outrageous cost!

Buyer beware. This rating is based upon what many would see as an unfair business practice. Knight refuses to provide estimates (including ballpark estimates) without requiring the payment of $100. True, if you decide to have the work done by them, then the amount is credited to the job. So they have little incentive to be competitive or work efficiently. The price is likely to be high with inflated hours built in. Since they already made a $100 off of you just to visit and give an estimate, they may not even really care if you hire them or not. Now, there may be times when the requirement of an onsite estimate is necessary and fair -- for example, to deal with an unknown leak causing hidden damage requiring uncertain measures like breaching walls or ceilings. But most jobs, like the one I inquired about -- installation of a replacement water heater -- should be easily quoted (ballparked, if necessary) without the need for a $100 trip charge. The proof of that is that many/most contractors do in fact quote water heater installs without a questionable trip charge. At any rate, if Knight chooses the pay to receive a quote model, the charge should reflect offset of some cost, not a profit opportunity. For this, Knight deserves a much lower rating to reflect the likelihood that you will be overcharged and so that contractors with better business practices receive more opportunities to earn your business.

We were disappointed.
The cost was quite high for what we had done. After the guy left, Knight also sent us a bill that disclaimed any warranty for part of the work; the plumber said nothing about that when he talked about what he was doing. While he showed us a work order for part, he did not for the part without the warranty.
Also, the plumber who was here did not wear booties, and more importantly didn't keep his hands clean. He got hand prints all over.
Won't use them again.
I had a shower leak and couldn't get ahold of our normal plumber. Knight Plumbing scheduled quickly and with good support. Their plumber was professional and she she instilled confidence in her work. I will use Knight Plumbing again.
We had the drain in our basement backup. We called multiple places including the company we typically use and they couldn't come out till the next day. Some of the places even laughed saying it was noon and I wouldn't find anyone. The scheduling person was so nice and understanding. They came out right away and fixed the problem. Our technician answered our questions and gave us some recommendations. No one ever wants to be in an emergent plumbing situation but they were great and I would recommend them/ use them again.
Absolute garbage. They charged $388 to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling and point up and say say there's your problem it's another $700 to change a drain. Total time in my house less than 45 minutes. Crooks. I had another plumber come out and laugh at me then kindly fix everything for $200.
I'll admit, when it comes to any home disaster or problem, I am prone to a complete meltdown. I'm far from savvy when it comes to fixing anything around the house and definitely don't even know the first step to figuring out a plumbing issue. After four days straight of rain and my basement filling with water, I knew I had to suck it up and be an adult and call someone. First, the person who answered the call was very polite and put me at ease about what was going to be done, also sending me a text and email informing me of when a plumber would be out. And the day the plumber was set to arrive, I received not only a phone call, but another text and email as verification about the plumber's arrival. No sitting around, waiting for hours wondering when someone may show up.
When the plumber arrived, he quickly assessed the situation for me, broke everything down so I understood what was going on, and offered me the best solutions for taking care of the problems.
I'll also admit I was terrified of what the price may come out to in the end, hearing horror stories about how much getting a plumber out to your house can be, but was pleasantly surprised by the cost and how quickly the job was done.
Also! I NEVER post reviews, so I just really just wanted to show my appreciation for putting me at ease about this entire ordeal. Thank you! I will definitely be looking to Knight Plumbing again in the future if I'm in need of a plumber again.
Plumbers! Does anyone actually like to call these people? Usually, as was the case for me, it involves something nasty being somewhere other than it should be. Well, today I had the pleasure of waking up to nasty stuff on my basement floor.
First step: Nice and loudly declare what it is by stating, oh shit!
Second step: Call a plumber and hope they don't take advantage of the situation. Lucky for us Yelpers, we always seem to know just who to seek out. And in this case, you'll want to call Knight Plumbing.
I spoke with the owner Dave and he said he could have a tech out within a few hours. Boom, within an hour Bradley was at my house and got to work. Long story short... my old house with several unique challenges didn't matter to Bradley. In about an hour and a half he had my pipes flowing just like the day they were installed over 100 years ago! Well done sir!
PS. A lot of us Yelpers take amazing photos. But... no pic today!
We had these guys come out to install a gas line for a new stove to replace our electric stove. It took about another two months for the gas stove to arrive and when installed it did not slide back against the wall all the way because the gas line was installed too close to the cabinet. They came out and moved the gas line about 5 inches to make room for the stove to slide back all the way. This adjustment was done at no cost to us. I am appreciative of them standing behind their work and coming out to make things right with no questions asked. Very courteous, on-time and professional.
You tried to scam a 68 year female senior! Its the same day, sat, 9/29/2018 and its 12 hours and my toilet is still leaking!
First you do not come in and say I need something that was not required! I wanted a wax ring replaced, end of story. So your $220.00 job was going to turn into $440.00.
Really do you think we are stupid just because we are old? There was no need for a 1/2in lift in the toilet like he wanted to charge me for. This is the second toilet that I have had and no other plumber said I needed a lift. or what ever he called it. That was just to get another $200.00 out of me. shame on you!
Well, I called the plumbing inspector for Oak Creek and that was a lie that you told me!
Also the caulking around the toilet. that is a matter of what the home owner wants. There are pros and cons on both. Well I wanted it, but you are to lazy to do that also.
Now its 10:28 pm the same day that your repair person was here and my toilet still leaks! I want someone new to come and do it right
Well Mr David Knight I do appreciate the feedback. But unfortunately you are wrong sir my daughter did not make the phone call to your company. I just needed to make sure someone was there of age to let them in. Lesson learned it would never happen again to not be present goes to show you how you can feel for being taken advantage of. But please don't spin this and say I challenged you or your company. Trust me my skin is very thick and can certainly take belligerent comments when someone is told they may have done something that was not right or appreciated. To spin this and say I challenged you and the only thing that was separating us was the phone is a load of crap and don't appreciate it at all. I hope in the mean time you take some anger management and accept the fact of some constructive criticism and don't fly off the handle when someone questions you in your line of work.
Very polite, professional, and responsive. They replied with hours to my call and were on-site in less than 24 hours and it wasn't even an emergency issue. They fixed a job that was done by a less professional plumber. I would say they were more expensive than I expected, but the job was done right. I would call them again.

This is a very professional and courteous company. I felt very comfortable using them to replace my broken water pipe. My only complaint is that you pay for the professionalism. They are more expensive than a private plumber. I had a new faucet they could install but they don't install other units, only the ones they supply. Also it would have cost me $320 to have them cut a 2'x2' access panel, so instead I took a minute to do it by myself and save this amount. They were very accommodating for an emergency due to a cancellation and they obviously know their stuff, but more expensive than a private plumber. Happy with their work!
You find a good plumber you keep them. These guys were the most professional, tidy, and timely I have found. Last-minute fix on a big supply line leak in and out and cleaned up in 40 minutes.
They are always very courteous, called when he was on his way, but on booties over his work boots. Very prompt, arrived exactly at the start of our time window. Knowledgeable, accurately diagnosed the problem. Quoted me for all work before doing it. He did end up locking his keys and phone in his car when he came back to give me his business card! I was happy to help HIM out, nice guy!
